Comfort In Trusting

We can be comforted in knowing that our Father watches over us at all times.

Psalms 121:1 I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.
2 My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.
3 He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.
4 Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.

If we will then trust Him to care for us, we can be comforted.

Proverbs 3:1 My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments:
2 For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee.
3 Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart:
4 So shalt thou find favour and good understanding in the sight of God and man.
5 Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

Prayer
Father we exalt You. You alone are King. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send us now Your overwhelming prosperity and provision, that we might overflow to those around us. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the goods and the good that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. We ask all these things of You Father King, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashicah. Amen and Amen. Amen.

Yom Shabbat, Tammuz 4, 6004 – June 8, 2019

Resting With Friends

It is good not to separate ourselves from others. So say the scriptures.

Hebrews 10:24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:
25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

When we assemble on the Sabbath, it is a good thing. We can rest with one another, and with God.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here and let Your will be done here on earth as it is in heaven. Send us now Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the gold and silver, all the relationships, and all the goods that have been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. We ask all these things of You Father in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Yom Shishi, Tammuz 3, 6004 – June 7, 2019

Driving On

For some of us in our lines of work, we must drive for hours. When people ask me how I drive so much, I tell them that it is nothing. I try to think of what those that settled here had to accomplish riding across the country in covered wagons or on horseback, that I find challenging. But in the end it is really about living out our callings to the best of our ability. Each of us is called to do something.

Ephesians 4:1 I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called,
2 With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love;
3 Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

To best feel the fulfillment of YAH in our lives, we only need ask our Father what our calling is, and pursue it. We will find great joy in so doing.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send us now Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from evil. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. We ask all these things of You Father, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Yom Chamishi, Tammuz 2, 6004 – June 7, 2019

Long Days

When we have long days, I try to remember to be thankful in them as well. If we can get ourselves to remember that even a long day is a day alive, a chance to do something great, another day with our Father… These are all good things for us. If we can make our way through to the place in our mind where we remember this, we can be thankful.

1 Thessalonians 5:16 Rejoice evermore.
17 Pray without ceasing.
18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

Let’s rejoice, keep praying, and be thankful in all things.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send us Your provision. Forgive our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. We ask all these things of You Father King, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

No Weapon

It is interesting how the promises of God work together in scripture. This morning I was thinking about a particular promise.

Isaiah 54:14 In righteousness shalt thou be established: thou shalt be far from oppression; for thou shalt not fear: and from terror; for it shall not come near thee.
15 Behold, they shall surely gather together, but not by me: whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake.
16 Behold, I have created the smith that bloweth the coals in the fire, and that bringeth forth an instrument for his work; and I have created the waster to destroy.
17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.

Isaiah is referring to a time to come when the Redeemer comes. He also speaks of how the audience was estranged from God at one point, but will not be in the future. This promise (from the “OLD TESTAMENT”) is talking not only about our Messiah, Yeshuah. It also speaks of the righteousness of God. We get there through yielding to Yeshuah first. Then we always make course corrections to get back to our Father and His path. We must always be willing to return.

2 Chronicles 7:13 If I shut up heaven that there be no rain, or if I command the locusts to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among my people;
14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

Deliver us from the evil here. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. We ask all these things of You Father King, we ask in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Yom Shlishi, Sivan 29, 6004 – June 4, 2019

Working Together

What can we do by ourselves? A great deal. But what can we do together? It is exponential, especially if we are all traveling in the same direction. There is a simple way to understand this. As an individual, we focus in four to six directions to sustain our life. But when we team up with others, if we are all focused on the same goal, we end up with not all having to watch five of the six directions. We by design then are capable of focusing more effort in the one shared direction. Very powerful.

Hebrews 10:23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)
24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:
25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

Let us work together to bring the kingdom to the hearts and minds and bodies of those around us.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here and let Your will be done here, as it is in heaven. Send us Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. We ask all these things of You Father, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Yom Sheni, Sivan 28, 6004 – June 3, 2019

Traveling On

It is always interesting for me when I travel far enough that the time zone changes. There is something about it that seems to affect my body in odd ways. Like my biological clock needs for me to physically “see” the time on a clock to be reset. And my metabolism gets a little strange. I think when we look at our spiritual lives, we have some similar tendencies. When we are on a spiritual trek, we need to remember to “stretch our legs” and practice what we know. If we do this, it helps us to stay on track. If we do not do this, then we risk becoming lost, and waking p one day far from our objective.

1 Samuel 12:20 And Samuel said unto the people, Fear not: ye have done all this wickedness: yet turn not aside from following the Lord, but serve the Lord with all your heart;
21 And turn ye not aside: for then should ye go after vain things, which cannot profit nor deliver; for they are vain.
22 For the Lord will not forsake his people for his great name’s sake: because it hath pleased the Lord to make you his people.
23 Moreover as for me, God forbid that I should sin against the Lord in ceasing to pray for you: but I will teach you the good and the right way:
24 Only fear the Lord, and serve him in truth with all your heart: for consider how great things he hath done for you.

Our Father is always there for us. If we stray, we need only return, and He will comfort us.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You Alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send us now Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have transgressed or trespassed against us. Thank you for all Your provision. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. We ask all these things of You Father, our King, and we ask them in the name YAH Yeshah HaMashiach. Amen and Amen.

Yom Rishon, Sivan 27, 6004 – June 2, 2019

Creating Beauty

This title is a little misleading in a way. To create beauty, one only create something with a good heart while so doing.

Proverbs 21:3 To do justice and judgment is more acceptable to the Lord than sacrifice.
4An high look, and a proud heart, and the plowing of the wicked, is sin.

If we do anything – paint, plant a garden, cook, etc. – if we do so with a heart towards God, we will create beauty. If we have evil intent, then our work will bring us to nothing.

Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. We ask all these things of You, Father King, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Resting And Rest

This was a previous post, but well worth a reread…

Often when I think of rest, I think of doing nothing. Vegetating is another word for that action. Rest can be seen as a noun, a thing, in that regard. Resting is more of an action. It involves doing something to rest. On the Sabbath, we take part in resting to gain rest. We acknowledge God to gain our place with Him. This is just a simple example of an idea behind the Sabbath.

Genesis 2:2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here on earth as it is in heaven. Send us Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way of that which is good, and the more besides. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah. We ask all these things of You Father, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Yom Shishi, Sivan 25, 6004 – May 31, 2019

Making It

We can make it to the end. We are well within our ability to make this happen. Not because of who we are, but because of who YAH is.

Deuteronomy 31:6 Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.

Praise YAH!

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send us Your provision. Forgive s ouur trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Yours is the kingdom and power forever. Restore unto Your people all the good that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. We ask all these things of Your Father, in the name YAH Yeshah HaMashiach. Amen.
