Taking Turns

Thank you for the times you went first, and pulled me forward. At the time, I thought you were being a jerk, and leaving me behind. Now I see that you went ahead and cleared the path. This is the way that I want to choose to be living my life. I want to be the thankful person. Today I understand this is a choice. Even when we cannot really make it, it would seem, we can say it out loud. We can repeat it over and over until our heart and mind catch up. Today, I choose to go first, and pull you along.

Colossians 3:15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.

Your Destiny

People ask if I believe in destiny. That would be a qualified yes. I say that because there are definitely elements of scripture that say we already won the battle before us. And there are experiences that pretty much everyone has, including me, that seem contrary to that last statement. So, yes, you are destined to win. That is your destiny. But how exactly that unfolds, I do not know. And that means there could be times when it does not look like winning. But for me, I choose to hold onto the idea that I won, and am winning, and I will win. The rest is just energy transforming itself to align with my winning.

Proverbs 24:3 Through wisdom is an house builded;
And by understanding it is established:
4 And by knowledge shall the chambers be filled
With all precious and pleasant riches.

The Right Mind

Good news! We always have available to us the correct mindset. That is the mind of the Messiah. This is promised to us in scripture, and is an amazing source of comfort and blessing.

2 Timothy 1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

Take It Easy

Or said another way, calm down. It is not difficult to be critical of others or even ourselves. But it is better to just slow down a bit and take it easy. It is better if we can realize we are not perfect and that we all have a ways to go. For me, I struggle sometimes with seeing my own faults and seeing the faults of others. Today, on the Sabbath, I prefer to rest. I want to just spend time with my. Father and my friends and family and praise YAH!

Psalm 48:1 Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised
In the city of our God, in the mountain of his holiness.
2 Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth,
Is mount Zion, on the sides of the north,
The city of the great King. 3God is known in her palaces for a refuge.

What To Do

What do we do when others are going down a bad path? What if that affects us and our family? These are great, and potentially challenging questions. We can move forward or not. What likely will not help is to hold a grudge. On the other hand, when we have the issue, stating the facts of the issue is okay. But it is important also to pray and remember that we, too, have issues to be addressed. There is no one answer that is always the way to go, other than to seek YAH.

Romans 12:14 Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not.
15 Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.
16 Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits.
17 Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men.
18 If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.

Help Is Always On The Way And Here

So thankful today that YAH is King! Praise YAHUAH! It is good that He rules and reigns and watches over us. How does one really say thank you for all that? The only way I know is with praise from my lips.

Psalm 100:1 Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands.
2 Serve the LORD with gladness: Come before his presence with singing.
3 Know ye that the LORD he is God:
It is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; We are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.

War Winners

Some say there are no winners in war. And in this physical world, I am at a minimum compelled to partially agree. But there is a war with a winner and a loser. That war is the spiritual war for this planet and universe. And there is a winner. He won since before any of this was here. So what then can we say? We want to know who it is. I can tell you. His name is YAHUAH. It has always been so.

Isaiah 55:10 For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:
11 so shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

I Am With You

Whenever I hear “I am” I think of YAH. But in this case I am referring to you and me. And I am also referring to how you may want to think about your fellow believers. You see, we are meant to walk together. We are not meant to talk about others when they are not present. We win, and we win together!

17 Deal bountifully with thy servant,
That I may live, and keep thy word.

Today I feel like this is someones prayer. YAH hears you. He always has and always will. You are delivered!

Psalm 118:5 I called upon the LORD in distress:

7 The LORD taketh my part with them that help me:

No Blur

Life can feel so full, so overwhelming, it becomes a blur. But it does not have to be so. Life can be clear. Clear just feels good. Clarity comes with YAH. I love YAH.

Joshua 1:3 Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you, as I said unto Moses.
4 From the wilderness and this Lebanon even unto the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and unto the great sea toward the going down of the sun, shall be your coast.
