Thankfulness

This morning as I awoke I found myself ever so thankful to our Father for all He does for us. He provides us with true firends and family, people that love us through thick and thin. These people are a true reflection to us of Him. He gives us all our needs. There is nothing we can do without Him.

Matthew 6:27 Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?

When we can come to more fully realize this statement from our Messiah, we begin to learn wisdom, I believe. God does things for us not because we are worthy, but because He is worthy. He takes steps to promote His kingdom. His kingdom is one of love and mercy. His greatest attribute is that of love. Not like we love, but unconditional love. For us humans, that is hard to understand. We seem to somehow always have conditions. He does not. He calls us to be like him.

Today, let our hearts show thankfulness towards Him for His love and mercy.

Psalms 136:1 O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.
2 O give thanks unto the God of gods: for his mercy endureth for ever.
3 O give thanks to the Lord of lords: for his mercy endureth for ever.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King! Praise the name Yahuah! Let Your will be here with us. Send us today Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our trespasses, and help us all to forgive those that trespass against us. Heal and cleanse our hearts and minds. Restore unto Your people all that has been taken or held back in any way. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.
