Progress Is Moving

Perhaps one of the challenges we as believers face in trying to “make progress” is our view of what that really is. We can, like all humans, have preconceived ideas about what it means to make progress. We tend to think it means “more” of something. But perhaps real progress is about creating certainty within ourselves. It could be a more solid foundation in a belief.

Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

If we can get to an unshakable place in our faith about something, we will be much more able to obtain that which we seek. Steadfastness matters.

James 1:6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.
8 A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.

It is clear to me that if I want to make progress the important point is this unshakable belief in what YAH has revealed.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King! Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send us now Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Keep us from temptations. This is Your place. This is Your power. Send in quickly Your promised prosperity. We ask all these things of You Father King, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.
