Healing Power

On this Sabbath I have spent time thinking on the things of life. Our Father wants us to have life abundantly. Sometimes what we experience seem contrary to what we would expect from an “abundant life” because we are just human. But our Father knows where we are, and how to move us to the next point in our lives. He can get us there. If we can remember that in the difficult times, no matter how hard it is to remember, we can make it. We need to find joy in the journey. It is that joy that is the point, perhaps, as I ponder it now. On this Sabbath, let us try to remember the joy we had at the beginning, and forget the difficulties along the way. There is no other choice that makes sense really.

John 16:23 And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you.
24 Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.

Today, let’s ask our Father in the name of our Messiah to grant to us a life abundant, with family, with our needs met, and with time to be in fellowship with Him, that our joy may be full.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. We need You in our lives more than we can even know. It is lonely in life without knowing that You hear us. Today we ask several things of You. Please heal the little ones, and all that have infirmity. Please send us today overwhelming provision, that there is no lack. Please heal up our broken hearts. Forgive us our sins. Deliver us from the evil that steals so readily and seemingly at will. Rise up, my King! Come to the aid of Your people. These things we ask as a part of the anything that You grant, in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.
