Helping Is A Comfort
Most often when I think of comfort I think of someone doing something for me. Perhaps that is the state of things, the natural human response. What I have found is that there is another means of comfort for me. Yes, it is nice when someone directs comfort at me. However, it is at least equally comforting when I am the person helping someone else. It is very helpful to me to help others. There is a certain comforting satisfaction that I did something good with my efforts. I really enjoy being able to provide such a comfort to others. Maybe it is because in those moments, there is a certain unifying purpose. This would make sense according to scriptures.
Psalm 133:1 Behold, how good and how pleasant it is
For brethren to dwell together in unity!
Prayer
Father, I exalt You. You alone are my King, YAH. Praise the name YAHUAH! Praise the name YAHUAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send me now Your provision. Forgive me my trespasses and transgressions, and help me to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against me YAH. I forgive them all YAH. Help me to be like You. I love You. I love You. Restore unto me sevenfold all that has been taken or held back in any way YAH. I love You. I love You. Keep me in Your way, YAH. Keep me from temptation YAH. Deliver me from the evil here and the evil plans men have for me. I love You YAH. I love You YAH. I love You YAH. You are my King. Let it be so, that shalom and prosperity and healing come to me YAH, and overflow to others around me. I ask all these things of You Father, my King. I ask in the name of YAH Yeshuah HHaMashiach. Amen.
