WE Are The Lights
If YAH is the Father of lights, then who are the lights? I suggest that the lights are us. He is our Father, correct? If we assume all this to be true, it begins to shed some light on our mission here. We are here, in part, to increase the light in the planet.
James 1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.
18 Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.

Eyes To See…
Today I am reminded that there is an interesting characteristic that likely many believers have. I discovered this by seeing it in me, and then noticing it in others. We ask God for something. Of course when we do that, He immediately responds and sets in motion the events that make that request come to pass. The thing is, when that very thing we asked for presents itself, that very thing I asked for presents itself, I can not see it or if I do see it I doubt that it is from YAH. Doesn’t that seem strange? Not sure why I and possibly you or others have this tendency. For me – and if this is you I suggest you may want to consider this action as well – I am determined to “see” when YAH answers and to accept the answer as from Him. Feel The Hug
Today as I was trying to understand what it feels like to be comforted by YAH, it cam down to something pretty simple. Hugs. When I feel comforted by God, I feel something like what I feel when I receive a real hug from a real person. Sounds easy, right? Well, it really is, but we can make it difficult. Here, humans often have conditions for being hugged. Some even say do not do it. But our Father loves us. He is always there to give us a hug when we turn to Him with our whole heart. This one is worth repeating and expanding.
Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
12 Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you.

Drawing Near…
What happens for you when you draw near to YAH? For me, there is a kind of release of everything but that moment. It is really pretty cool! And I find a peace and a happiness with Him.

Hearts Reveal Hearts
There is a certain human characteristic that people often feel but is not widely and openly discussed. The reflective, magnetic, and broadcast nature of the heart is very powerful. For most people, it runs willy nilly out of control. For people like myself that are aware of this phenomena and try to exercise some measure of control, it remains a bit of a mystery. No matter, it is just something we have within us, and we can choose to be controlled or to listen. The great thing is, we get to choose whether or not our hearts will respond to anything in particular or whether we will send out signals. In essence, we are here as ambassadors of light.
1 Thessalonians 5:1 But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.
2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.
3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.

Happy And Amazed
When I think of my life, I sometimes have to pinch myself to see if I am awake! How is it that we believers get such an amazing Father to care for us and watch over us? All I can think of is how very blessed I am and to say thank You!

Intensifying Intent
We are certainly in a time of increasing conflict. It can be countries, people, or even us with ourselves. It is in those times that we must remember who we are and that we are a called and chosen people. And we stay the course.
Revelation 17:14 These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.

Father’s Love
Today all I can say is how great is my Father’s love! It is undeserved by me but received with open arms for sure. He comforts me and all of us. He loves us!
