Yom Sheni, Tevet 23, 6003 – December 31, 2018

Be Of Good Cheer

It can be a challenge for believers to live in this world. There exists a certain tendency toward behaving badly. For those that follow the Gregorian calendar, tonight is a changing of the guard, so to speak, when the year changes from one thing to another. When this happens, people have a tendency to “party hard” and consume to much of many things. As believers, we can choose a different life, one in which is happiness and many good things. Let’s make choices that honor our Father today.

Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.

15 By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.

Praise the name YAH!

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in this earth in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people here. Let Your will be done here perfectly. Send us Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of the many good things You have done for us, and of You, Father. Restore one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held baci in any way by the enemy from Your people, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,523,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom of God in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people here. We ask all these things of You Father, our King, in the mighty name YAH Yeshuah HaMoshiach. Amen and amen. Amen.

Yom Rishon, Tevet 22, 6003 – December 30, 2018

Taking Time

Good news! Our Father loves us and wants to spend time with us. In turn, we need to take the time necessary to accomplish all we need to accomplish. By that, I mean spending time with Him, hanging out, learning, laughing, etc. He is all around us, and is with us in all we do.

Deuteronomy 31:6 Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.

This passage is wonderful. It is requoted in the letter to the Hebrews after our Messiah had come.

Hebrews 13:5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

Want an amazing promise, down through the centuries!

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Praise the name YAH! Send us now Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love for us. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people and the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,523,962.53. We ask all these things of You Father, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMoshiach. Amen. Amen.

Yom Shabbat, Tevet 21, 6003 – December 29, 2018

Deliberate Rest

Humans can be peculiar animals at times. We may grumble and complain about this or that, but inside we are really pleased that we got to be involved, or not involved, depending on the circumstances. It is as if we do not want to take responsibility for the events that occur in our life. To a degree, we are responsible for the events in our life.

Joshua 1:8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.

So we see that with deliberate action comes certain events in life – we call them blessings. It would seem obvious then that knowing the actions to take, the keys if you will, would be a good thing to know. Here is another one.

Leviticus 23:1 And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, Concerning the feasts of the Lord, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my feasts.
3 Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the sabbath of rest, an holy convocation; ye shall do no work therein: it is the sabbath of the Lord in all your dwellings.

So today, on the Sabbath, if we are deliberate about resting, we can do that – rest. In so doing, we use one of the keys to unlock blessing in our lives.

Prayer
Father Yahuah, we exalt You! You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people, fulfilling Your will just as it is fulfilled in heaven. Send us Your provision now. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love for us. Deliver us from the evil here, around us and in us. Restore Your people to You, Father. REstore all that the worm has eaten. Restore one thousandfold all that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,523,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom of God in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. You alone are King! Praise and thank the name YAHUAH! Let these things be so. Let these things be so. We ask all these things of You, Father King Yahuah, in the mighty name YAH Yeshuah HaMoshiach. Amen and Amen.

Yom Shishi, Tevet 20, 6003 – December 28, 2018

Mirror Image

It is up to us. God made mankind, us, like Him.

Genesis 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

The result is he would have many smaller versions of Him running around taking care of His creation the way He Himself would take care of His creation. They would observe, and then speak to it.

Genesis 2:19 And out of the ground the Lord God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof.
20 And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him.

When God looks at mankind, male and female, He sees Himself. He sees that because that is what He created. We are made like Him and are meant to be like Him. To the degree we live that out is to the degree that we have that on our side, that position and power to execute our Father’s will. He has set up His plan since the beginning. The end result is if we are inside the plan, there is blessing. Outside the plan, not so much.

Making this world a better place is really up to us.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts, and in the minds, and in the bodies of the people. Let Your perfect will be done here as it is in heaven, perfectly. Send us now, Send us now, Your provision. Forgive us, Father, forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done here, to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love for us. Deliver us from the evil here. Deliver us from the evil here, in us and around us. Restore us, Father, Restore us, Father. Restore us unto You. Restore all that the worm has eaten. Restore one thousandfold, all the good that the enemy has taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,523,962.53, and the more besides. We ask all these things of You, Father. We ask all these things of You, Father, Rise up my King. We ask all these things of You Father, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMoshiach. Amen.

Yom Chamishi, Tevet 19, 6003 – December 27, 2018

Welcoming Wisdom

To be welcoming of something is to be accepting of something. It is the receiving of something. Ultimately when we receive something, it is a gift. Whether we feel we have earned something or not, something received means someone had to give it up or surrender it. It only seems reasonable then to be thankful when it is something good. In the case of wisdom, it is almost by definition something good. In Hebrew, there is a type of wisdom that is referred to not just for things like administration, but also in the skillfulness of war. Here is one scripture where we find this word, chokmah (wisdom).

Deuteronomy 4:5 Behold, I have taught you statutes and judgments, even as the Lord my God commanded me, that ye should do so in the land whither ye go to possess it.
6 Keep therefore and do them; for this is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the nations, which shall hear all these statutes, and say, Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.

Today, we can be thankful that our Father gives us the wisdom we need for spiritual warfare and for the administration of life in general. We can be thankful that we have a path to follow that is well lit by the light of our Father.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. Let Your will be done here perfectly as it is in heaven. Send us now Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. Deliver us from the evil in the atmosphere around us, and within us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love for us. Restore us Father. Restore us unto You. Restore all that the worm has eaten. Restore one thousandfold all that the enemy has taken or held back of that which is called good, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,523,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom of YAH in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. We ask all these things of You, Father Yahuah, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMoshiach. Amen.

Yom R’vi’i, Tevet 18, 6003 – December 26, 2018

Working Our Way Home

In the battle to live out a life that is honoring to our Father in heaven, it can be helpful to have a goal in mind and work toward that goal. A worthy goal is to reflect on someday we will be going home to be with our Father. When we get there we want to hear those words.

Matthew 25:21 His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.

We are meant to be working on the kingdom here in this earth, the kingdom of heaven (rulership of the air).

Matthew 24:45 Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?
46 Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.
47 Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.

We are to use this power in the ways He has described.

Matthew 25:34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
35 For I was an hungered, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:
36 Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.
37 Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungered, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?
38 When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?
39 Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?
40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

We are to care for those that need it most.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and the monds and the bodies of the people. Let Your will be done perfectly as it is in heaven. Send us now the provision that not only our needs but the needs of those around us might be fulfilled. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away, wipe away, wipe away, all the thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and your love for us. Deliver us from the evil here that would rise up against us, and even within us. Rise up, O King, and deliver today. Restore Your people unto You, YAH, even now restore. Restore also all that the worm has eaten. Restore one thousandfold all that the enemy has taken or held back of that which is good, and the more besides. We ask all these things of You, Father. Send in quickly the $423,503,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom of God here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. We ask all these things of You, Father YAH, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMoshiach. Amen. Amen.

Yom Shlishi, Tevet 17, 6003 – December 25, 2018

What Are We Building?

Recently a friend of mine changed his mind and decided to go along with the crowd on certain things. Going along with the crowd is certainly easier than not. And on the surface, it does not seem like a negative thing to the vast majority of people. The real question is, what do we end up building? If there is a truth, and we build on something that is not true, what happens?

Matthew 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
24 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:
25 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.
26 And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:
27 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.

We build well when we build by doing the will of the Father. That is plainly revealed in scriptures. All else is sand that washes away.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. Let Your will be done here as it is so perfectly in heaven. Send us now Your provision, that we might overflow to those around us. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. Deliver us from that evil here. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love for us. Restore us, Father YAH. Restore all that the worm has eaten. Restore right relationship to You. Restore one thousandfold all that the enemy has taken or held back in any way from Your people of that which is good, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,503,962.53 that we might use it to promote Your kingdom here in the hearts and minds and bodies of Your people. We ask all these things of You, Father Yahuah, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMoshiak. Amen.

Yom Sheni, Tevet 16, 6003 – December 24, 2018

Just Try

How much faith do we have? Is that even a question that can be answered? It seems clear to me whether there is a real measure of “amount” when it comes to faith.

Romans 12:3 For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.

We see that there is a use of this in the expression of the gift(s) given to a person.

Romans 12:6 Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith;

So it seems that God has a plan and gives gifts to men according to that plan. An individual can strengthen their particular faith by renewing the mind.

Romans 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

So in the end, the most important thing we can do on our side is to try. We have to try to get things accomplished. We have to make the effort in prayer, in praise, in reading scriptures, etc. We have to just try.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. Let Your will be done here perfectly, as it is in heaven. Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here, around us and in us. Wipe away all the memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love for us. Restore us, Father, unto You. Restore unto Your people all that the worm has eaten. Restore one thousandfold all the good that the enemy has taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,503,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom of God in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. We ask all these things of You, Father Yahuah, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMoshiach. Amen.

Yom Rishon, Tevet 15, 6003 – December 23, 2018

Time With God

This morning as I was trying to think of what feels comforting to me personally, several ideas came to minds. For some people I know they are comforted by being close to home. For some it is a drive in the country (I like that one as well). The list goes on. But as I thought about the list, I realized that it is different for me, as there is truly one thing that stands out from the rest. Being alone with God is the most comforting thing for me to experience. There is something about knowing that He is there and available, and actually wants to be close to us.

Haggai 1:6 Ye have sown much, and bring in little; ye eat, but ye have not enough; ye drink, but ye are not filled with drink; ye clothe you, but there is none warm; and he that earneth wages earneth wages to put it into a bag with holes.
7 Thus saith the Lord of hosts; Consider your ways.
8 Go up to the mountain, and bring wood, and build the house; and I will take pleasure in it, and I will be glorified, saith the Lord.

It is important to note here that we are now the living stones and that we are the temple. We are to build our temple for our Father to be in, and not for us to house our own worldly desires. When we do, then the blessings return to us many fold.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. Let Your will be done here as it is in heaven, so perfectly. Send us now Your overwhelming provision that we might overflow to those around us. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil inside and out. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love for us. Destroy the works of darkness in our midst, and nipping at our heals. Restore to Your people all that the worm has eaten. Retore unto Your people one thousandfold of all the good that the enemy has taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,503,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom of God in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people here. Thank You, Father, for always being there. I know You hear me, and You always hear me. This is for the others. I love you. We ask all these things of You, Father, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMoshiach. Amen.

Yom Shabbat, Tevet 14, 6003 – December 22, 2018

Following YAH

For those that do not recognize the name YAH, it is in the Hebrew in the scriptures in many places, but is literally stated in one place.

Psalms 68:4 Sing unto God, sing praises to his name: extol him that rideth upon the heavens by his name Jah, and rejoice before him.

The name “YAH” is short for the name Yahuah or Yaweh. There is no “J” in Hebrew, it is the letter “Y”. Interestingly we are instructed to sing to God, sing praise tp the name, and “raise Him up” by His name. There are those that suggest because we do not know exactly His name that we should not try to use it, out of respect. I personally have never found that reference in the scriptures. I have found references like the one above that command us to use His name. I have also found references to Him providing perfect language.

Zephaniah 3:9 For then will I turn to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the Lord, to serve him with one consent.

The time is coming when we will each be called to sing to YAH in a pure language. In the meantime, it is good to praise Him by His name YAH!

Shabbat Shalom!

Prayer
Father YAH, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. Let Your will be done here perfectly as it is in heaven. Send us now Your overwhelming provision, that it might overflow to those around us. Deliver us from the evil here that would constrain our praise of the name YAH. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here, around us and in us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love for us. Restore unto Your people rightstanding with You. restore unto Your people all that the worm has eaten. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold of all the good that the enemy has taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,503,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom of God in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people here. We ask all these things of You, Father YAH, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMoshiach. Amen.
