Gotta Have Heart
Champions never give up. Even when the going gets really tough, they find a way to just grind it out. We can be like that too. All we need to do is resolve to not give up. It takes courage, because it means we have to face our fears head on. But we can do that.
Psalms 3:3 But thou, O Lord, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head.
4 I cried unto the Lord with my voice, and he heard me out of his holy hill. Selah.
Today, let us rejoice in our Father’s love!
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name Yahuah! Let Your kingdom be here with us. Send us today Your overwhelming provision. Heal us and deliver us. restore unto Your people one hundred times one hundredfold. We ask all these things in the nam eof our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

When We Remember
In the United States this is a day that we remember those that have served in our military. Though the list is long with reasons to be thankful, it can be easy to forget to say thank you. As often as I can, every time I see someone in uniform, whether that be military, police, or fire fighters, I try to stop and say thank you. We call our day Memorial Day to serve as a memorial, a reminder, about our service men and women. Memorials are a good thing. Sometimes they do more than remind us humans individually. They can become a declaration to the entire physical and spiritual universe. The scripture speak in several places of such memorials.
Exodus 13:3 And Moses said unto the people, Remember this day, in which ye came out from Egypt, out of the house of bondage; for by strength of hand the Lord brought you out from this place: there shall no leavened bread be eaten.
4 This day came ye out in the month Abib.
5 And it shall be when the Lord shall bring thee into the land of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, which he sware unto thy fathers to give thee, a land flowing with milk and honey, that thou shalt keep this service in this month.
6 Seven days thou shalt eat unleavened bread, and in the seventh day shall be a feast to the Lord.
7 Unleavened bread shall be eaten seven days; and there shall no leavened bread be seen with thee, neither shall there be leaven seen with thee in all thy quarters.
8 And thou shalt shew thy son in that day, saying, This is done because of that which the Lord did unto me when I came forth out of Egypt.
9 And it shall be for a sign unto thee upon thine hand, and for a memorial between thine eyes, that the Lord’s law may be in thy mouth: for with a strong hand hath the Lord brought thee out of Egypt.
10 Thou shalt therefore keep this ordinance in his season from year to year.
Yahuah commanded the keeping of the Passover and the Feast of Unleavened Bread as a memorial on the back of our hand and our forehead. Our Father repeats Himself in just a few verses, so one would assume it is important.
Exodus 13:10 Thou shalt therefore keep this ordinance in his season from year to year.
11 And it shall be when the Lord shall bring thee into the land of the Canaanites, as he sware unto thee and to thy fathers, and shall give it thee,
12 That thou shalt set apart unto the Lord all that openeth the matrix, and every firstling that cometh of a beast which thou hast; the males shall be the Lord’s.
13 And every firstling of an ass thou shalt redeem with a lamb; and if thou wilt not redeem it, then thou shalt break his neck: and all the firstborn of man among thy children shalt thou redeem.
14 And it shall be when thy son asketh thee in time to come, saying, What is this? that thou shalt say unto him, By strength of hand the Lord brought us out from Egypt, from the house of bondage:
15 And it came to pass, when Pharaoh would hardly let us go, that the Lord slew all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both the firstborn of man, and the firstborn of beast: therefore I sacrifice to the Lord all that openeth the matrix, being males; but all the firstborn of my children I redeem.
16 And it shall be for a token upon thine hand, and for frontlets between thine eyes: for by strength of hand the Lord brought us forth out of Egypt.
And there is another memorial to Yahuah, our Father God, mentioned in Deuteronomy.
Deuteronomy 6:4 Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord:
5 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.
6 And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart:
7 And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.
8 And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes.
And there is one other place where a memorial is spoken of, that is a memorial to the enemy.
Revelation 13:16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.
Memorials are an important thing in this life and in the spiritual realm. Today, thank those that have served and are serving as you have opportunity, and be mindful of our Father’s scriptures.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. We praise the name Yahuah! Let Your kingdom be with us. Send us today the abundant provision that You have declared in Your scriptures. Forgive us our sins. Heal up our bodies, our hearts, and our minds. Deliver us from the thief. Restore unto Your people one hundred times one hundredfold. We ask these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

Talking To Walking
For the past few weeks our Father has been speaking about controling our thoughs to me. As I have been speaking to others, apparently they have been experiencing the same insights from Him. One of these people was a 96-year-old gentlemen who repeated the same thing to me several times in several ways. He kept saying what you say you have to back up with scripture. This was the scripture he quoted to me more than ten times over the course of a couple hours.
Mark 11:23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
That was followed up by reading a book today by Jeff Keller, “Attitude is Everything.” What our Messiah was saying is that we are to first have faith in God.
Mark 11:20 And in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots.
21 And Peter calling to remembrance saith unto him, Master, behold, the fig tree which thou cursedst is withered away.
22 And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.
Faith means we believe that He is and that He is on our side.
Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
The person that understands who Yahuah (Lord) is and also trusts Him, can then believe that the words they speak will come to pass because the Father will make that happen. In fact, most likely they will be speaking on behalf of God.
When we talk, we create the space into which we can walk. You can have the day, and the life, that you say. In fact, you will.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. We praise the name Yahuah. Let Your kingdom reign here. Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our sins. Heal up our hearts and minds. Deliver us from the thief. Restore unto Your people one hundred times one hundredfold. We ask these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

There Is A Plan
Life can feel like we are just going through the motions. When that happens it feels as though we are adrift, aimlessly traveling through time. But that is not so. We are not adrift. We are traveling according to the pan that has been established from before the earth was formed.
Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
12 Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you.
13 And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.
There is a future set for us that is good. To find it and get to it, we need only to seek our Father with all our heart. Then He will be found of us, and make our ways straight.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name Yahuah! Help us find our way. Send us today Your abundant provision. Forgive us our sins. Heal us up from the inside. Deliver us from the thief. Restore unto Your people one hundred times one hundredfold. We ask these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

Waking Up To New
This morning as I write looking into the green forest behind my home, I can here our two roosters calling out to everyone that the sun has been up for a while. Thinking about how they crow each morning, I thought about how it announces a new day. Scientists say it is about announcing their territory. But they start their day like this everyday. It does not matter what the previous day brought to them. Each day they treat as a brand new beginning. It encouraged me to think that we can do this as well, if we will try.
Lamentations 3:21 This I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope.
22 It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.
23 They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.
24 The Lord is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him.
25 The Lord is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him.
26 It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the Lord.
Our morning prayers and hope in Yahuah (Lord) is our morning call, our morning crowing, demonstrating that we believe we have a new day. We need not consider our past – yesterday, last week, last month, last year – they are not here now. What is here is today. This day.
Psalms 118:24 This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.
25 Save now, I beseech thee, O Lord: O Lord, I beseech thee, send now prosperity.
26 Blessed be he that cometh in the name of the Lord: we have blessed you out of the house of the Lord.
Today let us wake up to a new day, come in the name of Yahuah (Lord), and let him send us prosperity.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name Yahuah! Send us now Your overwhelming provision and prosperity. Forgive us our sins. Heal up our hearts and minds. Deliver us from the thief. Restore unto Your people one hundred times one hundredfold. We ask these things in the name of our Messiah Yahuah (Jesus). Amen.

Reaching The Crowds
Today, a friend of mine told me of an event where he was told by a man of God about a future ministry where my friend would speak to crowds of large numbers. It was encouraging to hear my friend speak of this potential opportunity. He was very enthusiastic about the chance to impact many lives. As I listened, it also made me think how we all have a purpose in life. We all have one or more things we are meant to do. For many, this idea remains a challenge. How do these things come to pass?
Psalms 75:1 Unto thee, O God, do we give thanks, unto thee do we give thanks: for that thy name is near thy wondrous works declare.
2 When I shall receive the congregation I will judge uprightly.
3 The earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved: I bear up the pillars of it. Selah.
4 I said unto the fools, Deal not foolishly: and to the wicked, Lift not up the horn:
5 Lift not up your horn on high: speak not with a stiff neck.
6 For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south.
7 But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.
It is a marvelous thing to consider, that our Father chooses each of us to do what we are meant to do. Praise God!
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name Yahuah! Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our sins. Heal up our hearts, and deliver us from the thief. Restore to Your people one hundred times one hundredfold. We ask these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

An Adventure
This morning after letting the chickens out of their coop, I sat down in the morning sun to have my first cup of coffee. I thought of all the great possibilities in store for the week, and I grew excited at the prospects. What has made a difference for me is learning something about attitude. I am learning to have a better attitude. This is not based on some self improvement philosophy or book. It is based on continuing to read and learn from scriptures and prayer. Our Father is on our side if we are on His. He has laid a foundation for us to follow and believe. We need only to be willing to do that and we will win. It begins with searching for our Father’s ways and His meanings, longing to spend time with Him.
Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
We must be convinced on the inside that what we seek from our Father is something that He wants for us. Once we are convinced of that, we can build an expectation that it is coming to pass. And we will know that if we then hold on to it and reinforce that with the words that come out of our mouth, we will win.
Deuteronomy 30:8 And thou shalt return and obey the voice of the Lord, and do all his commandments which I command thee this day.
9 And the Lord thy God will make thee plenteous in every work of thine hand, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy land, for good: for the Lord will again rejoice over thee for good, as he rejoiced over thy fathers:
10 If thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to keep his commandments and his statutes which are written in this book of the law, and if thou turn unto the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul.
11 For this commandment which I command thee this day, it is not hidden from thee, neither is it far off.
12 It is not in heaven, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go up for us to heaven, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it?
13 Neither is it beyond the sea, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go over the sea for us, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it?
14 But the word is very nigh unto thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart, that thou mayest do it.
15 See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil;
16 In that I command thee this day to love the Lord thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the Lord thy God shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it.
Our winning is actually a part of the blessing of the Law.
Deuteronomy 28:1 And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the Lord thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth:
2 And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God.
3 Blessed shalt thou be in the city, and blessed shalt thou be in the field.
4 Blessed shall be the fruit of thy body, and the fruit of thy ground, and the fruit of thy cattle, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep.
5 Blessed shall be thy basket and thy store.
6 Blessed shalt thou be when thou comest in, and blessed shalt thou be when thou goest out.
7 The Lord shall cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy face: they shall come out against thee one way, and flee before thee seven ways.
8 The Lord shall command the blessing upon thee in thy storehouses, and in all that thou settest thine hand unto; and he shall bless thee in the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee.
9 The Lord shall establish thee an holy people unto himself, as he hath sworn unto thee, if thou shalt keep the commandments of the Lord thy God, and walk in his ways.
10 And all people of the earth shall see that thou art called by the name of the Lord; and they shall be afraid of thee.
11 And the Lord shall make thee plenteous in goods, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy ground, in the land which the Lord sware unto thy fathers to give thee.
12 The Lord shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow.
13 And the Lord shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the Lord thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them:
14 And thou shalt not go aside from any of the words which I command thee this day, to the right hand, or to the left, to go after other gods to serve them.
Life is an adventure, and we have been given the map to the treasure and the keys to unlock it.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. We praise the name Yahuah! Send us today Your overwhelming blessing. Heal us up from the inside. Deliver us from the thief that steals and destroys. Restore unto Your people one hundred times one hundredfold. We ask these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

How To Have A Great Day
Begin by saying so. Seems too simple, I know, but both scriptures and non-scriptural sources will tell you the same thing. We have to be poised to have a great day by saying it our loud so we hear it.
Deuteronomy 30:10 If thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to keep his commandments and his statutes which are written in this book of the law, and if thou turn unto the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul.
Paul quotes Moses when discussing how we become saved. The principle is that the “good life” is life that is lived in God’s ways, and that if we say it, we will be able to hear it and do it.
Today, write down what you really want to have happen, and then say that out loud.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name Yahuah! Send us today Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our sins. Heal up our hearts and minds. Deliver us from the thief. Restore unto Your people one hundred times one hundredfold. We ask these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

You Can Do THIS!
For many of those reading here, this will be the first work day of the week. Some love their jobs. Some not so much. Here is what I know – we decide. I am not suggesting that there are not challenging situations for people in their work environment. I am suggesting that that is not who we really work for if we are believers. We work for our Father, and He loves us.
Ephesians 6:5 Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ;
6 Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart;
7 With good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men:
8 Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, the same shall he receive of the Lord, whether he be bond or free.
Not only do we work for Him, who knows if perhaps we are there for a reason, whether we like the job or not. We can shine the light of God for them, if we will follow in His ways.
Matthew 5:14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.
15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.
16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.
The light within us needs to shine to all men. That is the light of the New Covenant – the Law written on our hearts and minds.
Shine, and we can do THIS!
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You are our King. You alone are worthy of our praise. Praise the name Yahuah! Send us today Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our sins. Heal up our hearts. Deliver us from the thief. Restore unto Your people one hundred times one hundredfold. We ask these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

Unfinished Beginnings
Occasionally We may find ourselves discovering something, some work, some hobby, …something that we began but did not finish. I just had one of these experiences here. It at first frustrated me, then I was puzzled, and then I smiled. Reflecting on my forgetfulness I thought about how we are an unfinished work in the eyes of our Father – or are we? Perhaps not.
Isaiah 46:9 Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me,
10 Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:
God did not just remember it, He declared it from the beginning. To Him, the things is completed, we are a finished work. WE just have to walk through time and the circumstances coming our way to do the things we are instructed to do. From His perspective, there is no time, so we already have made it.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name Yahuah! Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our sins. Heal us and deliver us. Restore us, Father, both physically and spiritually. Grant us the ability to be free from all bondage today. We ask these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.
