Hold Our Heads High
Today is a day all around the world when many celebrate the birth of our Savior, Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We can easily spend time debating the truth of that, as to what the actual date is. Or, we can hold our heads up, and just repeat scripture.
Isaiah 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
7 Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here. Let Your will be done here. Send us now Your overwhelming provision that it might overflow to those around us. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive all those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. We need Your help to forgive ourselves and others. Cleanse our hearts and minds, and let them be filled with thoughts and memories of only You. Heal up our eyes, our ears, our hands, and feet. Send in quickly the 424.523,962.53. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold, and thousands of thousands, all the good that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides, such that men write of it for years to come. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH. We ask all these things in the name of YAH Yeshuah! Amen.

Calling Out
There are many scriptures that refer to calling out to our Father. It is something that we humans have done since the beginning.
Psalms 18
To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David, the servant of the Lord, who spake unto the Lord the words of this song in the day that the Lord delivered him from the hand of all his enemies, and from the hand of Saul: And he said,
1 I will love thee, O Lord, my strength.
2 The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.
3 I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies.
This is just one example. There are many. We can take comfort in the fact that our Father always responds when we turn to Him.
Psalms 18:46 The Lord liveth; and blessed be my rock; and let the God of my salvation be exalted.
47 It is God that avengeth me, and subdueth the people under me.
48 He delivereth me from mine enemies: yea, thou liftest me up above those that rise up against me: thou hast delivered me from the violent man.
49 Therefore will I give thanks unto thee, O Lord, among the heathen, and sing praises unto thy name.
Today, lets be comforted, and call out to our Father.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here. Send us now while it is called today Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. We need Your touch that we might have clean hearts and minds, with only thoughts and memories of You. Heal us, our hearts, minds, and bodies. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold, and thousands of thousands, of all the good that has been taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. Deliver us from the evil here. Send in quickly the $424,523,962.53 that Your kingdom might go forward. Rise up, O King, and shew Yourself strong on our behalf. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH. We ask all these things in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.
Sha-bat, Tevet 4, 6002 – December 23, 2017
Resting Days
We are given a blueprint to life. That blueprint includes a recognition of things around us like the sun, moon, and the sky. Days, weeks, months, and years. Plant life, animal life, and the need to have dominion over the earth. The interesting thing I have been discovering lately is, there are many claims as to what these things really are and when they occur. One thing is clear. We are to rest on the Sabbath each week.
Genesis 2:1 Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.
2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
We see that God established and kept the Sabbath.
Leviticus 23:1 And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, Concerning the feasts of the Lord, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my feasts.
3 Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the sabbath of rest, an holy convocation; ye shall do no work therein: it is the sabbath of the Lord in all your dwellings.
We see here that God spoke through Moses, the prophet, that the Sabbath was a holy convocation.
Hebrews 4:4 For he spake in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God did rest the seventh day from all his works.
5 And in this place again, If they shall enter into my rest.
6 Seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief:
7 Again, he limiteth a certain day, saying in David, To day, after so long a time; as it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts.
8 For if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day.
9 There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God.
The word in verse nine for “rest” is the Greek word, sabbatismos, which is translated everywhere else, and means, Sabbath. So, according to Paul, the Sabbath remains for us as believers.
All this is said for one purpose here. I believe that there is much hidden from us in plain sight because we have chosen to believe what others have told to us, rather than spending time with our Father and just asking Him to reveal Himself and His will and His kingdom to us.
Today, on this Sabbath, let us all rest.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King! Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here. Send us now while it is called today Your overwhelming provision, that the overflow might impact many for the kingdom. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away the thoughts and memories of evil done to us or by us. In their place, please let there be only the thoughts and memories of You and Your love toward us. Cleanse our hearts and minds, and we will be healed. Heal our bodies. Deliver us from the evil here. Send in quickly the $424,523,962.53 that Your kingdom might be advanced. Rise up, my King, and deliver Your people once again. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold, and thousands of thousands, all the good that has been taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. We need You now, Father. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH. We ask all these things in the name of YAH Yeshuah. Amen.
Yom Shi-shi, Tevet 3, 6002 – December 23, 2017
Endurance Matters
All believers in their lifetimes are on a journey, in a race, moving toward something. The challenge is, it lasts as long as we do. It is a lifetime event, not a moment in time event. Scriptures tell us in many places to stay the course and not give up.
Galatians 6:9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
1 Corinthians 9:24 Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.
Mark 13:13 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
As we can see, there is much said to encourage us to not give up, and to finish. In this life, we need to finish out our walk with our Father.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your will be done here as it is in heaven, and let Your kingdom be here. Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Heal us from the inside out. Deliver us from the evil here. Send in the $424,523,962.53 that Your kingdom might go forward. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH. We ask all these things in the name of YAH Yeshuah. Amen.

Thankful For Spiritual Weapons
Some nights are filled with restless sleep. There can be various reasons. Last night was one of those nights for me. It is much like waking up in the morning with my mind instantly running a million miles an hour. In the night, however, sometimes the enemy takes advantage of the fact that I am tired. He will try to plant thoughts in my mind that I do not need to be thinking. In the past one way I overcame those thoughts was to say out loud that I follow Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Or “plead the blood” of Yeshuah (Jesus). Last night, however, a scripture came to mind, about using an weapon to fight spiritually.
Ephesians 6:17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
An interesting part about this scripture is the reference to armor. Obviously Paul is making claims about spiritual warfare in this passage. The sword of the Spirit is for offense. The word for “word” is rhema, which means the utterance. Paul is very clear about what prayer in the Spirit is.
1 Corinthians 14:13 Wherefore let him that speaketh in an unknown tongue pray that he may interpret.
14 For if I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prayeth, but my understanding is unfruitful.
15 What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also: I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also.
We see that for Paul, prayer in the Spirit, the word of God, is in an unknown tongue. Last night and again this morning this played out for me. As I was being attacked, I simply prayed in the Spirit, and I was able to defeat attack. I actually slept the best I had all night. And when I did it after waking up, I was able to get a clear mind! Praise YAH! I am very thankful that I have this spiritual weapon. What I am now learning is when and how to use it.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise and bless the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here. Let Your will be done here as it is in heaven. Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Wash whiter than snow our thoughts and memories, blotting out all evil done to us or by us. Let us have only thoughts and memories of You. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way, and let us plunder those that enslved us, just as in the first Exodus. Send in quickly the $424,523,962.53 that the kingdom might go forward mightily. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name, YAH. We ask all these things in the name of YAH Yeshuah! Amen.
Yom Re-vi-i, Tevet 1, 6002 – December 20, 2017
Winning Is Warfare
When we win, we make a statement about warfare. We are proclaiming that our Father is King! When things appear to not be going as planned, we need to reassure ourselves that we are in a good place with our Father. The best way to do that is to be spending time with God everyday. Scriptures are full of words of encouragement to be steady in our approach to Yahuah (Lord).
2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
We also need to trust Him. It is not enough to just believe. We need to trust. This is what separates faith from wishing.
Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
It is the speaking, the utterance of God that creates what we call reality.
Hebrews 11:3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
The word used for “word” here is the Greek word rhema, which refers to the action and not the content. If we will utter what He gives us to utter, then we will be co-creators with Him. We can win, and that truly is warfare.
Mark 11:22 And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.
23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
25 And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.
26 But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.
We are winners!
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. you are our King! Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here. Let Your will be done here in this earth just like it is in heaven. Send us now Your overwhelming provision while it is called today that it might overflow to those around us. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Create in us clean hearts and minds. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. Send in the $424,523,962.53 quickly that the kingdom might go forth from it. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH. We ask all these things in the name YAH Yeshuah! Amen.

A Lot To Remember
Sometimes we as believers can feel like there is a lot to remember in living for our Father. Praying for our family, friends, enemies, ourselves, health, the next business deal, our jobs, etc., etc., etc. And then there is trying to say and do the right thing at the right time. In times like these, I find myself just setting things aside in my head and stopping to think about what is important. In years past I have had jobs doing construction, and I have worked on many buildings for myself and others. One thing I know from these experiences, it is always good to build from the ground up. The same is true in our lives. For me, this means starting with taking time with our Father. The scriptures teach this, actually.
Psalms 55:16 As for me, I will call upon God; and the Lord shall save me.
17 Evening, and morning, and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud: and he shall hear my voice.
All the things that contend with us in our minds are grappling for our attention. Some of these things may be attacks of the enemy. Our Father delivers us from the negative component of these things. It seems clear that a primary need for us is to reach out to Yahuah (Lord) to get His help and guidance. Another thing that shows up here is that change is good. These different demands on our time are an indicator of change, of life moving forward, and of the kingdom being presented in the earth. If we will call out to our Father to get us through these changes, then we are on the right path and we are building the right way. We see this by what comes next about how change is important to fearing (having reverence toward) our Father.
Psalms 55:18 He hath delivered my soul in peace from the battle that was against me: for there were many with me.
19God shall hear, and afflict them, even he that abideth of old. Selah. Because they have no changes, therefore they fear not God.
So, while it may seem like we have a great deal to remember, one thing is most important. That one thing results in solving the rest. It is spending time with our Father, evening, morning, and noon time.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here. Let Your will be done here. Send us now while it is called today Your overwhelming provision that it might overflow to those around us. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. We need You to cleanse our hearts and minds. We need You to create in us clean hearts and minds. Heal up our bodies. Deliver us from the evil here, as You did for David. You are our only hope. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all that is good that has been taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $424,523,962.53 that Your kingdom might go forth. Rise up, O King, and show Yourself strong on behalf of Your people for the sake of Your words You have spoken. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH! We ask all these things in the name YAH Yeshuah! Amen.

Make A Difference
For some time now, I have said to my friends that in the end, I just want it to matter that I showed up in life. Actually, this has been a drive of mine since I was much younger. There is something to being a part of something bigger than ourselves that is appealing. Sadly, many give up on this idea because society has taught them that they cannot do it, or maybe that they are not worthy. Those are lies from our enemy. First, we dump him.
James 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
With that settled, we can remember our place that our Father God established from the beginning.
Genesis 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
We are like Him. We are little creators, meant to rule. How do we do that? Our Messiah told us.
Today, let’s all make a difference through forgiving, prayer, and then speaking what Yahuah (Lord) wouold speak, just as Yeshuah (Jesus) did.
Prayer
Father, we praise and exalt You. You are our King! Bless the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here. Send us now Your overwhelming provision that it might overflow to those around us. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of evil done to us or by us. Heal us from the inside out. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. Revive Your words and promises, and pour out the blessings of the Torah. Send in quickly the $424,523,962.53 that Your kingdom might go forth. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH. We ask all these things in the name of YAH Yeshuah. Amen.

Changing The World
Headed down the road of life we find many reasons to be both elated and at times, dissatisfied. If we will take the time to consider our situation in light of our reference to our Father, things take on a somewhat different appearance. By that I mean, instead of existing as absolutes to which our response is automatically how we must adjust ourselves and our lives, we stop to consider our response. If we accept what we see and hear, our response is in one direction. If we decide that what we see and hear does not match the words our Father has spoken to us and others, then we would respond another way. His words always come to pass.
Isaiah 55:8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord.
9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
10 For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:
11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.
When we are willing to hear our Father, we find that He wants to help us. We can ask for wisdom in each situation and He will provide it.
James 1:3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.
4 But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.
5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.
8 A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.
It is a bit odd these days. More often than not when a situation presents itself, I find myself considering how what I am facing fits in with my Father’s plans. While that sounds good, for me it is a challenge. At times, my flesh seems to want to go down a negative road. It’s almost as if that reaction is built in. However, not only is it really a choice, lately I am seeing that it is a choice. It’s like focusing on the things of our Father has put in this place where I can stop and think about being either negative or positive as a conscious choice, and not some conditioned response that has no connection with reality. Moses, Paul, Yeshuah (Jesus) – they all said the same thing. Choose life, be like Yahuah (Lord) and forgive, believe what you say out of your mouth, and say what aligns with what God has said.
Deuteronomy 30:11 For this commandment which I command thee this day, it is not hidden from thee, neither is it far off.
12 It is not in heaven, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go up for us to heaven, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it?
13 Neither is it beyond the sea, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go over the sea for us, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it?
14 But the word is very nigh unto thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart, that thou mayest do it.
15 See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil;
16 In that I command thee this day to love the Lord thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the Lord thy God shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it.
It’s about choosing to change the world rightly.
Deuteronomy 30:19 I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:
Wipe away all thoughts and memories of evil done to us or by us. Resting And Thinking
It can be difficult to believe when faced with up close and personal challenges. So what do we do? We know that we are supposed to hold on and believe. Frustrations can make us want to give up. This is real for me today as I think about what we are doing and where we are headed. The challenge is how much energy I have to commit to this and my ability to stay focused on believing. I know scriptures always are true.
Psalms 92:A Psalm or Song for the sabbath day.
1 It is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High:
2 To shew forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night,
3 Upon an instrument of ten strings, and upon the psaltery; upon the harp with a solemn sound.
4 For thou, Lord, hast made me glad through thy work: I will triumph in the works of thy hands.
5 O Lord, how great are thy works! and thy thoughts are very deep.
6 A brutish man knoweth not; neither doth a fool understand this.
7 When the wicked spring as the grass, and when all the workers of iniquity do flourish; it is that they shall be destroyed for ever:
8 But thou, Lord, art most high for evermore.
9 For, lo, thine enemies, O Lord, for, lo, thine enemies shall perish; all the workers of iniquity shall be scattered.
10 But my horn shalt thou exalt like the horn of an unicorn: I shall be anointed with fresh oil.
11 Mine eye also shall see my desire on mine enemies, and mine ears shall hear my desire of the wicked that rise up against me.
12 The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.
13 Those that be planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God.
14 They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing;
15 To shew that the Lord is upright: he is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in him.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, let Your will be done here. Send us now while it is called today Your overwhelming provision that it might overflow to those around us showing who You are. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Send in the $424,523,962.53 quickly that Your kingdom might spread. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all that is good that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. Whether relationships, gold, silver, precious stones, lands, finances, or any of the many good things You have promised in Your scriptures, we call them forth now in the name of YAH! We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all thhese things of You, Father, in Your name YAH! We ask all these things in the name of Yah Yeshuah. Amen.
