Make Life Better
A big part of our “job” as believers is our opportunity to make the world a better place, to make life better. When we say that out loud, it can sound like a big task. However, it does not have to be, and no one person can do it all on their own. But what if we make the world a better place for just one human being today? We can encourage the next person we see, and that makes a huge difference.
Psalms 40:3 And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the Lord.
And again elsewhere…
Colossians 3:16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
Let’s make the world a better place for one other person today.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in this earth in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. Let Your will be done here perfectly as it is in heaven. Give us Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love for us. Restore unto Your peopl all that the worm has eaten. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold of all the good that has been taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,523,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the eople. We ask all these things of You, Father, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiak. Amen.

New Is Good
New brings to mind the idea of “brand new” for many people. But “renewed” is also a form of new, as in the scriptures. One of these areas is the mind.
Romans 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
So it is possible for the old to be transformed to the new, with help of YAH (Lord).
Ephesians 5:26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,
27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
Where it speaks of Yeshuah (Jesus) washing us, the word that is translated “word” means “utterance”. Combining these two, we can renew our mind by washing it with our speech.
Today let’s make things new, starting with our hearts and minds, by talking to them, saying what YAH says.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. Send us your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore Your people, Father. Restore what the worm has eaten. Restore one thousandfold of all the good that has been taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,523,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom of God here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. We ask all these things of You, Father, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiak. Amen.

Newness Of Heart
We are given a new heart as believers, or at least that is what we are taught. But what does that mean? Well, likely it means that our heart is like our Father’s heart, I would guess. We have emotions more like God. Caring, loving, laughing, and so on are all things that I imagine Him doing. I do wonder about laughter though.
What is it like when God laughs? Does the ground shake here? Who does He slap on that back and say, “Good one! That was a good one!?” When He laughs, what to the angels do that are singing, “Glory, glory, glory” continually? Do they break character and snicker? Do they have midair collisions over the throne from their own laughter or the vibrations of His?
Anyway, if we have a clean heart, like David spoke about, what does that mean? Well, there is a scripture or two that reveals a part of this.
Jeremiah 31:31 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:
32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the Lord:
33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the Lord, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the Lord: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.
It appears we can take comfort in knowing that YAH (the Lord) will place in us the Law with the spiritual understanding that Yeshuah (Jesus) was giving us that it is about changing on the inside. It is not the letter, although that is an important minimum. It is about the Knowing how to apply it on a deeper level.
Matthew 5:27 Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery:
28 But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.
Today, we can take comfort in knowing that our Father has provided for us to experience newness of heart. We just need to be willing.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people here. Let Your will be done perfectly as it is in heaven. Send us now Your overwhelming provision that we might overflow to those around us. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love for us. Restore Your people. Restore all that the worm has eaten. Restore one thousandfold all that the enemy has taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,523,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom of God in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people here. We ask all these things of You, Father, in the name YAH Yeshauh HaMashiak. Amen.

Love And Peace
What if we all just loved one another on this Sabbath day? What could happen in this earth?
Psalms 1:1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
2 But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds and bodies of our people. Let Your will be done here as it is in the heaven, so perfectly. Send us Your provision, that we might overflow to those around us. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive thos that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love for us. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore Your people, Father. Restore all that the worm has eaten. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all that has been taken or held back in any way of that which is good. Send in quickly the $423,523,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom of God here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. Learning To Speak
It may seem odd to write about learning to speak as most people that can read likely can speak. But this is not about the basic speech that one might learn in the first born years. This is about learning what and how to say things. There is great power in words. All of what we see and all that we do not see was created by the speaking of God originally. And our Messiah also instructed us in speaking.
Mark 11:21 And Peter calling to remembrance saith unto him, Master, behold, the fig tree which thou cursedst is withered away.
22 And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.
23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
There are two interesting parts to this story here. Most commonly we think of the message from Yeshuah (Jesus) about the importance of the words. Additionally, there is a story here about how little Peter and the others thoughts about the power of words. This is evidenced in the fact that they were surprised that His words had power.
We are also counseled further by the Messiah with regard to our words. That is that they must come from a God like heart – one turned to God in forgiveness to others and seeking forgiveness. We must seek to be like YAH, who loves in spite of the evil spoken against Him.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. Let Your will be done here as it is so perfectly in heaven. Send us Your provision such that we can overflow to others. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love for us. Restore Your people as it was in the Garden. Restore all that the worm has eaten. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all that has been taken or held back in any way of that which is good, and the more besides. We ask all these things in the name of You, Father, in the name yAH Yeshuah HaMashiak. Amen.

Glad Some Get It Right
In the most unusual of places, we can sometimes find the truth. Our Father wants us to love one another, but too often we do not do a great job of that here. I just saw the most odd and wonderful example of two humans showing what YAH wants us to express. At church, right? Maybe a house church, or a Sabbath keeping group, or a big denomination?
NOPE!
Check it out by clicking here to see the video.
That’s right, two politicians, young people, showed how it is done. Thank You, Father, that You still show us the way, even if we have to look in unlikely places…

Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love for us. Be merciful unto Your people. Send in quickly the $423,523,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom of God in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people here. Yom R’vi’i, Kislev 6, 6003 – November 14, 2018
Focusing With Intent
Sometimes when we get deeply involved in a process, we can lose track of some of the details of what is happening. When this happens, we can feel overwhelmed and out of control. The truth is God is the one in control at all times.
Proverbs 16:33 The lot is cast into the lap; but the whole disposing thereof is of the Lord.
The best solution seems to be to stop and take time to pray. In prayer, our Father will make life happen for us in a way that we can understand and participate in more directly. We need Him. He knows this, and He waits for us to reach out to Him in prayer. He loves us and just wants to talk. Perhaps one of the greatest forms of spiritual warfare is just working together with Him by just spening time with Him in prayer.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. Let Your will be done here as it is in heaven, so perfectly. Send us Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Yom Shlishi, Kislev 5, 6003 – November 13, 2018
Making Different
Often we want to make a difference for others and ourselves. This is a good goal. One of the ways we can do that is to make things different. What if we just change something – anything – to be more like our Messiah? We can be more friendly to those we know. More forgiving to those that have wronged us. More understanding to those that need help. More giving to those in need. Any of these things can make a difference for someone.
Deuteronomy 15:11 For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land.
We are called to a mission of love. Today, let us try to be like the Messiah to someone in need.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH. Let Your will be done here as it is in heaven, and let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. Send us now Your provision that we might eat and feed the hungry. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Wipe away all the thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love for us. Restore Your people to You. Restore all that the worm has eaten. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,523,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom of God in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people here. Yom Sheni, Kislev 4, 6003 – November 12, 2018
Making A Way
In the face of trying to get along in life we all have faced some pretty big challenges. Certainly in those times we have learned to be people that reach out to God, sometimes quietly, sometimes loudly, but with intensity. This is good. But along the way there will also be small things that represent challenges. These small things, or so they seem to us, are also opportunities to reach out to our Father and seek assistance. He cares about everything in our lives, and for Him likely nothing is more difficult than anything else.
Philippians 4:6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
He is our Father. He cares for us. He cares for even the small things.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. Let Your will be done here as it is in heaven where the sun, moon, and stars tell Your story. Send us Your provision that we might overflow to those around us. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love for us. Heal us Father, and we will be healed. Deliver us from the evil here. Wipe away the resistance to the blessings you have for us. Restore Your people unto You according to the plan from the Garden days. Restore all that the worm has eaten. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people of that which is good, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,523,962.53 that we might use it to promote Your kingdom here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. Yom Rishon, Kislev 3, 6003 – November 11, 2018
Begin Beginning
On the first day of the week, we begin another seven days. Maybe we can use it to begin something else. Maybe we can begin to assist those around us with simple things, like shoveling the snow. Or maybe we can assist with helping with a meal, or a tank of gas, or just a smile and hello. Life is lived in the moment, not the future or the past. If we can remember to live it like that, we can do good for ourselves and others. What if everyone would help one other person today? What a world, right?
Romans 12:9 Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.
10 Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;
11 Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord;
12 Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer;
13 Distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality.
14 Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not.
15 Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.
16 Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits.
17 Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men.
It’s about the heart…
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. Let Your will be done here as it is perfectly done in heaven. Send us Your provision that we might overflow to those around us. Deliver us from the evil here. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. Send in quickly the $423,523,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom of God in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people here.
