Yom Shabbat, Second Month 4, 6007 – April 23, 2022
Finishing Is Resting
Have you aver had a major task and you complete it, and then there is this big release, like it is over? I recently had one such experience when the last of my finals was completed at about 8 PM in the evening. In truth, it really took another day or so for that to really finish inside of me. As I sit to celebrate the Sabbath, I realize the same is true here. This is not the beginning of something new. This is the finishing of this week. It is important to rest after a week of accomplishment, just like it is important to “finish” after an event like an exam.
Genesis 2:1 Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.
2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
Take some time today to finish this week.
Prayer
Father, I exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Praise the name YAHUAH! Let Your kingdom come here, let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send me now Your provision, and let it overflow, let it overflow. I forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against me YAH. I love You. I love You. I love You. Forgive me my trespasses and transgressions. Deliver me from the evil her and keep from temptations YAH. I love You. I ask all these things of You Father King, and the precious stones and metals and healing power, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.
