Yom Shabbat, Shevat 5, 6003 – January 12, 2019
Resting In Peace
It is a custom here to say about someone when they die, “Rest in peace.” As I sit here this Sabbath morning, I think about the day of rest that this is, and how we are to be at peace. Our peace that is our search is peace with God. If we can get to peace with God, which means no war, fullness of life, restoration, etc., then we can have everything we need. The good news is, we can! There has already been a death, that was our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). And when we accept that death, we die with Him, and we are no longer at enmity with God. It is a world where the carnal and the spiritual are not aligned. We are to bring the the Spirit into the world by exalting it over the carnal.
Romans 8:20 For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope,
21 Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.
22 For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.
When we choose to observe the peace with YAH on the Sabbath, we continue the process of restoration in the earth. We bring peace to the earth.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people, which is Your will, just as Your will is in heaven. Send us Your provision. Deliver us from the evil here. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil of thoughts, memories and emotions of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories and emotions of You. Restore unto Your people all that the worm has eaten. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that the enemy and his minions have taken or held back in any way from your people, and the more besides. We ask all these things of You Father, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMoshiach. May it be so, my King. May You extend Your scepter and command the earth and all that is in it to break forth with abundance and blessing for us. Amen and Amen. Forever Amen.
Yom Shabbat, Tevet 28, 6003 – January 5, 2019
Shabbat Shalom!
For those of that keep the commandments (or try to at least) this is a common thing to say to one another on this day, the Sabbath. There may be times when we do not fully embrace all that it can mean. Here is an interesting scripture that relates to this phrase.
Judges 6:22 And when Gideon perceived that he was an angel of the Lord, Gideon said, Alas, O Lord God! for because I have seen an angel of the Lord face to face.
23 And the Lord said unto him, Peace be unto thee; fear not: thou shalt not die.
24 Then Gideon built an altar there unto the Lord, and called it Jehovah–shalom: unto this day it is yet in Ophrah of the Abi–ezrites.
The word for peace here is “shalom” and it means completeness, wholeness, prosperity, lack of war, etc. It is much bigger than just no violence. It is the absence of fear because all needs for life are met.
When we say this to someone, and we have the understanding of what it means, we can actually help create the possibility that they have a blessed life today, with no fear because all needs are met.
Praise YAH! Praise the King!
Prayer
Father, we do exalt You. It is You, and You alone that are King! Praise the name YAH! Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, YAH. Let Your will be done here perfectly YAH. Send us Your provision, YAH. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You, Your wonders, and Your love for us. Restore unto Your people, one thousandfold all that was taken, or held back, of that which is good, and the more besides, O Father. Send in quickly the $423,523,962.53 Father, that we might use it to promote Your kingdom here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. Rise uo, rise up, My King. Let Your power show forth and do these things speedily. We ask all these things of You Father, in the mighty name YAH Yeshuah HaMoshiach. Let it be so, Amen.
Yom Shabbat, Tevet 21, 6003 – December 29, 2018
Deliberate Rest
Humans can be peculiar animals at times. We may grumble and complain about this or that, but inside we are really pleased that we got to be involved, or not involved, depending on the circumstances. It is as if we do not want to take responsibility for the events that occur in our life. To a degree, we are responsible for the events in our life.
Joshua 1:8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
So we see that with deliberate action comes certain events in life – we call them blessings. It would seem obvious then that knowing the actions to take, the keys if you will, would be a good thing to know. Here is another one.
Leviticus 23:1 And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, Concerning the feasts of the Lord, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my feasts.
3 Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the sabbath of rest, an holy convocation; ye shall do no work therein: it is the sabbath of the Lord in all your dwellings.
So today, on the Sabbath, if we are deliberate about resting, we can do that – rest. In so doing, we use one of the keys to unlock blessing in our lives.
Prayer
Father Yahuah, we exalt You! You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people, fulfilling Your will just as it is fulfilled in heaven. Send us Your provision now. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love for us. Deliver us from the evil here, around us and in us. Restore Your people to You, Father. REstore all that the worm has eaten. Restore one thousandfold all that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,523,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom of God in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. You alone are King! Praise and thank the name YAHUAH! Let these things be so. Let these things be so. We ask all these things of You, Father King Yahuah, in the mighty name YAH Yeshuah HaMoshiach. Amen and Amen.
Yom Shabbat, Tevet 14, 6003 – December 22, 2018
Following YAH
For those that do not recognize the name YAH, it is in the Hebrew in the scriptures in many places, but is literally stated in one place.
Psalms 68:4 Sing unto God, sing praises to his name: extol him that rideth upon the heavens by his name Jah, and rejoice before him.
The name “YAH” is short for the name Yahuah or Yaweh. There is no “J” in Hebrew, it is the letter “Y”. Interestingly we are instructed to sing to God, sing praise tp the name, and “raise Him up” by His name. There are those that suggest because we do not know exactly His name that we should not try to use it, out of respect. I personally have never found that reference in the scriptures. I have found references like the one above that command us to use His name. I have also found references to Him providing perfect language.
Zephaniah 3:9 For then will I turn to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the Lord, to serve him with one consent.
The time is coming when we will each be called to sing to YAH in a pure language. In the meantime, it is good to praise Him by His name YAH!
Shabbat Shalom!
Prayer
Father YAH, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. Let Your will be done here perfectly as it is in heaven. Send us now Your overwhelming provision, that it might overflow to those around us. Deliver us from the evil here that would constrain our praise of the name YAH. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here, around us and in us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love for us. Restore unto Your people rightstanding with You. restore unto Your people all that the worm has eaten. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold of all the good that the enemy has taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,503,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom of God in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people here. We ask all these things of You, Father YAH, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMoshiach. Amen.
Yom Shabbat, Tevet 7, 6003 – December 15, 2018
Not Enough Is Enough
On this Sabbath, it seems good to take a moment and consider the idea behind the word “enough” that we use so frequently in life. It can be easy to forget to be thankful when we have plenty. It can be easy to worry and complain when we do not. But in all it is good to be thankful and to be helpful toward others. The point is we are always cared for by our Father.
Philippians 4:11 Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.
12 I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.
13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
Paul wrote that he had learned to be content. Content is a state of mind. If we can learn to be like Paul, then we will always have enough. With that as a backdrop, we can then move forward and create all we need to create. We have the power and ability, given to us by God, to gain wealth, for a purpose.
Deuteronomy 8:18 But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.
This Sabbath it is a good thing to reflect on both being content, and on the obtaining of wealth to continue in and further the covenant our Father has with us.
Shabbat Shalom!
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. Let Your will be done here as it is in heaven, so perfectly. Send us now Your provision that it might overflow to those around us. Deliver us from the evil here. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love for us. Deliver us from the evil around us and in us. Restore Your people as it was in the garden, Father. Restore unto Your people all that the worm has eaten. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,503, 962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom of God here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. Yom Shabbat, Kislev 30, 6003 – December 8, 2018
Adapting To Changes
On a day meant for rest, it can be good to examine why it exists, if that can be known. Or at least, it is good for us perhaps to see what is known about this set apart day. The first indicator is told to us where the Sabbath is first revealed.
Genesis 2:1 Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.
2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
We see some important points here. First is that God had set out to do something, which is create. He created a world. He was finished with that work of creation. Then, like the punctuation at the end of the sentence, He had a day where he did not create, which was His work. He had a day where he just rested from His work.
And we see that God did his very first blessing of something that was not a living creature, He blessed the day and sanctified it. This means He pronounced (blessed) it as set apart (sanctified) the day as the day where He declared His world creation work finished. This world creation work was the forming (created) and then the purposing (made) of the things formed. It would seem that this was like a closure. Had He not “closed off” this work, then the work would be expecting something additional. However, the declaration of the formation and the purposing as fully empowered to execute what He intended, complete with patterns for the energizing of the system (Sabbaths and Feasts), established the destiny and sealed the work.
The Sabbath is like the application of the King’s signet upon the wax of the week’s envelope. It creates the power for the week, from week to week. It is the evidence that YAH is at hand, and that this is His work, and woe to those that might open the seal of the King without permission (the enemy). YAH established Sabbaths and Feasts (i.e., appointed times/holidays) as a means of applying the King’s signet in the wax of time. When we keep them we align with the declared energy of YAH.
Shabbat Shalom!
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your will be done here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. Let Your kingdom come perfectly here, as it is perfectly in heaven. Send us no Your provision that it might overflow to those around us. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here in us and around us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love for us. Restore Your people to You, Father, as in the garden. Restore unto Your people all that the worm has eaten. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. Send in today the $423,523,962.53 that we might use it to publish the kingdom here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people, care for the widow and the orphan, feed and cloth the poor, and be Your ambassadors here. Rise up, my King, and smith the evil. We ask all these things of You, Father, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiak. Amen.
Yom Shabbat, Kislev 23, 6003 – December 1, 2018
Longing To Know
We have a plan and a goal established for us as believers from the foundation of the world. Work, and rest.
Genesis 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
That is the work portion. Here is an example.
Genesis 2:15 And the Lord God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.
And again..
Genesis 2:19 And out of the ground the Lord God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof.
Caring for the garden, and naming the animals, gave man dominion over them. But there was also a time for rest. This, too, was established by YAH.
So we see here that we have a clear picture of what the plan has always been for mankind. We are to have authority here in this earth. We are to rest with our Father because He has declared it.
Once we accept that position, there can come a time of longing for understanding and knowing. We want to be able to make our way. We want to be able to have victory with our Father over the darkness that has entered our world. If we choose to see the good, and not the evil, we will see the good and overcome the evil. The fulfillment of the longing for our Father and the truth comes when we spend time with Him. He will reveal the truth to us.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. Let Your will be done here as it is in heaven, so perfectly. Send us Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us, and in their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love for us. Deliver us from the evil that would be contrary to that end. Restore Your people, Father, unto You as it was in the garden. Restore unto Your people all that the worm has eaten. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,523,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom of YAH in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people here. We ask all these things of You, Father, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiak. Amen.

Love And Peace
What if we all just loved one another on this Sabbath day? What could happen in this earth?
Psalms 1:1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
2 But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds and bodies of our people. Let Your will be done here as it is in the heaven, so perfectly. Send us Your provision, that we might overflow to those around us. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive thos that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love for us. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore Your people, Father. Restore all that the worm has eaten. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all that has been taken or held back in any way of that which is good. Send in quickly the $423,523,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom of God here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. We ask all these things of You, Father, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiak. Amen.
Yom Shabbat, Kislev 2, 6003 – November 10, 2018
For Life
So we as believers can ask ourselves what we believe and why in an attempt to better understand our Father. This practice of self examination and investigation of the depths of our faith is a good thing in an effort to be closer to God. Yes, I suppose one can take this too far, but the number of us that need to be concerned about this latter point is few, most likely. Here is a good thought for the day.
Romans 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
3 For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.
Today, let us seek our Father.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Send us now Your provision such that we might overflow to those around us. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love for us. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all that the worm has eaten or that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,923,962.53 that we might use it to promote Your kingdom here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. We ask all these things of You, Father, in the name YAH Yashuah HaMashiak. Amen.

Searching For Peace
There are days that are meant for us to have moments of peace. Such a day is the Sabbath, today. We also choose to celebrate other times and seasons, and even events. Those may not be as peaceful, although likely we want them to be. The most impoortant thing, it would seem, is to do good whenever we can.
Romans 13:8 Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.
So we see here that love is the important thing. In fact, the description of that phrase and how to do it is shown in this same passage.
Romans 13:9 For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
10 Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
If we can honor one another, it goes a long way toward loving one another. Society certainly teaches us that to treat others badly or to speak evil of someone is the way to be, or even humorous. Scriptures tell us otherwise. Whom shall we believe? Our words and our actions will shout from the rooftops what we really believe.
Today, let’s try to be at peace. Let us love one another as the scriptures say.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. Let Your will be done here perfectly as it is in Heaven. Send us now Your provision that we might be filled, and that we might overflow to those around us. Deliver us from the evil here. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all of the thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love for us. Restore us, Father, unto You as You had meant it to be in the garden. Help us to find peace here, with joy in You. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that the worm has eaten, or that has been taken or held back in any way. Send in quickly the $423,523,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom of God in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people here. We ask all these things of You, Father, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiak. Amen.
