Yom R’vi’i, Second Month 23, 6006 – May 12, 2021
Fighting From The Ground
Spiritual battles share some commonality with traditional battles quite often. One of those commonalities is that even when we have fallen, the fight goes on. We may continue to be attacked by the enemy. Likely we will be because we become the easy target. I have always found it interesting that one initial response that I have had and seen other believers have is that if they are down, they think they cannot fight. Not true. All that is required to fight and prevail is to have our hearts turned towards YAH. That can be done at any time from any position.
James 5:16 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
17 Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months.
18 And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit.
If we will call out to YAH, seek forgiveness when we have fallen to the ground, and ask for His help, He will come to our aid.
Prayer
Father, I exalt You. You alone, yes You alone, are my King. Praise the name YAHUAH! Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send to me now, the strength, prosperity and shalom to make this a good day. Forgive me my trespasses and transgressions, and help me to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against me. I need You, Daddy. Restore my strength. Awaken the Spirit within me and raise me from the heap. Restore one thousandfold all that has been taken or held back in any way from me YAH, that I might use it to promote Your kingdom on this earth. I ask all these things of You Father King in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.
