Make Memories

Everyday we do things that make memories for us and others. It can be simple things like fixing a bicycle, making a meal, or taking a walk with someone. It can be spending time with someone that is shut in. Or it can be helping a neighbor with a flat tire. I am writing this a day late. Yesterday, while spending time with my wife and her mother, we had a flat tire. Three different people offered to assist us. By the time the last person offered, I was ready for help. Thinking back, we were all helping our fellow man. We all made simple memories. We all helped each other.

Galatians 6:2 Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.

Here Paul was talking about helping those that have fallen spiritually, but I think also it applies to those things that we do in the physical world. We need to be more like our Father and like our Messiah, whenever we can.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your will be done here as it is in heaven. Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds of mankind. Send us now Your overwhelming provision that we might all overflow to those around us, demonstrating Your love. Deliver us from the evil here. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil that would cause us to go a different way. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love toward us. Restore Your people Father, I pray. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all that has been taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,923,962.53 that we might use it to deliver the kingdom of God into the hearts and minds of mankind. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things in the name of YAH Yeshuah, Father, because we know that You hear us. Amen.

Yom Sheni, Tammuz 17, 6003 – July 2, 2018

Better Way

There is a better way to live life. Placing our Father and His ways first.

Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Today we can be encouraged because the plan is simple. God first. He will take care of the rest.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds of mankind. Let Your will be done here perfectly as it is in heaven. Send us now Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against You. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore Your people, and restore one thousandfold all that has been taken or held back of that which is good from Your people. And the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,923,962.53 that we might use it to promote Your kingdom here in the hearts and minds of mankind. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You in Y9our name, Father, the name YAH. We ask all these things in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.

Yom Rishon, Tammuz 9, 6003 – July 1, 2018

Just Keeps Moving

This morning I was thinking that no matter what happens around us, life keeps moving forward. How is that possible? It is possible because there is One who made it all.

John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2 The same was in the beginning with God.
3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

And Again, Paul wrote this to the Colossians to remember who they were.

Colossians 1:12 Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:
13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:
14 In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:
15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:
16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.

So we see that we have been given this great ministry of sharing the truth, that our Father is not the one with the hammer – that is our adversary the devil. Our Father loves us, and lives within us. He gives mankind the power to become like our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). He gives us the power to become sons of God.

John 1:10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.
11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not.
12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

So today, if we will accept that great gift, we can be the sons and daughters of God.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in this place into the hearts and minds of mankind. Let Your will be done here as it is in heaven. Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Deliver us from the evil here that would keep us from You. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here, and wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. We cast down all vain imaginations. Let our hearts and minds be subject to only You, Father. Restore Your people unto Your kingdom, the kingdom of God, in their hearts and minds. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all that has been taken of held back in any way, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,923,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom of God in the hearts and minds of mankind. You alone can do this Father. Help us all, and help me, to be more like You. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH. We ask all these things of You in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.

Peaceful and Watchful

One thing I enjoy about the Sabbath is that not only is it peaceful, but YAH has our back. Sometimes I think about how vulnerable we can be when we are at rest. In truth, it is exactly the opposite. Because we are resting with our Father, He is watching over us.

Isaiah 56:1 Thus saith the Lord, Keep ye judgment, and do justice: for my salvation is near to come, and my righteousness to be revealed.
2 Blessed is the man that doeth this, and the son of man that layeth hold on it; that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and keepeth his hand from doing any evil.
3 Neither let the son of the stranger, that hath joined himself to the Lord, speak, saying, The Lord hath utterly separated me from his people: neither let the eunuch say, Behold, I am a dry tree.
4 For thus saith the Lord unto the eunuchs that keep my sabbaths, and choose the things that please me, and take hold of my covenant;
5 Even unto them will I give in mine house and within my walls a place and a name better than of sons and of daughters: I will give them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off.
6 Also the sons of the stranger, that join themselves to the Lord, to serve him, and to love the name of the Lord, to be his servants, every one that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and taketh hold of my covenant;
7 Even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon mine altar; for mine house shall be called an house of prayer for all people.
8 The Lord God which gathereth the outcasts of Israel saith, Yet will I gather others to him, beside those that are gathered unto him.

There has been a blessing provided to all who rest with YAH on the Sabbath.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King! Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds of mankind. Let Your will be done here perfectly, as it is in heaven. Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions. Deliver us from the evil here. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done here to us and by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love toward us. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all that has been eaten, taken away, or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,923,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom of God in the hearts and minds of mankind. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in the name YAH. WE ask all these things in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.

Walking In The Woods

A friend of mine recently told me a story about how he was dealing with someone that professes to be a believer but is doing many things to cause harm financially to him and his friends. He said how he has to keep speaking and walking with a clear vision in his mind of a better way – God’s way – and walk toward that goal. It reminded me of two situations.

When I was young I was in the Boy Scouts. Regardless of what that means to some today, it meant a lot back then, especially to me. There is so much to learn about the outdoors, and we had many chances to learn those things. One thing we learned is about walking in the woods, especially if you are trying to get out of them and you are uncertain of the path out. Using a compass you look in the direction you want to go to get out, and identify two landmarks that are in the path you want to take, so that you have three points in a row, where you are, landmark 1, and landmark 2. Walk to landmark 1. Looking at landmark 2, find landmark 3 that is in the same path. Walk to landmark 2 and repeat the process until you are at your destination. This process of constantly verifying your path as straight toward your goal is essential because people have a tendency to walk in circles if they try to just “walk a straight line” on their own reckoning. Sounds a lot like life, right?

The second situation is more intense. It is our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus) on the cross. Try to imagine what that must have been like. He had to be very focused on what He was doing. He had to have such a clarity of purpose that His vision of the gola was always immediately in front of Him.

Hebrews 12:1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin [transgression of the Law] which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,
2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
3 For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners [transgressors of the Law] against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.

As we walk through the woods of life, we need to keep our eye on the prize. Yahuah (Lord) has given to each person a charge and a goal. With that clearly in mind, we must walk through our lives. Every obstacle that comes in our path we must navigate with our eyes on the goal, and not the obstacle. If we do, we can be like our Messiah.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come in the hearts and minds of mankind. Let Your will be done here perfectly as it is in heaven. Send us now Your provision, that it might overflow to those around us. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love toward us. Help us to hope in You and those things that You have said in the ancient writings of scripture. Restore Your people unto You, Father. Forgive the generations and forgive us. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore unto Your people what the worm has eaten, what the enemy has taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. Restore the good one thousandfold to Your people that those around us stand in awe. Rise up and push back those that cling and grab and attempt to steal, and force them to let go, in the name of YAH! Send in quickly the remaining $423,923,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom here in the hearts and minds of mankind. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Yahuah Elohim (Lord God), in Your name YAH. We ask all these things in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.

Thankful For Forgiveness

To be thankful for forgiveness, it is important to first see what we need to be thankful for and why. Please read to the end to see the result of forgiveness, and I believe you will find something for which to be thankful.. Be blessed!

When humans do something contrary to what God has said to do, deterioration of some type sets in with the ultimate form of that being death. In society today, there is a tendency to get caught up in the world around us and to “not know” all that we have or can do when we follow after what our Father has instructed us. In a way, there was this great book of ancient mysteries written that show that what is spoken with intent comes to pass.

Deuteronomy 30:11 For this commandment which I command thee this day, it is not hidden from thee, neither is it far off.
12 It is not in heaven, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go up for us to heaven, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it?
13 Neither is it beyond the sea, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go over the sea for us, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it?
14 But the word is very nigh unto thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart, that thou mayest do it.

Based upon that power given to mankind, certain curses were spoken for certain activity. Man cannot escape these curses on his own, and some of these we might recognize because we have unknowingly seen them in action. I have only listed a few here.

Deuteronomy 28:15 But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee:
16 Cursed shalt thou be in the city, and cursed shalt thou be in the field.
17 Cursed shall be thy basket and thy store.
18 Cursed shall be the fruit of thy body, and the fruit of thy land, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep.
19 Cursed shalt thou be when thou comest in, and cursed shalt thou be when thou goest out.

22 The Lord shall smite thee with a consumption, and with a fever, and with an inflammation, and with an extreme burning, and with the sword, and with blasting, and with mildew; and they shall pursue thee until thou perish.

24 The Lord shall make the rain of thy land powder and dust: from heaven shall it come down upon thee, until thou be destroyed.

28 The Lord shall smite thee with madness, and blindness, and astonishment of heart:

33 The fruit of thy land, and all thy labours, shall a nation which thou knowest not eat up; and thou shalt be only oppressed and crushed alway:

44 He shall lend to thee, and thou shalt not lend to him: he shall be the head, and thou shalt be the tail.

60 Moreover he will bring upon thee all the diseases of Egypt, which thou wast afraid of; and they shall cleave unto thee.
61 Also every sickness, and every plague, which is not written in the book of this law, them will the Lord bring upon thee, until thou be destroyed.

But wait! There is good news!

Galatians 3:13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:
14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

Today we can be thankful that we have been redeemed so that when we transgress the Law, the commandments and statutes spoken of by Moses, we also have the forgiveness that Moses spoke about.

Deuteronomy 30:1 And it shall come to pass, when all these things are come upon thee, the blessing and the curse, which I have set before thee, and thou shalt call them to mind among all the nations, whither the Lord thy God hath driven thee,
2 And shalt return unto the Lord thy God, and shalt obey his voice according to all that I command thee this day, thou and thy children, with all thine heart, and with all thy soul;
3 That then the Lord thy God will turn thy captivity, and have compassion upon thee, and will return and gather thee from all the nations, whither the Lord thy God hath scattered thee.
4 If any of thine be driven out unto the outmost parts of heaven, from thence will the Lord thy God gather thee, and from thence will he fetch thee:
5 And the Lord thy God will bring thee into the land which thy fathers possessed, and thou shalt possess it; and he will do thee good, and multiply thee above thy fathers.
6 And the Lord thy God will circumcise thine heart, and the heart of thy seed, to love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, that thou mayest live.
7 And the Lord thy God will put all these curses upon thine enemies, and on them that hate thee, which persecuted thee.
8 And thou shalt return and obey the voice of the Lord, and do all his commandments which I command thee this day.
9 And the Lord thy God will make thee plenteous in every work of thine hand, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy land, for good: for the Lord will again rejoice over thee for good, as he rejoiced over thy fathers:

Today, let’s all be thankful for the forgiveness bought and paid for by our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus) when He hung on the cross.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King! Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds of mankind. Let Your will be done here as it is in heaven, so perfectly. Deliver us from the evil here that we might follow You to be like You. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love toward us. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore Your people to You, Father. Help men turn their hearts to You. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been eaten or taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. Only You can do this, Father. Send in quickly the $423,923,962.53 that we might use it to promote Your kingdom in the hearts and minds of mankind. We want to be sons of God. Only You can help us to do that. Help us to find our way. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). WE ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH. We ask all these things of You in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.

Remember Why

I have often heard it said that in the pursuit of a dream, of a goal, of success at most anything, it is important to know why we are doing what we do. This concept can be very helpful for us in overcoming challenges that keep us from moving forward spiritually. A great example of this appears in the scripture about fasting.

Isaiah 58:4 Behold, ye fast for strife and debate, and to smite with the fist of wickedness: ye shall not fast as ye do this day, to make your voice to be heard on high.
5 Is it such a fast that I have chosen? a day for a man to afflict his soul? is it to bow down his head as a bulrush, and to spread sackcloth and ashes under him? wilt thou call this a fast, and an acceptable day to the Lord?a day…: or, to afflict his soul for a day?
6 Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?
7 Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh?

Yahuah (Lord) spoke through the prophet Isaiah to say that He had a prayer and fasting, a why, but the people did it for a different, wrong purpose. Their “why” was wrong. Our focus in spiritual warfare has to be to bring liberty and freedom to the oppressed. If we stop and remember to pray to our Father and to praise His name, we will get to the right “why” which is also what our Messiah said to us.

Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Today let’s all take the time with the Father to remember our “why”, our reason for spiritual warfare. It is not to fight people, and certainly not our brothers and sisters in the Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). It is to get the freedom for the oppressed, break the bands of wickedness, to set the oppressed free, and to take care of the hungry and the poor. These are all good reasons to fast. We lay up our treasures in heaven.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here into the hearts and minds of mankind. Let Your will be done here as it is in heaven, so perfectly. Deliver us from the evil here that would prevent us from forgiving. Forgive our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love toward us. Restore Your people to right standing, Father. Restore Your people to doing Your will. Bless their spirits that they might hear You and do Your words. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all that has been taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. Bring in quickly the $423,923,962.53 that we might use it to promote Your kingdom here in the hearts and minds of mankind. Rise up now, my King, stand and deliver Your people and raise them up from the dust, placing them on high. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH. We ask all these things in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.

Yom Shlishi, Tammuz 11, 6003 – June 26, 2018

Desired Heart

Heart. When we hear that word, it can mean many things. For some they think of the organ in the body that pumps blood. Maybe some think of health. And some think of that part of our character that drives us. Scriptures tell us something about this latter point.

Luke 6:43 For a good tree bringeth not forth corrupt fruit; neither doth a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
44 For every tree is known by his own fruit. For of thorns men do not gather figs, nor of a bramble bush gather they grapes.
45 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.

What is in our heart is what comes out of our mouth. So many have so much in their past that troubles them. How do we know? Listen to what is spoken. The interesting thing here that our Messiah was showing us is that we have a tendency to look at others first. Yeshuah (Jesus) was encouraging us to look at ourselves. That is the heart He had. It is interesting what the Messiah said next.

Luke 6:46 And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?

We need to do what He said. That also indicates where we are at in relationship to our Father. David talked about this level of heart that is like our Father.

Psalms 51:16 For thou desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it: thou delightest not in burnt offering.
17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.

We can be and are builders. We build possibility by what we say. We build reality by what we do.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come in the hearts and minds of mankind. Let Your will be done here as it is in heaven, with the utmost of perfection. Send us now Your provision, that we might overflow to those around us. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love toward us. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore the heart in Your people Father. Restore our spirits that we might rise up and serve You. Deliver us from evil that would creep in. Send in quickly the $423,923,962.53 that we might use it to serve You and promote Your kingdom n the hearts and minds of mankind. We ask all these things in the name of Yah Yeshuah (Lord Jesus). Amen.

The Only Hope

We must find ways to walk out our lives with God that truly exalt Him as King. In prayer this morning I found myself wanting to be aligned with Him. What occurred for me was the knowing that He is there and up to His plan. I reread what I wrote yesterday, and it became even more clear that everything we do, if it is to be truly lasting, requires us to be focused on Him as our source for everything we do. We must “hope” in Him.

Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
2 For by it the elders obtained a good report.
3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

Here we see that faith, hope, and the word of God are all tied together. The word “hope” comes from the Greek word elpis which means eager expectation. The word “word” comes from the Greek word rhema which means utterance. So our faith requires eager expectation (not desperate wishes) and speaking what does not exist into existence.

Think about that for just a minute.

We are literally saying that we need to be so convinced of what our Father has said and is doing that we are waiting with gleeful anticipation of its arrival, like a little kid waiting for the presents once they blow out the candles on the cake. With that in our hearts and minds, we say it, and it comes to pass. This is what Yahuah (Lord) did when He created heaven and earth. We are made in His image and likeness, so we do the same things the same way.

Genesis 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.moveth: Heb. creepeth

If we will take the time with our Father, as our Messiah did when He went off to pray, then we too can experience what He experienced, and fulfill the call on our lives.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in this earth, Father. Let Your will be done here as it is in Heaven, perfectly. Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Deliver us from the evil here. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love for us. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,923,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom of God, Your kingdom, in the hearts and minds of mankind. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah, YAH Yeshuah (Lord Jesus). Amen.

Focus On Life

This morning I found myself in a bit of a funk. It seemed like there were all these things around me that were not going as hoped. As I was sharing this via text with a friend, I began to see an issue. Humans end up where they focus. In driving it is important to keep our eyes on where we want to be because we will steer to where we are looking, to where our focus is. It seems that this may be a life trait. We have to “see” what we want and expect, and then that will come to pass as we “drive” toward it. And of course, it has to be within the will of our Father. If we focus on things here in this world, we will drive towards the things in this world.

1 John 2:15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.

Yeshuah (Jesus) our Messiah told us of this, and He also lived it. No matter where He was, or what was going on, He looked and listend to see what our Father was saying and doing. We need to be just like that ourselves, as He instructed us.

Matthew 6:31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?
32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.
33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

This mystery of going in the direction of our focus is described by Messiah.

Matthew 6:22 The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.
23 But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!

“The eye is the light of the body” seems to indicate that what we focus on fills every part of us. The word for “evil” means laborious, annoyances, or hardships. The word for “single” means simple. If we can be like our Messiah Yeshuah, and focus on what the Father is doing, we will be able to filled with that focus, “seeing” it internally, and having it fill us with joy.

I want to remember to focus on the things of the Father, and have that joy fill me.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds of mankind. Let Your will be done here perfectly as it is in heaven. Send us now Your overwhelming provision that it might overflow to those around us. Deliver us from the evil here. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love toward us. Restore Your people Father, and draw them close. Restore unto Your people of all the good that has been eaten, taken, or held back in any way, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $424,923,962.53 that we might use it to promote Your kingdom here in the hearts and minds of mankind. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH. We ask all these things in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.
