Shields Up!
Those of us that were around in the early days of Star Trek can remember as Captain Kirk would give the command, “Shields up!” There were invisible force fields generated by the Enterprise that could overcome the power of missiles fired at it and the missiles were destroyed on contact with the shield. Fun times back then.
Today, we as believers have been informed by YAH that we, too, have a missile defense system.
Ephesians 6:14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
15 and your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
We see that our faith is a shield. It is not visible to the naked eye. And yet it extinguishes all of the darts of the enemy.
Isaiah 54:15 Behold, they shall surely gather together, but not by me: whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake.
16 Behold, I have created the smith that bloweth the coals in the fire, and that bringeth forth an instrument for his work; and I have created the waster to destroy.
17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.
Hold on my friends. Have faith! Shields up!
Prayer
Father, I exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send me now Your provision. Let it overflow. Let it overflow. I forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against me YAH. Forgive me my trespasses and transgressions. I love You. I love You. Keep me from temptations YAH. Deliver me from the evil here and the evil plans men have for me. I love You. I love You. Thank You for the smith that blowers the coals. I condemn all the voices that rise against me and no weapon formed against me shall prosper. I love You. Thank You for the pallets and the coins. I love You. Let healing and shalom flow. I love You. I ask all these things of You Father King, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.
