More Than Us
In life there are so many opportunities to spend our time. Many times it would appear that there are more things to choose from than time to do them.
Ecclesiastes 1:15 That which is crooked cannot be made straight: and that which is wanting cannot be numbered.
In the end, we can either just let things happen or we can choose to make certain things happen. Trying to determine what the real possibilities are can help to limit the choices. In the end, there can be great comfort from simply asking our Father for wisdom in what to choose. The comfort is YAH promises to give us wisdom.
James 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.
8 A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.
So, if we are feeling overwhelmed negatively, we need only quiet ourselves and spend time with our Father. He will get us on the path He wants us to travel. When we ask, He will answer.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King! Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom be here. Let Your will be done in this earth as it is in heaven. Send us now, while it is called today, Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away the thoughts and memories of evil done to us or by us that we have and others have. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You, Your love toward us, and Your mighty works. Create new hearts and minds in us, and heal us that we might be healed. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. Release the bondage that holds Your people. Give unto us lands, resources, waters, foods, milk, honey, silver rings, gold, friendships, and prosperity according to what You have promised. Send in quickly the $424,523,962.53 with wisdom, that Your kingdom work might go forward. You are King! Praise YAH! WE ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH! In the name YAH Yeshuah let all these things be accomplished quickly. Amen.

Comfort In Uncomfortable
It seems that most of my life I have sought certain types of comfort. Doing new things, problem solving, having a family, etc. – all these things have been a part of my wanting to do good and prosper. Yet within these things, I struggle in certain areas, and these struggles have almost become a type of comfort all their own. I suspect that this same thought will resonate with many of those reading here. Perhaps in my telling my story, I can help others to overcome their challenges as well.
One area that has been with me most of my life is disorder. If I am in a large space, it will eventually be filled with things in disarray. The odd thing is, as much as I do not like it, in some ways there is “comfort” in it. It is almost as if the empty space seems odd somehow. An important point to note is the clutter prevents success in some areas, especially for those around me. Scriptures say our Father wants to comfort us.
Isaiah 40:1 Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, saith your God.
It is also true that somehow it is uncomfortable for me to work on straightening things out. As I consider this, I believe it is because in my minds eye I do not “see” a cleaned space. I see questions I cannot answer about papers and paperwork. As I write this I am trying to find comfort in solving this problem. Part of the issue is not having the right space to place things once organized. Also, I have ignored the truth about the clutter, and I have not addressed it verbally in a positive way. As I write further, I find myself talking to our Father out loud. Sometimes I stay in my head too much. I think our relationship with our Father is meant to be audible. In fact, our relationship with all creation is meant to be audible, I think, because that is how it came to be. Both speech and observation made the world. If we are in His image, like 3D holograms, then we too should use speech and observation. Somehow the discomfort of considering working on my messiness is diminishing. Is it possible that through speaking and observing we can change our very existence, both internally and around us? That is what I will begin to try today. I will post the results here within the week.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King! Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom be here with us. Let Your will be done here as it is in heaven. Send us now Your overwhelming provision that it might overflow to those around us. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away thoughts and memories of evil done to us and evil done by us, and doubts. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You, Your mighty works and deeds, and Your Law. Teach us that we might walk uprightly with You. Help us to be beacons of light and not darkness. Heal up our hearts and minds. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all that has been taken or held back in any way, and the more besides, of relationships, lands, monies, waters, financial impact, precious stones and metals, gold, silver, food, and all other goods. Rise up today, my King, and help me to be as You desire. WE ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH! Amen.

Comfort In The Cold
This morning as I was contemplating how only weeks ago my family and I were on the west coast, the fall leaf pallet out my back patio doors were a reminder of my presence now in the Midwest. Being older I sometimes find the cold weather a bit of a challenge. And yet, there was a certain comfort in the cold weather. That comfort came as a result of knowing that our Father, YAH, is with us everywhere. And he is on our side, performing His words that He has spoken.
Psalms 147:15 He sendeth forth his commandment upon earth: his word runneth very swiftly.
16 He giveth snow like wool: he scattereth the hoarfrost like ashes.
17 He casteth forth his ice like morsels: who can stand before his cold?
18 He sendeth out his word, and melteth them: he causeth his wind to blow, and the waters flow.
19 He sheweth his word unto Jacob, his statutes and his judgments unto Israel.his word: Heb. his words
20 He hath not dealt so with any nation: and as for his judgments, they have not known them. Praise ye the Lord.
Today, we can take comfort, even in the cold here, knowing our Father is watching over us to set the world right.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King! Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here. Let Your will be done here as it is in heaven. Send us today Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all the thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You. Heal up our hearts and minds that our mourning might be turned into joy. Deliver us from the evil here, and give us strength to resist. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good of relationships, lands, monies, gold, silver, precious jewels, honor, authority, and possessions, and the more besides. Rise up, O King, and raise up Your people, setting us on high in the gates, that all men might know that You alone have done this. You alone are God! We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH! Amen.

Living With Dreams
We are blessed above all people for so many reasons, and one of those is that we have our dreams. We have the ability to interact with those dreams. It would seem that we can also use this ability to modify real events, when we submit it to our Father. In short, we add power to our prayers by increasing our faith when we can envision the changes we seek. When we interact with our dreams, a type of envisioning, we can use this to impact our faith. The goal is to advance ourselves toward being more like the Father. Dreams are just input we receive from our Father to go down that road.
Joel 2:25 And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.
26 And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the Lord your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed.
27 And ye shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the Lord your God, and none else: and my people shall never be ashamed.
28 And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:
29 And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You are the King! Praise the name YAH! Let Your will be done here as it is in heaven. Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Heal us from the inside. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all that that is good that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH! Amen.

Already Begun
Each day when we awake we have before us the tasks of life. We may be in a situation where we feel that there are far too many tasks to accomplish. There is one comforting thought in all that there is to accomplish. Each thing we undertake has already been begun by our Father.
Hebrews 11:3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
We also know that He finishes what He has started.
Philippians 1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:
And the things He has spoken will come to pass.
Isaiah 55:10 For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:
11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your will be done here in this earth as it is in heaven. Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us to forgive all those that have trespassed of transgressed against us. Wipe away all the memories of the bad and replace them with You. Heal us from the inside. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore one thousandfold of all the good that has been taken or held back in any way, whether finances, lands, possessions, wealth, health, relationships, or even things we cannot name, and the more besides. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH! Amen.

We Have A Reason
Each of us as believers is called to do certain tasks in our lives. Each of us is opportunities to live out the directions provided to us in scripture. For example, when faced with people that try to take advantage of us, or that do things to cause us harm, we have a choice. We can love them or hate them. The scriptures speak plainly on this point.
Luke 6:27 But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you,
28 Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you.
29 And unto him that smiteth thee on the one cheek offer also the other; and him that taketh away thy cloak forbid not to take thy coat also.
30 Give to every man that asketh of thee; and of him that taketh away thy goods ask them not again.
31 And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise.
32 For if ye love them which love you, what thank have ye? for sinners also love those that love them.
33 And if ye do good to them which do good to you, what thank have ye? for sinners also do even the same.
34 And if ye lend to them of whom ye hope to receive, what thank have ye? for sinners also lend to sinners, to receive as much again.
35 But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.
36 Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.
37 Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:
38 Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.
It is clear than when wrong is done to us, and our tendency is to recoil with equal negativity, we are in fact to be merciful. The letter to the Romans speaks these very same things.
Romans 12:14 Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not.
15 Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.
16 Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits.
17 Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men.
18 If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.
19 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.
20 Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head.
21 Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.
Today, let us remember to love those that do us harm.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King! Praise the name YAH! Let Your will be done here as it is in heaven. Give us yet this day Your abundant provision that it might overflow to those around us. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all thoughts or memories of evil done to us or by us. Replace them with thoughts and memories of only You. Deliver us from the evil here. Heal us from the the inside. Rise up today and restore unto Your people one thousandfold all that has been taken or held back in any way that was good from Your people, and the more besides. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH! Amen.

Good Things To Think About
We are comforted in knowing. Generally, people want to know, and it is the unknown that brings fear. But we have a great book of instruction that helps us to know. For example, we know what to think about.
Philippians 4:8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
There is comfort in knowing what is good for us to dwell on and what we should avoid. Let’s all today think on these things.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You are our king! Praise and bless the name YAH! Let Your will be here with us as it is in heaven. Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all the thoughts and memories of evil done to us or by us. In their place let their be only thoughts and memories of You. Heal us from the inside. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all that has been taken or held back that was good, and the more besides. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH! Amen.

We Serve A God That Cares
I thought about how much our Father cares for us this morning. It is a bit overwhelming when we think about it. He knows everything about us.
Luke 12:6 Are not five sparrows sold for two farthings, and not one of them is forgotten before God?
7 But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows.
It is very comforting to me to know that our Father cares for everything living. He knows the number of hairs on our head. We can know He cares.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You are our King! Praise the name YAH! Let Your will be done here as it is in heaven. Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Heal us from the inside out. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. WE ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things in Your name, Father, in the name of YAH! Amen.
Yom Kippur, Tishri 10, 6002 – October 1, 2017
Atonement
When we are willing, our Father will hear our prayers. He sent His Son to take away the sin of the world. On this day we afflict our souls and cry out to the father for ourselves, those around us, our nation, and the world.
Leviticus 23:26 And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
27 Also on the tenth day of this seventh month there shall be a day of atonement: it shall be an holy convocation unto you; and ye shall afflict your souls, and offer an offering made by fire unto the Lord.
28 And ye shall do no work in that same day: for it is a day of atonement, to make an atonement for you before the Lord your God.
29 For whatsoever soul it be that shall not be afflicted in that same day, he shall be cut off from among his people.
30 And whatsoever soul it be that doeth any work in that same day, the same soul will I destroy from among his people.
31 Ye shall do no manner of work: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.
32 It shall be unto you a sabbath of rest, and ye shall afflict your souls: in the ninth day of the month at even, from even unto even, shall ye celebrate your sabbath.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King.Let Your your will be done here as it is in heaven, Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us for our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Heal our nation, and the world. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore one thousandfold all that is good that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people. We ask all these things in the naem of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name, YAH! Amen.

Making Us Whole
The focus of the good news was a topic yesterday. According to scripture, our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus) preached a gospel of the kingdom. He preached the gospel of God, as did Paul.
Romans 15:16 That I should be the minister of Jesus Christ to the Gentiles, ministering the gospel of God, that the offering up of the Gentiles might be acceptable, being sanctified by the Holy Ghost.
The goal was for us to be saved.
Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
This Greek word translated saved means to be made whole. The good news (gospel) is what it has always been, God is on our side. We need only follow Him and serve Him.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King! Praise the name YAH! Let Your will be done here in the earth as it is in heaven. Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of evil done to us or by us. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH!. AMEN
