Church Needs Your Help
On this Sabbath day, it seems go to share a story with you of need in a local community. This is only the second time in the history of this site that I have done this. Please read and pray, and take whatever action our Father Yahuah lays upon Your heart.
2 Corinthians 8:14 But by an equality, that now at this time your abundance may be a supply for their want, that their abundance also may be a supply for your want: that there may be equality:
15 As it is written, He that had gathered much had nothing over; and he that had gathered little had no lack.
In Elkhart, Indiana there is a church that had a miraculous beginning. God told one man to go to a certain address and tell another man God sent Him and that they would start a church. Both of these men are Latino, and neither knew each other before hand. There is much more to the fullness of the workings of God in getting this church started. One includes the ability to purchase a church building with a rich history that was beautiful but rarely used. Though purchased below market value, it is still a substantial amount for those that attend. Due to various challenges to health and other things in the economy over the winter, the members find themselves in need of assistance with the mortgage at this time. Although I do not speak Spanish (and this is a Spanish only service) our Father had me begin to attend there on Friday nights since fall of last year. Yahuah is working there. Can you please pray and ask the Father to help them get in the money they need in the next week? And for those that feel led, the name and address to send donations is below.
Minesterio Pentecostes Maranatha
25435 County Road 6
Elkhart, IN 46514
God bless you, and thank you for Your prayers and assistance for this church and these people.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name Yahuah! Send us today Your overwhelming abundant provision. Heal us from the inside. Deliver us from the thief that kills and destroys. Help the Maranatha church to meet its financial obligation. Restore unto Your people one hundred times one hundredfold. We ask these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

What We Hear And Do
The priests anointed the right ear, the right thumb, and the right big toe with blood for cleansing. We may wonder why these three areas. In truth, that is not recorded in scripture. However, we can have a good idea if we look a bit deeper. We need to look to the book of Deuteronomy
Deuteronomy 6:4 Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord:
The word “Hear” comes from the Hebrew word “Shema” (pronounced “schmah”). The word more literally translated means “hear and do” as in hear the words I am saying and go do them. Taking a look at the snointing of the right ear, the right thumb, and the right big toe, we see an interesting correlation. Our ears are what we hear. Our thumbs are our hands – what we do. And our big toe provides balance as we walk our journey.
This is one of the many examples our Father has woven into scripture. On this Sabbath, let’s remember to shema.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. We praise the name Yahuah! Send us now Your overwhelming blessing. Forgive us our sins. Heal up our hearts and minds that we might serve You in truth. Deliver us from the thief. Restore unto Your people one hundred times one hundredfold. We ask these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

Shabbat Shalom
This is a saying used to greet people or bless people upon the Sabbath. The Sabbath runs from sundown Friday night to sundown Saturday night. Today we are in the daylight hours of the Sabbath as I am writing. And it is snowing in April! That being said, a few more thoughts on the Sabbath might be in order.
Exodus 20:8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
11 For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
We see that God went to extra length to tell us to observe the Sabbath throughout our household. This is for a reason – actually probly far more reasons than we know. And Shalom means peace. But this peace means that our Father Yahuah (Lord) steps in to push our enemies out and give us prosperity in every area of life. We can count on Him, if we will but follow Him in His ways, like keeping His Sabbaths.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You are King. We praise the name Yahuah! Send us this Sabbath Your overwhelming abundant provision. Forgive us our sins. Heal up our hearts and minds. revive the Law You have written in our hearts and minds – Your new covenant with us. Deliver us from the enemy that kills, destroys, and steals. Restore unto Your people one hundred times one hundredfold. We ask these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

Honoring The Sabbath
Taking the day to honor the Sabbath of our Father, by not working and spending time with Him seems simple enough. But there are those among us that are required to work. There are still others among us that have a type of work that is a bit more self directed. In that scenario, we know that we must work to eat. It can be a challenge to resist the temptation that tells us if we do not take advantage of that day that we will surely not be able to pay our bills and feed our families. As I look at the whole of it, it seems to come down to finances. We are in bondage due to money and debt. Today, as we rest, let us call to our Father to first open our eyes to see the bondage, and then set us free from that bondage.
Exodus 31:16 Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the sabbath, to observe the sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant.
17 It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever: for in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed.
We rest.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You are our true King. We long for Your kingdom. Bless the name Yahuah! Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our sins. Heal us inside, Father. Restore our hearts, restore our soul. Deliver us from the evil that surrounds us. Restore to Your people the power to gain wealth to show that the kingdom is real and to promote it. We ask these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

Rest In The Journey
Thinking about the Sabbath today has given me mixed emotions. I want to achieve that place of rest, and I want the same for my family. At the same time, I am wearied by the challenges our family faces, and I see similar struggles for others. It is this human struggle that reminds me of the children of Israel. You see, in America, we like to say people are free. But are we free, really? It seems to me that there is a huge shroud of bondage hanging over our heads. That bondage is debt. And getting free from that bondage seems an insurmountable task. But maybe that is just what the children of Israel felt. Perhaps that is why they struggled in the wilderness. After all, all of their lives they were slaves. They only had a few days of freedom.
Exodus 14:8 And the Lord hardened the heart of Pharaoh king of Egypt, and he pursued after the children of Israel: and the children of Israel went out with an high hand.
9 But the Egyptians pursued after them, all the horses and chariots of Pharaoh, and his horsemen, and his army, and overtook them encamping by the sea, beside Pi–hahiroth, before Baal–zephon.
10 And when Pharaoh drew nigh, the children of Israel lifted up their eyes, and, behold, the Egyptians marched after them; and they were sore afraid: and the children of Israel cried out unto the Lord.
11 And they said unto Moses, Because there were no graves in Egypt, hast thou taken us away to die in the wilderness? wherefore hast thou dealt thus with us, to carry us forth out of Egypt?
12 Is not this the word that we did tell thee in Egypt, saying, Let us alone, that we may serve the Egyptians? For it had been better for us to serve the Egyptians, than that we should die in the wilderness.
13 And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever.
14 The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.
On the Sabbath, the temptation is to free ourselves. Perhaps the real freedom comes in the form of a miracle.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. We praise the name Yahuah! Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our sins. Heal our hearts. Deliver us from the thief. restore Your people Father. We ask these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

Peace On Earth
On this earth there are many places where there is struggle and a lack of unity. People get in fights at rallies over ideologies. We are challenged as believers to know how to handle such situations. Do we defend ourselves and our families? Each of us must answer this question for ourselves. On this Sabbath, I can only think about how much better it would be if we could all live in unity.
Psalms 133:1 Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!
2 It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron’s beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments;
3 As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the Lord commanded the blessing, even life for evermore.
Today let us pray for peace, especially in Jerusalem.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You are our King. Bless the name Yahuah! Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our sins. Heal us in our hearts and minds. Deliver us from the evil that steals and destroys. Restore unto Your people one hundred times one hundredfold. We ask these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

Know The Gospel
Gospel means good news. Most of us were raised hearing only that the gospel was the story of the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus. That is true. But the good news of that story is that He was the Passover Lamb. The good news has always been that God is on our side, and that He will save us in every way. The good news first appeared in the what we call the Old Testament.
Nahum 1:15 Behold upon the mountains the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace! O Judah, keep thy solemn feasts, perform thy vows: for the wicked shall no more pass through thee; he is utterly cut off.
When we keep the feasts, the enemy is destroyed. This is what the story of the Exodus was all about.
Exodus 12:5 Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year: ye shall take it out from the sheep, or from the goats:
6 And ye shall keep it up until the fourteenth day of the same month: and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it in the evening.
7 And they shall take of the blood, and strike it on the two side posts and on the upper door post of the houses, wherein they shall eat it.
8 And they shall eat the flesh in that night, roast with fire, and unleavened bread; and with bitter herbs they shall eat it.
9 Eat not of it raw, nor sodden at all with water, but roast with fire; his head with his legs, and with the purtenance thereof.
10 And ye shall let nothing of it remain until the morning; and that which remaineth of it until the morning ye shall burn with fire.
11 And thus shall ye eat it; with your loins girded, your shoes on your feet, and your staff in your hand; and ye shall eat it in haste: it is the Lord’s passover.
12 For I will pass through the land of Egypt this night, and will smite all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment: I am the Lord.
So this is our promise of rest. If we keep the Sabbaths of Yahuah (Lord), the enemy will be destroyed by God. This is the rest we seek.
Hebrews 4:1 Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it.
2 For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.
3 For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name Yahuah. Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our sins. Heal us. Deliver us from the one that steals and destroys. Restore unto Your people one hundred times one hundredfold all that has been stolen. We ask these things for Your power and glory, Yahuah. We ask them in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

The Rest Is In The Knowing
We can know the truth, which will set us free. If we are free, then we also know that we can rest. How do we know this? The scripture tell us it is so.
Psalms 3:1 Lord, how are they increased that trouble me! many are they that rise up against me.
2 Many there be which say of my soul, There is no help for him in God. Selah.
3 But thou, O Lord, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head.
4 I cried unto the Lord with my voice, and he heard me out of his holy hill. Selah.
5 I laid me down and slept; I awaked; for the Lord sustained me.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. We ask on this Sabbath day that You give us rest. We long for Your kingdom here. Praise the name Yahuah! Send us Your provision now. Forgive us our sins. Heal us and deliver us. We need You now. Come to help us from the one that steals. We ask these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

Needed Rest
this Sabbath was a day of needed rest for me. I had been sick for several days and either sat or slept the whole day. But the Sabbath is always a good day to rest. Sometimes needed more than others, I believe.
Psalms 92
A Psalm or Song for the sabbath day.
1 It is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High:
2 To shew forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night,
3 Upon an instrument of ten strings, and upon the psaltery; upon the harp with a solemn sound.
4 For thou, Lord, hast made me glad through thy work: I will triumph in the works of thy hands.
5 O Lord, how great are thy works! and thy thoughts are very deep.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You reign as our King. We praise the name Yahuah. Send us today Your overwhelming provision. Forgive our sins. Heal our hearts. Deliver us from the thief that has stolen so much. restore to us one hundred times one hundredfold, and hundreds of hundreds. We ask these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

Blessings Of Peace
Today on the Sabbath, I want to find peace. It can be so challenging in a world that everyday makes so many demands on us. But we can do it if we try. We can set aside that which is in our head and look for peace.
Numbers 6:22 And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
23 Speak unto Aaron and unto his sons, saying, On this wise ye shall bless the children of Israel, saying unto them,
24 The Lord bless thee, and keep thee:
25 The Lord make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:
26 The Lord lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.
27 And they shall put my name upon the children of Israel; and I will bless them.
Shalom.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. We long for the world here to be like Your kingdom there. We love you. Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our sins. Heal up our minds. Deliver us from darkness and from the thief that steals from us. Restore unto Your people one hundred times one hundredfold, and hundreds of hundreds, all that has been taken. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.
