Getting Started

We may look at tasks in life as overwhelming. They do not have to be that way. We can in fact not be overwhelmed. Thinking about the feeling “overwhelming” we can see that there are many times in scriptures that the writer felt this same sense. David seemed to write about it often, and our Messiah quoted him from the cross.

Psalms 37:1 In thee, O Lord, do I put my trust; let me never be ashamed: deliver me in thy righteousness.
2 Bow down thine ear to me; deliver me speedily: be thou my strong rock, for an house of defence to save me.my…: Heb. to me for a rock of strength
3 For thou art my rock and my fortress; therefore for thy name’s sake lead me, and guide me.
4 Pull me out of the net that they have laid privily for me: for thou art my strength.

5 Into thine hand I commit my spirit: thou hast redeemed me, O Lord God of truth.

6 I have hated them that regard lying vanities: but I trust in the Lord.
7 I will be glad and rejoice in thy mercy: for thou hast considered my trouble; thou hast known my soul in adversities;
8 And hast not shut me up into the hand of the enemy: thou hast set my feet in a large room.

If we can just remember to speak the truth to the God of truth, He will deliver us from our troubles.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your will be done here in this earth, perfectly. Let Your Kingdom come here in the hearts, minds, and bodies of the people. Send us now Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us, please, to forgive those that trespass or transgress against us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love for us. Restore Your people, Father. Restore all the worm has eaten of Your people’s efforts. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah, asking them of You, Father, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiak. Amen.
