Giving Thanks

We offer thanks to our Father for all He has done for us because He is who He is. It becomes a challenge to determine how to even wrap our arms around all that He has done, or even how to begin to thank Him enough. In the end, we do so by carefully weighing our options – or by abandoning those thoughts and just praising and thanking Him for being Him. Here is a good description.

Psalms 113:1 Praise ye the Lord. Praise, O ye servants of the Lord, praise the name of the Lord.Praise ye…: Heb. Hallelujah
2 Blessed be the name of the Lord from this time forth and for evermore.
3 From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the Lord’s name is to be praised.
4 The Lord is high above all nations, and his glory above the heavens.
5 Who is like unto the Lord our God, who dwelleth on high,
6 Who humbleth himself to behold the things that are in heaven, and in the earth!
7 He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth the needy out of the dunghill;
8 That he may set him with princes, even with the princes of his people.
9He maketh the barren woman to keep house, and to be a joyful mother of children. Praise ye the Lord.

Today, let’s remember to praise Him.

Let Your will be done in this earth just as it is in heaven where all the stars, and the moon and the sun proclaim Your majesty. We love You, Father. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love toward us. Only You can make these things happen. We need you to restore our hearts and minds to You. We need You. Sing It Out!

Often writing here the words “we” or “our” are used. This is by design. Today will be more personal to my experience.

What a blessing it is for me to have a Father in heaven that really watches over me every single moment! It is getting so there are things happening every day, throughout the day, that demonstrate intelligent intent to life – God shows up. Scriptures tell me to sing out praise.

Psalms 105:1 O give thanks unto the Lord; call upon his name: make known his deeds among the people.
2 Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him: talk ye of all his wondrous works.
3 Glory ye in his holy name: let the heart of them rejoice that seek the Lord.
4 Seek the Lord, and his strength: seek his face evermore.
5 Remember his marvellous works that he hath done; his wonders, and the judgments of his mouth;

For me, it is easy to be distracted into things that do not matter as much. I have to remember all the things YAH has done to make life come to pass in a way that works. It is hard for me to fathom that there have been times when I have missed seeing these things. And yet, I know that my Father has always been there. Further on we read something that means much to me.

Psalms 105:13 When they went from one nation to another, from one kingdom to another people;
14 He suffered no man to do them wrong: yea, he reproved kings for their sakes;
15 Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.

My Father has always had my back. He always will. There is another interesting scripture about offering up praise and thanksgiving to our Father.

Hosea 14:2 Take with you words, and turn to the Lord: say unto him, Take away all iniquity, and receive us graciously: so will we render the calves of our lips.

It has always been true that we are meant to say out loud the praise of our Father, with thanksgiving, and to sing these things.

Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your will be done in this earth just as it is without fail in the heavens. Let Your kingdom come in the hearts and minds of mankind. Send in today Your overwhelming provision that it might overflow to those around us. Deliver us from the evil here. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away the thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your Son, and Your love for us. Deliver us from the evil that tries to enter our hearts and minds. We need Your love among us all. We ask You help us today. Send in quickly the $423,923,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom. Restore unto Your people seventy times seven fold all that has been taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. Rise up today, my King, and show Yourself strong on behalf of Your people. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH. We ask all these things in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.

Sacrifice Of Thanksgiving

This morning as I think of the many, many blessings that Yahuah (Lord) has granted to me and to my family, I am overjoyed with a peace that is hard to explain. It has always been true that we were meant to commune with Yahuah (Lord). This morning I read a scripture that began to describe what I was feeling, and the desire that is within me.

Psalms 117:1 O praise the Lord, all ye nations: praise him, all ye people.
2 For his merciful kindness is great toward us: and the truth of the Lord endureth for ever. Praise ye the Lord.

After reading this short chapter in Psalms, I backed up a chapter and found something even more compelling and a perfect fit.

Psalms 116:12 What shall I render unto the Lord for all his benefits toward me?
13 I will take the cup of salvation, and call upon the name of the Lord.
14 I will pay my vows unto the Lord now in the presence of all his people.
15 Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints.
16 O Lord, truly I am thy servant; I am thy servant, and the son of thine handmaid: thou hast loosed my bonds.
17 I will offer to thee the sacrifice of thanksgiving, and will call upon the name of the Lord.
18 I will pay my vows unto the Lord now in the presence of all his people,
19 In the courts of the Lord’s house, in the midst of thee, O Jerusalem. Praise ye the Lord.

As I read this scripture it began to open up to me the importance of the words that come out of our mouth. Praise YAH!

Prayer
Father we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds of mankind. Let Your will be done here as it is in heaven. Let Your kingdom come in this earth. Send us today Your overwhelming provision, that it might overflow to those around us. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Father Yah, there are so many things in this world and this life that are distractions from serving You and being like You. We need Your help to overcome these things. We need Your help to love one another. We get it wrongs sometimes. Please forgive us. Help us to get things right. Help us to have unity in the body of believers here. Restore unto Your people all the good that has been eaten, taken away, or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,923,962.53 that we might use it to promote Your kingdom here. We love You, YAH! Only You can make these things so. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH. We ask all these things of You in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.

So Much

In life there is much to be thankful for to our Father. He is our King. He is our provider. He is our deliverer. He does everything perfectly in our eyes. We can rely on Him to keep us to the end. All we need to do is to call out to Him and He will guide us. He will make certain that we have our needs met each day. He will make certain that nothing by any means harms us. The list goes on and on, and that is just for a single part of a single day out of the days of our life. Today, I want to provide this brief thought and then scripture, and encourage each person to pray and sing and give thanks to our Father.

Psalms 100 A Psalm of praise.
1 Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands.
2 Serve the Lord with gladness: come before his presence with singing.
3 Know ye that the Lord he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.
5 For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.

Thank You, Father, for You are good.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come to the hearts of mankind. Let Your will be done in this earth as it is in heaven. Send today Your provision, that it might overflow to those around us. Deliver us from evil here. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. We bless Your name, YAH, with all that is within us. May Your name be praised. Wipe away, blot out, and completely remove all the thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You Let us pray for one another, that we might be healed. We need You more than ever. We thank You for Your love toward us even when we have no inkling of a reason to receive it, You still love us. Rise up, my King, rise up and deliver us from those that are against us, shutting down the dark spiritual forces that try to rule over us. Send in quickly the $423,923,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom. Restore unto Your people seventy times seven fold all that has been eaten, or taken, or held back in any way, and the more besides, that all men might know it is You that does this. We ask all these things in the name of YAH Yeshua, our God King. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things in the name that we know You by, Father, and we ask these things of You, in the name YAH. Amen.

What A Creator!

Just a quick not today to say – WOW! We have an amazing creator that always comes through and always does what is good for us. He shows us His ways at all times. He leads us and guides us into all righteousness. We can count on Him.

Ephesians 5:19 Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;
20 Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;

We know that our Father is good!

Psalms 107:1 O give thanks unto the Lord, for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.
2 Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy;

Today, let us be happy and rejoice!

Send us now Your overwhelming provision that it might overflow to those around us. Restore unto Your people seventy fold all that has been taken or held back in any way that was good, and the more besides. Send in quickly the committed finances to make Your kingdom know. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah. We ask all these things of You, Father, in the name which is Your name, the name YAH. We ask all these things in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.

Our God Reigns

As we think about the lives we lead, there is both good and room for improvement. The good in life is a gift from our Father. He has taken His power as Creator of all and done those things for us. He never fails. The room for improvement can be on our side of the fence, His side, or both. Mostly, I suggest, it is likely on our side of the fence. If we look at ourselves, our thoughts, speech, and actions, are they aligned with scriptures? In what areas can we improve? Pray for forgiveness. And also pray for forgiveness for those with like situations. If we are harboring anything against anyone, we must forgive them.

Matthew 6:9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
10 Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
11 Give us this day our daily bread.
12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.
14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:
15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

For us to receive from our Father, it is important to seek to be like Him and to do what He has commanded in scriptures. In many ways, the scriptures are a “how-to” book, as in, “how-to” live life. Yeshuah makes this point about forgive

Mark 11:22 And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.
23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
25 And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.
26 But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.

As we can see, forgiveness is a key role to answer to prayer. We all need for our Father to forgive us. It is this forgiving nature that is a part of who He is. If we want to be like Him, able to do good in this earth and create like He created, creates, and will create, then like Him, we must have a forgiving heart.

We can be thankful that our Father gives us this forgiving heart, and is willing and able to help us create it clean, contrite, and turned toward Him.

We can only make it with Your help. Help us, my King, to overcome that which the enemy has done. Restore unto Your people seven thousandfold all that was good that has been eaten, taken, or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. Send in quickly the remaining $423,923,962.53 that we might promote Your kingdom here and serve the people. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You Father, in Your name, YAH. We ask all these things in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.

Glimpses Of His Love

Each day we are granted chances to see just how much our Father loves us. We can of course look to the “big moment” that all believers share when our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus) bore our griefs and carried our sorrows, and was wounded for our transgressions of the Law, brought us healing, dies, and rose again.

Isaiah 53:4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

We also have His miracles in our lives everyday. We can see slight differences in the “reality” around us, indicating He has something for us. What a wonderful world we get to live in that allows us to be people that experience first hand love from our Father. It is truly joy that is hard to express.

Today, let’s all be thankful for those little moments when we get those glimpses of His love toward us.

Let Your will be reflected in our actions and the actions of others, just as it is in heaven. Send us today Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil in our hearts and minds. Wipe away the thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. Let us know only You and Your love toward us. We need You now. Help us, O King, for You alone are our help. Wipe away the evil that has eaten, held back or stolen from Your people, and restore this good sevenfold. Send in quickly the $424,523,962.53 that we might use it to help mankind. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things in the name of YAH Yeshuah and Your name Father, the name YAH. Amen.

We Are Free

When thinking of all we have to be thankful for to our Farther, it can be difficult to come up with one thing to say thank you about specifically. I can get a little overwhelmed just thinking about it. I was thinking recently about the nature of things in the U.S. It is hard to reconcile the way people are treated at times with the idea that we are truly free. Yet, scriptures suggest that we are free.

John 8:35 And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever.
36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

Freedom is not about what men might think or say about control. Freedom is inward, which then comes outward. Freedom is the freedom from the bondage of sin on the inside, which comes outside. Sin is always trying to grab us. But our Messiah sets us free.

John 8:34 Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.
35 And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever.
36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

Once we are free on the inside, that comes out of our mouth. That creates the possibility for true freedom, even on the outside.

Today, let’s be thankful for our freedom.

Wipe away the thoughts of evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You. Deliver us from the evil around us and in us. Restore Your people, Father. Crush the darkness. Restore unto Your people thousands of thousands of all the good that has been eaten or taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $424,523,962.53 that we might care for Your people. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH. We ask all these things in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.

Welcome Home

This thought poured out of me this morning as I was thinking about how we might move forward with serving our King. In an attempt to think of how I might thank our Father today, and His Son for His sacrifice, there was a stream of thoughts that came ever so quickly. You know how that goes, right? Anyway, I got to the emotion I was feeling, and it became very obvious. It was the emotion of feeling like I am home. It is a little hard to describe, but I felt as if I was being ushered from the cold in through a large open wooden door into a palatial setting where the smell of a roaring fire in the majestic fireplace accompanied the aroma from what must have been a lovely kitchen where warm bread and other lovelies were baking.

Luke 15:17 And when he came to himself, he said, How many hired servants of my father’s have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger!
18 I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee,
19 And am no more worthy to be called thy son: make me as one of thy hired servants.
20 And he arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him.
21 And the son said unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in thy sight, and am no more worthy to be called thy son.
22 But the father said to his servants, Bring forth the best robe, and put it on him; and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet:
23 And bring hither the fatted calf, and kill it; and let us eat, and be merry:
24 For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry.

Today I am thankful that our Father has taken the time to help us to see that He loves us, always. We are always received by Him when we turn from our evil ways to His good way. Thank You, Father!

Send us now Your provision that we might have no lack, and it overflows to those around us. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been eaten, held back, or delayed in any way, and the more besides, and let that restoration be today. Remember the $424,523,962.53. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You in Your name, YAH. We ask all these things in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.

Welcome Change

Change is a hard thing for the human condition. As a former trainer to industry, I said these very words a thousand times. And it does seem that people as a general rule do not like change. But, why is that? Is it really true, or do we just say what has been said before us? Scriptures have a few things to say about this.

Psalms 55:16 As for me, I will call upon God; and the Lord shall save me.
17 Evening, and morning, and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud: and he shall hear my voice.
18 He hath delivered my soul in peace from the battle that was against me: for there were many with me.
19 God shall hear, and afflict them, even he that abideth of old. Selah. Because they have no changes, therefore they fear not God.

We can see here that our Father hears our prayers when we seek the change of freedom from those that seek to harm us. These that seek evil do so because they do not fear God. They do not fear God because they have no changes. So, just what changes cause men to fear God? And by fear here, we mean to revere God and His ways as supreme. Scriptures tell us about this as well.

Isaiah 59:8 The way of peace they know not; and there is no judgment in their goings: they have made them crooked paths: whosoever goeth therein shall not know peace.
9 Therefore is judgment far from us, neither doth justice overtake us: we wait for light, but behold obscurity; for brightness, but we walk in darkness.

When there is no judgement in a land, there is no peace. Judgement is setting things right, which Gad will always do. This is why people sought God’s judgement – it set things right. It helps us get on the right path – His path – wherein are all blessings.

We all must decide for ourselves. For me, I just want to do all I can to find my way onto Yahuah’s (Lord) path. I am very thankful that He has shown me mercy through the blood shed for me by my Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus) to cover me.

Thank You, Father, for Your mercy and your Law and Your commandments and Your judgements.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds of all mankind. Let the perfect will that, in heaven, causes the earth to turn and the sun to rise each day, come to this earth now. Send us now Your provision, that it might overflow to those around us. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil that lurks in the hearts and minds and emotions of mankind. Wipe away the memories and the thoughts of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your great love toward us. We thank You, Father, for being You. Send in quickly the $424,523,962.53 that we might advance the kingdom of God here in the hearts and minds of mankind. Restore unto Your people of all the good that the enemy stole, held back, or was eaten by the worms, and that a thousand times a thousandfold that all men might draw the sudden breath. Rise up King, while it is called today, and do the mighty thing. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH. We ask all these things in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.
