Begin With The End

One of the great sayings of our time is to begin with the end in mind. In our walk with our Father, I think that also applies. We need to remember where we will ultimately be each moment of each day as we proceed through life. It can be a challenge because we are here and not there. We can easily access the present, or at least our interpretation of it. It can be a challenge to access the future. That takes faith. We need to understand exactly what faith is that we might use it to access the future reality in the present.

Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

We have to believe God exists and that He is on our side. From there, we can build a future.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You are King. Praise the name Yahuah! Send us now the provision we need. Forgive us our sin. Deliver us from the evil that is around us, that steals from us. Restore us, Father. We ask these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

Rise Up Within

Where does our strength come from in the midst of challenges. Most would refer to an inner strength. That is scripturally true. The new covenant is in our inwards parts, our hearts and mind.

Hebrews 10:15 Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us: for after that he had said before,
16 This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;

If we will listen to the Spirit, that still small voice, we will hear what is written in our hearts. It is the Torah of our Father.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You are our King. We praise the name Yahuah! Send us now Your overwhelming provision, pressed down and shaken together. Forgive us our sins. Heal our hearts and our Minds. Deliver us from the thief. Restore unto Your people one hundred times one hundredfold all that has been taken. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

Rise Up Leaders

God has given to us the ability to reveal Him to those around us. Those that undertake this task are out in front of those with whom they share the good news that God is on their side are leaders. We are all called to lead. It begins with us, then our families, then those around us. Leaders lead. And to what do we lead them? To the truth. God is for us, not against us. He has a way for us to go, a path for us to travel. But everyone gets to choose. How shall we lead them? Joshua had the best input in this regard.

Joshua 24:15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

How then did Joshua lead? He said that he and his house would serve Yahuah (Lord). He and his family lead by example. He showed others the path by having his house walk down the path themselves. Others could observe the path they traveled and then choose the same path or not. Example is the way to lead others to the light of the Messiah.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You are our King and there is none beside You. Bless the name Yahuah! Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our sins. Heal our hearts and minds. Help us to return always to Your path. Deliver us from the thief that steals and destroys, and from those that follow his path. Restore unto Your people one hundred times one hundredfold. We ask these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

Living For Impact

All of us have many choices we can make in living our lives. We can let life happen to us and around us, and adjust as best we can. There is nothing wrong with that choice. But for some of us, we will sense there is something more. Something missing that we cannot quite touch, just out of our reach. Those that feel that have this gnawing at them, something that drives us to find out more. For some, this will be the drive to have impact for the kingdom of God. This, too, is okay. If you are one of those people, then you must never give up the search. It is the calling of God for the specific acccomplishment meant for your life. Scriptures speak of this. One example is Ether.

Esther 4:14 For if thou altogether holdest thy peace at this time, then shall there enlargement and deliverance arise to the Jews from another place; but thou and thy father’s house shall be destroyed: and who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this?

There will come a time for each of us when we will discover this purpose. Never give up the search.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You are our King. Praise the name Yahuah! Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our sins. Heal us inside. Deliver us from the evil that steals and destroys. Restore unto Your people one hundred times one hundrefold. We ask these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

Making The Most Of Life

We have the ability to make of life what we wish. The one way that I know that can be accomplished is through submission to our heavenly Father. He has a plan for our life, and wants to give us our desires.

Psalms 37:1 Fret not thyself because of evildoers, neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity.
2 For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither as the green herb.
3 Trust in the Lord, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed.
4 Delight thyself also in the Lord; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.
5 Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.

God is on our side. If we trust in Yahuah (Lord), He will bring to pass the desires of our heart. When we submit to Him, He puts desires in us, then He fulfills them. He gives us the desires of our heart, and then He gives us the desires of our heart!

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You are our King. We want Your kingdom here. Praise and bless the name Yahuah! Send us today Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our sins. Heal us and deliver us from the evil that steals and destroys. restore to Your people one hundred times one hundredfold that which has been taken. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

If We Stay The Course

Life has many uncertainties. It could be finances or education, or even where we live. But there is one thing certain. God has His plan and His way, and it never fails. Our task is to stay on plan and on His way.

Matthew 24:13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

Let’s all stay the course, and pray daily for one another that we can.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You are King. Praise the name Yahuah! Send now Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our sins. Heal us and deliver us from the thief that destroys. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

Never Stop Running

Of late it has seemed like many I know, including myself, have to run hard just to get behind. At times, that just becomes our reality. We have to run as hard as we can to not get too much further behind. In the face of such times it can be tempting to just slow down, relax, and maybe even stop to rest for a while. After all, we are not catching up, right?

Actually, that is not only not right, it is like running in the wrong direction. We will finish and win, if we just keep running.

1 Corinthians 9:24 Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.
25 And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible.
26 I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air:

Paul knew that he would win if he just ran to the end. We can as well. Let’s RUN!

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You are our King. Bless the name Yahuah! Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our sins. Heal our hearts and minds. Let them be places filled with Your Law and Your ways. Deliver us from the thief that has stolen from us. Restore one hundred times one hundredfold to Your people. We ask these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

Go The Extra Mile

How can we, as believers, be an encouragement to those around us? Our Messiah actually spoke to this very directly.

Matthew 5:41 And whosoever shall compel thee to go a mile, go with him twain.
42 Give to him that asketh thee, and from him that would borrow of thee turn not thou away.

Here the Messiah was talking about someone forcing us, but it would only seem obvious that we would do the same for a brother or sister who asks. The Law and the prophets are summed up in this one saying.

Matthew 22:36 Master, which is the great commandment in the law?
37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
38 This is the first and great commandment.
39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

Let us then go the extra mile with those that believe.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. We praise the name Yahuah! Send us now You overwhelming provision. Forgive us our sins, though they may be many. We need Your mercy to survive, for none is righteous in Your eyes. Heal us, and deliver us from the evil that steals and enslaves Your people. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

Plodding Is Still Moving

There have been moments in my walk when I have felt like not much was happening. One day upon another, one hour upon another, all seeming to run together. But then, that is a part of the point. They are running on. They are continuing. The future continues to move forward. We continue to add days to our past. We can be happy with the blessing of knowing that as each day moves forward, we are one day closer to the return of our Messiah. We are one day closer to eternity where we will have the final victory. We will be able one day to look back, dry our tears, and see that from the beginning, our Father had a plan for us to live and not die. He had a plan for us each to be made whole with no tears and no regrets any longer.

2 Peter 3:10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.
14 Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.
15 And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you;

We long for that day.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. We long for You and Your kingdom. Praise the name Yahuah! Send us now Your overwhelming provision. We ask you forgive us our sins. Heal up Your broken people. Deliver us from the evil that steals from us even as we sleep. Rise up, my King! Come and crush these works in my sight. Let all the people of the earth know that You alone are King, that there is no other King on this earth, and that You alone are the Caregiver for Your people. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

Don’t Be Cast Down

It is important in our walk that we remember that God is ultimately for us and not against us. Yes, if we sin, He will do things to encourage us to turn back to Him. Any loving Father would do that. But He is not against us forever. He only tries to get us to turn to Him and call out. This morning in prayer as I was seeking understanding in another matter, God brought these things to mind. He gave me a scripture, which I now share with you.

Psalms 43:1 Judge me, O God, and plead my cause against an ungodly nation: O deliver me from the deceitful and unjust man.
2 For thou art the God of my strength: why dost thou cast me off? why go I mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?
3 O send out thy light and thy truth: let them lead me; let them bring me unto thy holy hill, and to thy tabernacles.
4 Then will I go unto the altar of God, unto God my exceeding joy: yea, upon the harp will I praise thee, O God my God.
5 Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You are King. We long to live in Your kingdom. Bless the name Yahuah! Send us today your overwhelming provision. Forgive us when we sin. Heal us up from the inside. Deliver us from the thief that kills, destroys, and even now steals from us. Crush these evil works and grind them to powder. Restore to Your people one hundred fold, and hundreds of hundreds of hundreds. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.
