We Can Build

If we will ask ourselves to change to line up with our Father’s plans for us, we can build a better future for ourselves and those around us. We are asked by our Father to create a better world.

Genesis 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

We are further told that everything we do is to be done in faith.

Romans 14:22 Hast thou faith? have it to thyself before God. Happy is he that condemneth not himself in that thing which he alloweth.
23 And he that doubteth is damned if he eat, because he eateth not of faith: for whatsoever is not of faith is sin.

Therefore, let us go forth and build in faith, while it is called today.

Prayer

Send us today Your provision so much that it overflows to those around us. Knowing We Can

As believers we are given the instruction in scriptures about how we are to live our lives.

2 Timothy 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

Our Messiah told us that if we believe we can control this physical world by our speaking.

Mark 11:21 And Peter calling to remembrance saith unto him, Master, behold, the fig tree which thou cursedst is withered away.
22 And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.
23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
25 And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.
26 But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.

It seems that we are to understand that when we pray our Father responds. We must believe that this is so. WE must also forgive those that we might have anything against, that we might get to peace, I suggest. Then we are to not have any doubt that we will have these things in our lives.

In their place let there be only thoughts or memories of You. Deliver us from the evil here and heal us up thoroughly from our most inner parts. Restore one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH! Amen.

Praying For Peace

There are many things in life that we can find for which to pray. In scriptures we are actually encouraged and instructed to pray for the peace of Jerusalem.

Psalms 122:6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.
7 Peace be within thy walls, and prosperity within thy palaces.
8 For my brethren and companions’ sakes, I will now say, Peace be within thee.

In both the Hebrew and the Greek, the words translated “peace” mean a fullness that comes when exempt from war, including the prosperity of that situation. We pray that for Jerusalem today, and for ourselves.

Wash and wipe away all the thoughts or memories of evil done to us or by us, and replace them with thoughts and memories of only You. Heal us from the inner most parts of our beings. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all that is good that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. We ask all thee things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things in the name of YAH! Amen.

Truly Resting

Yesterday was a very busy day at the end of a week of busy days. It made me long for a rest in and with the Father. We spend so much time chasing after things in this world. It seems odd when compared to the things of God. It is good to take time on the Sabbath to reflect upon that which our Father has given unto us.

Leviticus 26:2 Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the Lord.
3 If ye walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them;
4 Then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.
5 And your threshing shall reach unto the vintage, and the vintage shall reach unto the sowing time: and ye shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely.
6 And I will give peace in the land, and ye shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid: and I will rid evil beasts out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land.
7 And ye shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall before you by the sword.
8 And five of you shall chase an hundred, and an hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight: and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword.
9 For I will have respect unto you, and make you fruitful, and multiply you, and establish my covenant with you.
10 And ye shall eat old store, and bring forth the old because of the new.
11 And I will set my tabernacle among you: and my soul shall not abhor you.
12 And I will walk among you, and will be your God, and ye shall be my people.
13 I am the Lord your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, that ye should not be their bondmen; and I have broken the bands of your yoke, and made you go upright.

Today let us walk with our Father in His Sabbath.

Send us this day overwhelming provision, so much that it would overflow to those around us. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away completely all thoughts or memories of evil done to us or by us. In their place put only thoughts and memories of You. Heal our hearts, minds, and bodies. Restore one hundredfold all that has been taken or held back of that which is good, whether possession, relationship, health, or any other positive thing, and the more besides. Show us this day to be a sign for good, delivering us from the evil here, that all men might know that You alone are our Elohim. WE assk all thhese things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things in Your name, Father, in the name of YAH! Amen.

In The Game

If we do not intentionally pay attention to what is going on around us, it is very easy to “run right by” something that our Father is trying to show us or teach us. It is so much better in the long run to actually get our lives aligned with the things of God as opposed to just running through life on cruise control. I enjoy life more, for example, when I get up early every day. There is something about taking time intentionally to reach out to our Father and align with his world.

Lamentations 3:22 It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.
23 They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.
24 The Lord is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him.
25 The Lord is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him.

It would seem to make sense that if we will but try to make our way simple and straightforward, waiting on our Father, we will be happy and made whole daily.

Forgive us our transgressions and trespasses, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Heal us mind, body, heart, and soul. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore one hundredfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. Let Your mercies be renewed toward Your people this morning. Let there be a great awakening in the earth toward You, Father. Let this be that time. Do great signs and wonders at the hands of Your people to promote Your kingdom here. Help us stay the course. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of Your, Father, in Your name YAH! Amen.

Just Thanks

As I listen to all our Father has been doing in the lives of so many, all I can do is say, “Thanks” for all that is done for us all. Here is a great scripture to reflect those feeling.

Psalms 107:19 Then they cry unto the Lord in their trouble, and he saveth them out of their distresses.
20 He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.
21 Oh that men would praise the Lord for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!
22 And let them sacrifice the sacrifices of thanksgiving, and declare his works with rejoicing.

Praise and thanks to our Father!

Forgive us for our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Completely remove and wipe away clean all thoughts and memories of evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You. Heal us completely, body, mind, and heart, that we might be whole, wanting nothing. Restore unto Your people one hundredfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. Let this be yet another Exodus. Rise up, my King, and deliver Your people now. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH! Amen.

Marching Orders

If we are to be a part of “spiritual warfare” as believers, we have to receive and act on our marching orders. We can receive those orders in writing or in non-written format. In writing we have the scriptures.

2 Timothy 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

There are several non-written formats as well. These come usually as the result of prayer.

James 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.
8 A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.

Our Father can speak to us directly. He can also use anything else – man, animal, etc – to reach out to us.

Numbers 22:26 And the angel of the Lord went further, and stood in a narrow place, where was no way to turn either to the right hand or to the left.
27 And when the ass saw the angel of the Lord, she fell down under Balaam: and Balaam’s anger was kindled, and he smote the ass with a staff.
28 And the Lord opened the mouth of the ass, and she said unto Balaam, What have I done unto thee, that thou hast smitten me these three times?
29 And Balaam said unto the ass, Because thou hast mocked me: I would there were a sword in mine hand, for now would I kill thee.
30 And the ass said unto Balaam, Am not I thine ass, upon which thou hast ridden ever since I was thine unto this day? was I ever wont to do so unto thee? And he said, Nay.
31 Then the Lord opened the eyes of Balaam, and he saw the angel of the Lord standing in the way, and his sword drawn in his hand: and he bowed down his head, and fell flat on his face.

So, if we are open, we can get our marching orders.

We Need To Keep Moving

In life we are either moving forward ar moving backward – there is no standing still. There have been many times that I have made this statement. But now as I reflect on it, I question its’ accuracy. If life is measured by things around us, then it might be true. But if life is measured based on our relationship with the Father, then I do not believe this to be accurate. I say this be cause our relationship with the Father is timeless because He is timeless, and we have eternal life. This initial thought on movement can only be true in relation to certain things around us. But questioning their value is worth considering. In any event, it is good to continue to move toward and with the Father, for sure.

Psalms 48:10 According to thy name, O God, so is thy praise unto the ends of the earth: thy right hand is full of righteousness.
11 Let mount Zion rejoice, let the daughters of Judah be glad, because of thy judgments.
12 Walk about Zion, and go round about her: tell the towers thereof.
13 Mark ye well her bulwarks, consider her palaces; that ye may tell it to the generation following.
14 For this God is our God for ever and ever: he will be our guide even unto death.

Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your will be done here as it is in heaven. Send us today Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away completely all thoughts or memories of evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be thoughts and memories of only You. Heal us up to complete soundness in body, soul, spirit, and mind and heart. Deliver us from the evil here. Let Your finances flow into our hands today Father. Restore the breach between the brethren. Rise up, my King, and make these things so, today. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name, YAH. Amen.

Evidence For Winning

Likely all of us as believers have at one time or another sought something of our Father through prayer. When we pray and ask Him for a certain thing, we need faith in our asking. Our Messiah said this very thing.

John 14:11 Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works’ sake.

If we have this belief, this faith, then we can receive that which we ask of Him.

John 14:12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.

When we ask of the Father in the name of our Messiah, our Messiah will do it.

Wipe away completely and without any trace all thoughts or memories of evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You. Heal us in our hearts, minds, and bodies completely. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore unto Your people one hundredfold all of the good – the relationships, the prosperity, and the possessions – that have been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name, YAH. Amen.

Willingness To Change

To change requires a willingness to do so. Most who want to have a different life, a life that serves the Father, are willing to change. This is true even for those of us that might struggle with change. But in order to change is something even more subtle. We must be willing to see the need for change. By that I mean we must be willing to hear from our Father what He is trying to say. Many of us want to create a group of possibilities that could be God, and then want God to act inside that “box” the expectations create. Our Messiah ran into these things when He walked the planet, and He had a strong reaction to it.

Mark 7:1 Then came together unto him the Pharisees, and certain of the scribes, which came from Jerusalem.
2 And when they saw some of his disciples eat bread with defiled, that is to say, with unwashen, hands, they found fault.
3 For the Pharisees, and all the Jews, except they wash their hands oft, eat not, holding the tradition of the elders.
4 And when they come from the market, except they wash, they eat not. And many other things there be, which they have received to hold, as the washing of cups, and pots, brasen vessels, and of tables.
5 Then the Pharisees and scribes asked him, Why walk not thy disciples according to the tradition of the elders, but eat bread with unwashen hands?
6 He answered and said unto them, Well hath Esaias prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, This people honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me.
7 Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
8 For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do.
9 And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.

It is better if we can just call out to our Father, and be willing to listen to Him. We will be comforted by our Father, if we will just listen for His voice when we call out.

Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away and eliminate completely any and all thoughts or memories of of evil done to us or by us. Heal up our hearts and minds, etched only with thoughts and memories of You, and Your Torah. Deliver us from the evil here. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name, YAH. Amen.
