We Will Survive

As I began to write this, a song came to mind with a line in it, “I will survive” that made me stop to think. We are meant to exist as a single body, according to scripture. We are all on this journey together. We are meant to not only survive together, we are meant to thrive together.

Ephesians 4:1 I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called,
2 With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love;
3 Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;

Let us remember to work together as a team, and encourage one another at all times.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King! Praise the name Yahuah! Let us show Your good news to those around us. Send us now Your overwhelming abundant provision. Forgive us our sins. Heal our hearts and minds. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore unto Your people one hundred times one hundred times one hundredfold, and hundreds of hundreds more, all that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

Arm In Arm

We are here for each other. We are here for our Father. We are here for ourselves. Collectively, we can hold each other up. We are the body of our Messiah.

Romans 12:3 For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.
4 For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office:
5 So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.

If we go arm in arm, we can not only survive, but thrive.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King! Bless the name Yahuah! Let Your will be with us. Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our sins. Heal us and deliver us. Restore unto Your people one hundred times one hundred times one hundredfold. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

Keep It Going!

Is life busy or what? We try to move the ball forward and we do, but at times, it feels like juggling the whole way! It is a good feeling to stay busy, especially when we see what our Father has in store for us. We just need to persevere. We need to just keep going, knowing that He has good things in store for us. We can make these things happen if we try.

1 Timothy 6:11 But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.
12 Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.

We need only to press on, and our Father will bring us to victory!

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You are the only true King. Bless the name Yahuah! Let us be Your lights. Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our sins. Heal us, Father, inside and out. Restore unto Your people that which You have intended from the beginning. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

Even When…

Today I was considering all those moments when we think we cannot do what needs be done. It is so challenging when our time seems on overload. And yet, even when we think we can’t, our Father is there to help us. He makes all things possible.

Mark 10:27 And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.

Today, let’s remember our Messiah is on our side. With Him, all things are possible!

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King! Let us be Your light. Praise the name Yahuah! Send us Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our sins. Heal us now, that our hearts and minds might serve You more. Restore Your people to better than they ever were, in all things. We ask all this in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

Another Good Day

We all have something we are meant to do. For me, God has told me that I am a writer. Today is the first day I am on the set for the movie being made from a book I wrote. Be encouraged. God can do anything!

Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

Today is another good day!

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You are King! Bless the name Yahuah! Let us be Your lights. Send us Your overwhelming blessing. Forgive us our sins. Heal us and deliver us. Restore us Father, better than we ever were. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

So Now What?

Once we realize that we are to change the world, our world changes. So what do I mean by that? We are meant to be a light to this world.

Matthew 5:14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.
15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.
16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

Clearly we are to reach out to those around us. But recently I thought about what I was to say when I do reach out. Then it occurred to me, let’s look at what Yeshuah (Jesus) says next.

Matthew 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

When I realized that fulfilling the Law is what we are to do. We are to follow His commandments. And what are they?

Proverbs 6:23 For the commandment is a lamp; and the law is light; and reproofs of instruction are the way of life:

So we see, the light we are to shine is in the doing of the Law in faith.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King! Praise the name Yahuah! Let us be Your light to this world. Send us now Your overwhelming provision, overflowing our ability to contain it. Forgive us our sins. Heal up the wounds in our minds, hurts from days past. Deliver us from the evil that steals and destroys. Restore unto Your people one hundred times one hundredfold, and hundreds of hundreds of hundreds, that which has been taken, held back, or in any way restricted from Your people. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

Yom Kippur

Today, for many of us, is the 10th day of the month Tishrei. It is Yom Kippur, also known as the Day of Atonement or the Sbbath of Sabbaths. It is a day when we fast and pray. It is a time for the consideration of past sins, seeking forgiveness from the Father for these sins. We also pray for our nation, the nation of Israel, and all nations that these places might turn to our Father.

Leviticus 23:26 And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
27 Also on the tenth day of this seventh month there shall be a day of atonement: it shall be an holy convocation unto you; and ye shall afflict your souls, and offer an offering made by fire unto the Lord.
28 And ye shall do no work in that same day: for it is a day of atonement, to make an atonement for you before the Lord your God.
29 For whatsoever soul it be that shall not be afflicted in that same day, he shall be cut off from among his people.
30 And whatsoever soul it be that doeth any work in that same day, the same soul will I destroy from among his people.
31 Ye shall do no manner of work: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.
32 It shall be unto you a sabbath of rest, and ye shall afflict your souls: in the ninth day of the month at even, from even unto even, shall ye celebrate your sabbath.

We spend this day, even more than with others, seeking the face of God, and His mercy and forgiveness.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. We praise and exalt your name Yahuah, forever. Blessed be Yahuah! Let us bring Your kingdom to the earth. Send us now Your overwhelming provision such that we cannot contain it. Forgive us for our sins. Heal up our hearts, and heal up our minds. Deliver us from the one that steals and destroys. Restore unto Your people one hundred times one hundredfold, and hundreds of hundreds, that which has been taken, held back, or in any way kept from Your people or Your kingdom. Show us a sign for good to those around us, that all men might know that You alone are Yahuah! We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

Forward Ahead

Although a clunky phrase, today’s title really conveys a message. It is clunky by design. We are trying to move forward in life, but we hit challenges. Like me today, a broken windshield. So, we have to adjust. But when we adjust, it is with an eye toward moving ahead. It is always about our Father’s plan.

John 16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

We receive this type of encouragement throughout the scriptures. Stay the course with the Father. It is not that He never loses. Rather, He already won!

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name Yahuah! Let us bring Your will and kingdom to this earth. Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our sins. Heal up our hearts. Deliver us from the one that steals and destroys. Restore unto Your people one hundred times one hundredfold that which has been taken or held back. We call to You, Father. Help us. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

Keep On Moving

This morning as I thought about how important it is for us to keep moving forward every day, I realized one of the reasons why that is so true. There is a series of events that occur that compel us to move forward. It is the cycle of darkness and light. It is the changes in the growing of things around us. It is a pattern that we have become so accustomed to seeing that we may not even notice anymore. That is the interesting thing about patterns. The more developed they are, the more routine they are, the more they become a part of the “envelope” that surrounds us. We take it for granted, in short. What are we to learn from these patterns?

Genesis 1:14 And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:
15 And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so.
16 And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also.
17 And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth,
18 And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good.
19 And the evening and the morning were the fourth day.

This pattern is about the lights created and what they mean. This is not separating the light from the darkness. It is like a signal that says we are on some repetitive streaming process. We can make this an opportunity to move to the next thing we should be doing, or not. And it is not always as easy as it sounds.

A final point. We are not stuck. We are in fact moving forward.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name Yahuah! Let us be Your kingdom promoters in the earth. Send us today Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our sins. Heal up our hearts and minds. Deliver us from the thief that steals and destroys. Restore unto Your people one hundred times one hundredfold that which has been taken or held back. Please come quickly and help us. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

Certain Moments

There are certain moments in time when we get the opportunity to demonstrate our faith, what we truly believe. In fact, maybe that is what we really do all the time. Maybe we are always demonstrating what we truly believe. We do this by what we say and what we do. If what we say we believe does not show up in what we do, then who are we really? Part of the challenge is being human. Paul ran into this very challenge.

Romans 7:15 For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I.
16 If then I do that which I would not, I consent unto the law that it is good.
17 Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.
18 For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not.
19 For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do.
20 Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.

With this knowledge, it might seem hopeless to try to do good. Not so. We have the power to do the good. Moses first revealed it, and Paul quoted him.

Romans 10:6 But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above:)
7 Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.)
8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;

So, not only can we receive our future destination through our confession, we can also receive the power to do good here. We need only speak the commandments of the Father to ourselves out loud. That will give us the power to do the right thing.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King! Praise the name Yahuah! Let us be instruments of Your hand bringing Your kingdom to the earth as it is in the heavens. Send us now Your overwhelming provision, such that we cannot contain it. Forgive us our sins. Restore unto Your people their health, inside and out. Restore unto Your people their freedoms, delivering them from the one that steals and destroys. Restore unto Your people abundant prosperity, beyond what they might ask or think, one hundred times one hundredfold that which has been taken or held back, and more. Rise up today, my King, and deliver mightily. We ask these things in the name of our Mesiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.
