Encouragement Comes
It is interesting to “hear from God” to say the least. Sometimes we here just when we talk with Him (some call that prayer). It is that pressing, clear thought that comes when He wants us to know something. Then, there are the scriptures. There is a certain peace that comes when we read these. Scriptures are meant to be good for us.
2 Timothy 3:14 But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;
15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
When we need to be encouraged about what way to go, then we have the scriptures to help us as well. Praise YAH!
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You are our King! Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds of mankind. Let Your will be done here, as it is in heaven where it is absolute and without fail. Send us now Your provision that we might share with others. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love toward us. Deliver us from the evil here. Send in quickly the $424,523,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom of God in the hearts and minds of men. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name, YAH. We ask all these things in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.

Comfort In Accomplishment
Yesterday I had a friend share with me that it was an important day for him. He is a recovering alcoholic, and yesterday was his 14 month anniversary of sobriety, as he calls it. He explained to me that it is a disease, and that without what he called a “spiritual awakening” he would not have been able to quit. Early on he told me he struggled with other believers not understanding that it was an addiction and that he could not quit on his own. Then he realized he was judging his fellow believers, and God showed him that was wrong.
James 4:11 Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge.
12 There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest another?
He has learned to take comfort in trusting God, and the blood that was shed by our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus), and the stripe(s) He bore that healed us from all our diseases, including alcoholism.
1 Peter 2:24 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.
Praise YAH!
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here. Let Your will be done here as it is in heaven. Send us now Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Lead us to where waters are still, and You can be heard. Restore the breach between us. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold, all that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people of that which is good, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $424, 523,962.53 that we might promote Your kingdom here. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We assk all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH. We ask all these things in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.

Resting Well
With the uncertainty of life in front of us, we are encouraged to press “Pause” once every seven days. This taking a day off to rest does several things for us. It is of course, rest.
Genesis 2:2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
And in this effort by our Father to stop doing other things, we have an example to follow. Afterall, He made us like Him.
Genesis 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
And then, there is an opportunity for obedience. This is an important because how important our Father considers obedience.
1 Samuel 15:22 And Samuel said, Hath the Lord as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the Lord? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams.
23 For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the Lord, he hath also rejected thee from being king.
So we see, there is much benefit in the keeping of the Sabbath.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your will be done here as it is in heaven, and let Your kingdom be in this earth. Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all that has been taken or held back that was good, and the more besides. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH. We assk all these things in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.

Just Keep Going
It seems most everything in life comes down to choices. One thing we can choose is to keep moving forward, or not. Yes, I suppose this could apply to life itself, but here I mean effort towards goals in front of us. And by goals I mean those things that we believe our Father has placed in front of us to do. Sometimes, it is just good to remember that He loves us and will help us get to the end.
Psalms 106:1 Praise ye the Lord. O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.
2 Who can utter the mighty acts of the Lord? who can shew forth all his praise?
3 Blessed are they that keep judgment, and he that doeth righteousness at all times.
4 Remember me, O Lord, with the favour that thou bearest unto thy people: O visit me with thy salvation;
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You are King! Praise the name YAH! Let Your will be done here as in heaven, and let Your kingdom come here. Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way from your people, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $424,523,962.53 that we might use it to promote Your kingdom. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things in of You, Father, in Your name, YAH. We ask all these things in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.

Thank You, Father
Sometimes, all we can do as say thank you and praise Him.
Psalms 108:1 O God, my heart is fixed; I will sing and give praise, even with my glory.
2 Awake, psaltery and harp: I myself will awake early.
3 I will praise thee, O Lord, among the people: and I will sing praises unto thee among the nations.
4 For thy mercy is great above the heavens: and thy truth reacheth unto the clouds.
5 Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens: and thy glory above all the earth;
6 That thy beloved may be delivered: save with thy right hand, and answer me.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here. Let Your will be done here. Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Understanding The Task
This morning while trying to gain a better understanding of spiritual warfare and our roles as believers in this earth, I considered what we should be about doing. It is unlikely that we are to be fighting at all times, not impossible, but unlikely, especially since Yeshuah (Jesus) has already defeated the enemy. Even as I write this I wonder if the battle for the earth is already completed, and we now just have to battle for our own minds to believe what we have been given. I am uncertain. There are things we do constantly, and things we do periodically, and things we do randomly. One constant thing is praise and thanksgiving.
Philippians 4:6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
And again the writer of the Psalms agrees.
Psalms 34:1 I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.
2 My soul shall make her boast in the Lord: the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad.
3 O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together.
4 I sought the Lord, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.
5 They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed.
6 This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles.
7 The angel of the Lord encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.
8 O taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.
9 O fear the Lord, ye his saints: for there is no want to them that fear him.
10 The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the Lord shall not want any good thing.
We also not only pray “at all times” but we pray for specific requests. We also pray at specific times.
Psalms 55:16 As for me, I will call upon God; and the Lord shall save me.
17 Evening, and morning, and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud: and he shall hear my voice.
18 He hath delivered my soul in peace from the battle that was against me: for there were many with me.
19 God shall hear, and afflict them, even he that abideth of old. Selah. Because they have no changes, therefore they fear not God.
And then there is the rest of the time.
Luke 19:13 And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come.
So there is battle with the sword of the Spirit, and there is doing the daily routine. These are the tasks at hand.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom reign in the hearts of men. Let Your will be done here as it is in heaven, where all Your will just comes to pass like clockwork. Send us, while it is called today, Your overwhelming provision that we might overflow to others. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here, and wash our hearts and minds white as snow. Heal us from the inside out. Send in quickly the $424,523,962.53 that we might use it to promote Your kingdom, Father. Restore one thousandfold of all the good that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people – whether lands, monies, gold, silver, jewels, relationships, or any other good thing – and the more besides. We rely on You, our King, and none else. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name, YAH. We ask all these things in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.

Songs And Hymns
One of the best ways for us to edify one another and each other, in my experience, is mentioned a couple times by Paul in letters to different churches.
Colossians 3:16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
Although I am by no means a soloist (I can hear those that know me snickering) all of us can make a joyful noise. I have found that YAH has given me words to “sing” to Him, which are songs. I have even sung to Him in the Spirit. Paul seems to make clear that this is truly a good thing for us to experience, and that it helps us in our walk.
Colossians 3:17 And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.
We are weak, but through His strength we can all become better at serving Him and loving people.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, Father, into the hearts of men and women everywhere. Let Your will become the order of things here, as it is in heaven. Send us now Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all that has been taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. Rise up, my King, and deliver us today. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name, YAH. We ask all these things in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.

Hanging On
Sometimes we get the chance to experience the wave of God across the land. By that I mean that God sometimes moves in a way that is significant and good, like a wave of blessing. In these moments we can use what is sent our way to build up our faith.
Psalms 68:17 The chariots of God are twenty thousand, even thousands of angels: the Lord is among them, as in Sinai, in the holy place.even…: or, even many thousands
18 Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led captivity captive: thou hast received gifts for men; yea, for the rebellious also, that the Lord God might dwell among them.for men: Heb. in the man
19 Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here. Let Your will be done here, as it is in heaven. Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that transgress and trespass against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all that has been taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH. We ask all these things in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.

The Healer King
Another friend of mine reported a miraculous thing to me. He took a journey of some distance today. He had been singing and praising God. He also asked God to heal under his arm where various swellings had occurred. During the journey, he noticed at one point an itching under that arm. He said it was like when a scab covers a wound and when it is healing, there comes a point where it itches to the point we can tear off the old sking and find the new skin there. He said out loud, “I am being healed” as he rubbed under his arm. He reported this morning that the swelling is all but gone under his arm, and the pressure in his chest is gone!
Isaiah 53:5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! You are our Healer! Send in now Your overwhelming provision that it might overflow to those around us. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all thoughts or and memories, of the evil done to us or by us, for all people. Give peace to all in this regard. Deliver us from the evil here. Send in quickly what You have promised. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all that has been taken or held back in any way of that which is good, and the more besides. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH. We ask all these things of You in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.

Psalms 92
A Psalm or Song for the sabbath day.
1 It is a good thing to give thanks unto the LORD, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High:
2 To shew forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night,
3 Upon an instrument of ten strings, and upon the psaltery; upon the harp with a solemn sound.
4 For thou, LORD, hast made me glad through thy work: I will triumph in the works of thy hands.
5 O LORD, how great are thy works! and thy thoughts are very deep.
6 A brutish man knoweth not; neither doth a fool understand this.
7 When the wicked spring as the grass, and when all the workers of iniquity do flourish; it is that they shall be destroyed for ever:
8 But thou, LORD, art most high for evermore.
9 For, lo, thine enemies, O LORD, for, lo, thine enemies shall perish; all the workers of iniquity shall be scattered.
10 But my horn shalt thou exalt like the horn of an unicorn: I shall be anointed with fresh oil.
11 Mine eye also shall see my desire on mine enemies, and mine ears shall hear my desire of the wicked that rise up against me.
12 The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.
13 Those that be planted in the house of the LORD shall flourish in the courts of our God.
14 They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing;
15 To shew that the LORD is upright: he is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in him.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Prais ethe name YAH! Let Your kingdome come to the hearts of men. Let Your will be done here, as it is in heaven. Send us now Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that trespass or transgress against us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of evil done to us or by us, and in their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You. Deliver us from the evil here. Come quickly. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH. We ask all these things in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.
