No Matter What

We serve a living God, and not a God made with hands. If a person is continually concerned about the needs of the day, the future that they want to create, or especially the amount of money they can stack up, they can easily slip into focusing their attention on those things. Focus left unattended becomes obsession, and that becomes “worship”. As believers we are called to be obsessed with YAH. If we are willing to work at it, we can put that focus on Him. That is the goal. He is committed to us to help us through blessing as promised to Abraham and the commonwealth of Israel. He is also committed to setting things right when they are not. This is called judgement in scripture. It is a good thing because it gets things set right.

Psalms 101:1I will sing of mercy and judgment: unto thee, O Lord, will I sing.

We are to sing aloud about these things. Praise YAH and enjoy His comfort, for He is there to forgive and cover us, no matter what.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom dwell in the hearts and minds of mankind. Let Your will be done here as it is perfectly and withoiut fail in the heaven. Send us now Your provision, that it might overflow to those around us. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed ot transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil in thoughts, words, and deeds, andin our hearts and minds. Let all these be replaced with You and Your love. Restore seventy times sevenfold all the good that hs been eaten, taken, or held back by the enemy. Send in quickly the $424,523,962.53 that we might use it to care for people. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of Your, Father, in Your name, YAH. We ask all these things of You, Father, in the name of YAH Yeshuah. Amen.

Improving The Day

As I began here this morning, it was obvious to me that there was something of substance to say. The words are just spilling out of me. Perhaps the important point here is that we can be inspired to do what might seem like great things to some or all. If so, it is important to not restrain the Spirit that is guiding us. And I believe that is the message on this Sabbath day (Yom Shabbat). Praise and pray to our Father YAH and He will do what He only can do, and that without fail. He will change our lives.

Psalms 86:7 In the day of my trouble I will call upon thee: for thou wilt answer me.
8 Among the gods there is none like unto thee, O Lord; neither are there any works like unto thy works.
9 All nations whom thou hast made shall come and worship before thee, O Lord; and shall glorify thy name.
10 For thou art great, and doest wondrous things: thou art God alone.
11 Teach me thy way, O Lord; I will walk in thy truth: unite my heart to fear thy name.
12 I will praise thee, O Lord my God, with all my heart: and I will glorify thy name for evermore.
13 For great is thy mercy toward me: and thou hast delivered my soul from the lowest hell.

Thank you Father, for making this day and every day batter.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come to the hearts of men. Let Your will be done here perfectly, as it is done without fail in the heaven. Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away the thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and the love You have toward us. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been eaten by the enemy, or taken away, or stolen. Send in quickly the $424,523,962.53 that we might use it to advance the kingdom of God in the hearts and minds of people here. We love You, YAH! Help us to remember You on this Sabbath day. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH. We ask all these things of You, Father, in the name YAH Yeahush. Amen.

Take Time To Praise, YAH

As someone that is vocally challenged when it comes to singing, I can find myself being reserved when it comes time to praise. But this morning as I was considering this aspect of my life, I stumbled on to something. It is possible to praise our Father by simply chanting or drawing out our speaking. Granted, it is not like those that have been gifted with amazing tonal qualities. But I created the title to this writing today, by “chanting” my thought of what I was trying to say. It just came out when I decided to shut down my mind to extraneous thoughts, and focus on my Father, YAH, and His Son, my Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). I can literally feel a sense of “leaving” this space and entering something else, a heavenly place.

Psalms 103:1 Bless the Lord, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.
2 Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:
3 Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;
4 Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;
5 Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
6 The Lord executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.
7 He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.
8 The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.
20 Bless the Lord, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.
21 Bless ye the Lord, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure.
22 Bless the Lord, all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the Lord, O my soul.

Today, let’s just take time to praise.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come in the hearts and minds of all mankind. Let Your perfect will be done here, like the sunrise and stars that sing. Send us Your provision. Let it overflow to those around us. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away the thoughts and the memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You. Restore unto Your people all the good that has been taken, or eaten, or held back in any way from them, and even more good besides. Send in quickly the $424,523,962.53 that Your people might be able to spread the kingdom into the hearts and minds of mankind. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH! We ask all these things of You in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.

Yom Chamishi, Nisan 4, 6003 – March 22, 2018

Great Days

Each day we are given has all the potential of being a very great day. Today is one of those days. What makes a day a great day is not the money or good fortune it may bring us, It is not fame that might come our way. It is the chance to be in the presence of the moment with our Father. We get to walk around with our Messiah, who through some unseen way, actually lives inside of us.

John 14:23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.

There are all the inputs of the senses, and these can distract and draw us in to the “physical only” world. Our job is to step beyond that and actually try to be present with Him as we interact with the physical world. Even as I write this I am becoming aware that there is something new here for me. Can I actually be in that moment with Him all the time? What would that be like, to have a filter that is first the presence of Yeshuah (Jesus) in me, then the physical world inputs?

It is good to thank Him for these chances to be with Him.

Psalms 100 A Psalm of praise.
1 Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands.
2 Serve the Lord with gladness: come before his presence with singing.
3 Know ye that the Lord he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.
5 For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH, O King. Let Your kingdom come in the hearts of man. Let Your will be done perfectly here as it is in the heaven. Send us this day Your abundant provision that it might overflow to those around us. Deliver us from the evil here. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away the thoughts and the memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You, and Your love toward us. Deliver us, Yeshuah (Jesus), and we will be delivered. Send in quickly the $424,523,962.53 that we might us it to promote Your kingdom, sharing the provision with those in need. Restore seventy times sevenfold, and the more besides, all the good that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people. Restore us to You. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name, YAH. We ask all these things in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.

Yom R’vi’i, Nisan 3, 6003 – March 21, 2018

Helping Is Fighting

Writing out the title today, it seems a good idea to explain a bit exactly what I mean. When I say fighting, I am referring to the phrase, “fighting the good fight” of faith, or spiritual warfare. We are all called to help our fellow man, and more specifically to assist those of the family of God.

Galatians 6:9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
10 As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.

We see here then that we have the opportunity to help us, and likely the obligation to so do, when we can. Helping someone with a fallen tree, mowing a yard, repairing a door, or even just carrying in groceries – all these are really spiritual warfare because we get to be like our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus).

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your will come to the hearts and minds of mankind, that the kingdom of God might be in us. Send us now Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here of thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. Let them be replaced with thoughts and memories of only You and Your love toward us. Restore unto Your people seventy times sevenfold and the more besides of all the good that has been taken or held back in any way from them. Send in quickly the $424,523,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom of God in the hearts and minds of mankind. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH. We ask all these things of You in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.

Yom Shlishi, Nisan 2, 6003 – March 20, 2018

Learning To Build

Beginning this year, this biblical new year just began yesterday with Nisan 1, we will be stating the days of the week differently.

Exodus 12:2 This month shall be unto you the beginning of months: it shall be the first month of the year to you.

We see that the month in which Passover takes place is the month that begins the year.

Nehemiah 2:1 And it came to pass in the month Nisan, in the twentieth year of Artaxerxes the king, that wine was before him: and I took up the wine, and gave it unto the king. Now I had not been beforetime sad in his presence.

Nehemiah was sad for his homeland. He desired to be able to keep the feasts there.

In the past, we have taken the names of the days of the week and hyphenated them and tried our best to lay them out phonetically. Having now done that for at least a year, we will going forward simply list their names. These names relate to the numbered days of the week – first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh.

This is not an attempt to hold ourselves out above others. We each are responsible for our own walk with God. This is just ours.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom be here in the hearts and minds of mankind. Let Your will, Your perfect will, be done here perfectly, just as it is in heaven. Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. Replace these with thoughts and memories of only You. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold, and the more besides, all the good that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people. Send in quickly the $424,523,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom of YAH in the hearts and minds of mankind, and care for one another. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH. We ask all these things of You in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.

Yom Sheni, Nisan 1, 6003 – March 19, 2018

Get To vs. Have To

After thinking about the idea of obedience, a thought occurred to me about how people like me were often taught to view the Bible, God, etc. Early on I was led to believe that God had a hammer and He was out to get me or others if we stepped out of line. That is not an accurate representation, in my opinion. Our Father gives us a path of blessing to follow. We choose to follow blessing or not.

Deuteronomy 30:19 I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:

And we can return to the path where the blessing is if we choose to do so.

Deuteronomy 30:1 And it shall come to pass, when all these things are come upon thee, the blessing and the curse, which I have set before thee, and thou shalt call them to mind among all the nations, whither the Lord thy God hath driven thee,
2 And shalt return unto the Lord thy God, and shalt obey his voice according to all that I command thee this day, thou and thy children, with all thine heart, and with all thy soul;
3 That then the Lord thy God will turn thy captivity, and have compassion upon thee, and will return and gather thee from all the nations, whither the Lord thy God hath scattered thee.
4 If any of thine be driven out unto the outmost parts of heaven, from thence will the Lord thy God gather thee, and from thence will he fetch thee:
5 And the Lord thy God will bring thee into the land which thy fathers possessed, and thou shalt possess it; and he will do thee good, and multiply thee above thy fathers.
6 And the Lord thy God will circumcise thine heart, and the heart of thy seed, to love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, that thou mayest live.
7 And the Lord thy God will put all these curses upon thine enemies, and on them that hate thee, which persecuted thee.
8 And thou shalt return and obey the voice of the Lord, and do all his commandments which I command thee this day.
9 And the Lord thy God will make thee plenteous in every work of thine hand, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy land, for good: for the Lord will again rejoice over thee for good, as he rejoiced over thy fathers:
10 If thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to keep his commandments and his statutes which are written in this book of the law, and if thou turn unto the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul.

We get to choose our Father! We get to choose our Messiah! We get to choose life!

Choose…

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King! Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here into the hearts and minds of mankind that we might live for You. Let Your perfect will be done here that we might see on earth what is forever written in heaven. Send in now Your overwhelming provision that it might overflow to those around us. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away the fear and sadness and the thoughts and the memories of the evil done to us or by us. Restore unto Your people seventy times sevenfold all that has been taken that was good. Send in quickly the $424,523,962.53 that we might care for Your people and promote the kingdom of God in the hearts and minds of the people. We love You. We know You hear us. We are so thankful that You keep no record of wrongs. Help us now, my King, that we might serve You and spread the borders of Your kingdom. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name, YAH. We ask all these things of You, Father, in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.

Yom Ri-shon, Adar 29, 6002 – March 18, 2018

Trust And Obey

We can do most anything we want to do. WE actually get to choose what our preference will be moving forward. By that I mean, we can follow our true convictions, or not. For some, perhaps there exist no truly strong convictions. For others, with these convictions, they are or seem strong. But what about when they are tested? What do we do in those moments when we have to choose? Let me provide an example. Say we have a chance to escape severe financial lack by being a part of some effort, like a new job, a sale, or what ever means we have personally for improving our income. Or someone assures you they can heal your child if you will just let them use fetal tissues. When we think about these things, perhaps, just perhaps, we are thinking on the wrong thing. Here is some of what I found in scripture.

Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

We see that it is not enough to believe in our Father’s existence. We must also believe He will reward us if we seek Him. It becomes a matter of trust. It becomes a matter of what we consider to be important, or at least most important. It is not easy, but it is possible to press pause and realize that the best solution is really choosing God, believing in the Messiah, and going after Him.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King! Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here into the hearts and minds of all mankind. Let Your will be done here perfectly, just as it goes on forever in heaven, without fail. Send in now Your provision that we might share it with others. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. We need deliverance from the evil in the hearts and minds of us all. Only You can heal us. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $424,523,962.53 that we might advance Your kingdom. We need you now, Father. We love you, Dad. Help us. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH. We ask all these things of You in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.

Sha-bat, Adar 28, 6002 – March 17, 2018

Resting With Friends

Today my family and I go to hear a guest speaker at fellowship. This is a new experience for us, having an out of town speaker on the Sabbath. Very interesting. To that end, I just want everyone to be encouraged today to do good and be excited about resting on the Sabbath with friend and family, learning about our Father, YAH.

Hebrews 4:4 For he spake in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God did rest the seventh day from all his works.
5 And in this place again, If they shall enter into my rest.
6 Seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief:
7 Again, he limiteth a certain day, saying in David, To day, after so long a time; as it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts.
8 For if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day.
9 There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God.
10 For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You are King! Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here into the hearts and minds of mankind that we might love you and one another. Let Your will be done here without fail and perfectly, more perfectly than the most exquisite time piece. Send to us now Your provision, such that it might overflow to those around us. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their pllace let there be only thoughts and memories of You. Restore unto Your people seventy times sevenfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $424,523,962.53 that we might use it to restore the kingdom in this earth through the hearts and minds of men, care for the widows and orphans, feed the hungry, cloth the naked, house the homeless, and love the unlovely. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH. We assk all these things of You in the name YAH Yeshauh. Amen.

Called To Win!

When a tragedy befalls someone, or a deadly disease, or some other terrible event, often we hear explanations that to the unbelieving make them not want to serve God. Or they might be less than flattering to God. This morning as I think about all of these different positions to take, and all of which I personally have taken at some point in my life, I question them. Here is something I find in scriptures, which I know must be true.

Dueteronomy 28:10 And all people of the earth shall see that thou art called by the name of the Lord; and they shall be afraid of thee.
11 And the Lord shall make thee plenteous in goods, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy ground, in the land which the Lord sware unto thy fathers to give thee.in goods: or, for goodbody: Heb. belly
12 The Lord shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow.
13 And the Lord shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the Lord thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them:
14 And thou shalt not go aside from any of the words which I command thee this day, to the right hand, or to the left, to go after other gods to serve them.

This sure sounds like we are called to win! So what do we do to explain these situations? I have a suggested answer.

Nothing.

While I cannot speak for others, I can speak for me. I am not called to explain these things. But I am called to win. I will focus on that, speaking that truth, and helping anyone overcome any tragedy.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds of men. Let Your will be done here perfectly as it is done perfectly in heaven, and without fail forever! Send us now Your overwhelming provision that we might use it to help others as well as our own families. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here, int our hearts minds and actions, and in the hearts, minds, and actions of others. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $424,523,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom in the hearts and minds of mankind here. WE ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH. We ask all these things of You in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.
