Day 7 – Yom Sha-bat

Yom Shabbat, Shevat 1, 6004 – December 28, 2019

Simple Sabbath

Keeping it simple for the Sabbath I am posting the Sabbath Psalms. I have done this many times, but it is good for the soul.

Psalms 92 A Psalm or Song for the sabbath day.
1 It is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High:
2 To shew forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night,
3 Upon an instrument of ten strings, and upon the psaltery; upon the harp with a solemn sound.
4 For thou, Lord, hast made me glad through thy work: I will triumph in the works of thy hands.
5 O Lord, how great are thy works! and thy thoughts are very deep.
6 A brutish man knoweth not; neither doth a fool understand this.
7 When the wicked spring as the grass, and when all the workers of iniquity do flourish; it is that they shall be destroyed for ever:
8 But thou, Lord, art most high for evermore.
9 For, lo, thine enemies, O Lord, for, lo, thine enemies shall perish; all the workers of iniquity shall be scattered.
10 But my horn shalt thou exalt like the horn of an unicorn: I shall be anointed with fresh oil.
11 Mine eye also shall see my desire on mine enemies, and mine ears shall hear my desire of the wicked that rise up against me.
12 The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.
13 Those that be planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God.
14 They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing;
15 To shew that the Lord is upright: he is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in him.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send us now Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Keep us from temptations. For this is Your place, and we seek Your face, O YAH! Amen.

Yom Shabbat, Tevet 24, 6004 – December 21, 2019

With Friends

When I think of the Sabbath, like most, I think of spending time with YAH our Father. That is good thing. But I also think about, in retrospect, it is a time to be with friends. It is a time to speak from the heart. And possibly most important, to listen to people tell their story. Everyone has a story that they want others to hear. That is a part of the reason for the Sabbath, I suggest. YAH wants us to be family.

Psalms 133 A Song of degrees of David.
1 Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!
2 It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron’s beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments;
3 As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the Lord commanded the blessing, even life for evermore.

Today, we can find a way to a better place. Let’s just be family.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. Let Your will be done here, just as it is done perfectly in heaven. Send us now Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Keep us from temptations, Father, and deliver us from the evil here. This is Your place, the kingdom and the power are Yours. Glorify Yourself through our lives and show the world that You alone, the King, have done these things. Let the substance flow. Let the carriage be released. Let Wisdom have her way, and deliver to us the great riches. We ask all these things of You Father King, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Yom Shabbat, Tevet 17, 6004 – December 14, 2019

Resonance And Worship

In searching scripture, there appears to be some indication that whom we resonate with we acknowledge or worship.

Psalms 118:14 The Lord is my strength and song, and is become my salvation.
15 The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tabernacles of the righteous: the right hand of the Lord doeth valiantly.

There is something about the resonant patterns in the universe that contain our Father’s wishes for us, His way and commandments.

Genesis 1:14 And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:

One of these patterns deals with the day that it is today.

Genesis 2:2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.

Today, let us serve YAH with gladness of heart.

Deliver us from the evil here, and lead us away from temptation. This is Your place. Raise us up Father. We need You now. We need You now. We ask all these things of You Father King, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Yom Shabbat, Tevet 10, 6004 – December 7, 2019

Sound Of Alignment

Listening to the praise and worship of a Jewish singer at the moment, I can sense the alignment of the universe. It only takes a willing heart to make the sounds that our Father longs to hear. It is not about what we think sounds good. It is about our heart being so in love with our Father, we have to let out the sounds. When we praise our Father, we set up the patterns of life. We take control of the space we occupy, and we render it submitted to our Father. When we follow the patterns of heaven, we bring heaven’s will to the earth.

Matthew 6:9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
10 Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

One of those patterns is the Sabbath. It is a time when we are with our Father, resting and reflecting on Him.

Genesis 2:2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.

Today, make a joyful noise to our Father!

Psalms 100:1 Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands.
2 Serve the Lord with gladness: come before his presence with singing.
3 Know ye that the Lord he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.
5 For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.

Hallelujah!

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone, You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Praise the name YAH! Praise the name YAH above all! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts, minds, and bodies of Your people. Let Your will be done here on earth as it is so perfectly in the air around us. Send us now Your mighty provision. Let it overflow to those in need and those that have been saddened. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Forgive them Father. Help us for give as well. Deliver us from the evil here. Deliver us from the plots and plans of evil men. Deliver us from the evil plans of all mankind. Confound their plans, and destroy their works. Bring confusion of speech to them from within. This is Your kingdom and Your power, and we declare it to Your glory O King, O YAH. Send in quickly the first pallet of the 60. Let it begin to flow on the morrow. Let today be the day of rejoicing. Rejoice over us, Father. We love You. We ask all these things of You Father King, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Yom Shabbat, Tevet 3, 6004 – November 30, 2019

Learning Is Transforming

Thinking about learning from God today, I thought about how it takes time. And yet, if YAH is timeless, and He is, then why would it take time? Time is just a human perception. It does take a change. It does take a transformation. It goes from not knowing, to knowing. From knowing to understanding is another journey. At some point for it to become a part of our heart, we need to add emotion. When it is a part of our heart, we have the essence of belief. With belief we have the power to speak and create the end result.

Mark 11:22 And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.
23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

So we can see that this transformation is important. We need to change from not knowing to knowing. Perhaps that does NOT take time at all. Perhaps it takes rest.

Genesis 2:1 Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.
2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.

Today, as we take this Sabbath to rest, let us all seek to transform into the beings that YAH created us to be.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in our hearts and minds and bodies. Let Your will be done here perfectly, just as it is in heaven. Send us now Your provision, promised from before time began. Let it overflow to those in need around us. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespasses or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Keep us from temptations. Let Your glory arrive today at my doorstep. Let Your prosperity flow to me, Father, that I might promote Your kingdom. Send in quickly the pallet loads of finances from the visions You have revealed. Send in healings and limbs regrown that men might know that You alone have done these things, and that You alone are YAH our King. We ask all these things of You Father King, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Yom Shabbat, Kislev 25, 6004 – November 23, 2019

Forward With Our Father

We have a Father that continually offers encouragement. He is not condemning. Instead, he is that anxious parent that is annoying to the referees, running to the field shouting, “That’s MY boy!” or “That’s MY girl!” He is constantly saying to us, “YES! YES! Keep going! You got this! You got this!” That is worth continuing to try to move forward with everything we have in us. Guess that is just another reason to spend time with Him today on the Sabbath.

Hebrews 4:4 For he spoke in a certain place of the seventh [day] on this wise, And God-The Father did rest the seventh day from all his works.
5 And in this [place] again, If they shall enter into my rest.
6 Seeing therefore it remains that some must enter in it, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief:
7 Again, he limits a certain day, saying in David [Beloved], To day, after so long a time; as it is said, To day if you will hear his voice, harden not your hearts.
8 For if Yehoshua [God is Salvation] had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day.
9 There remains therefore a keeping of a Sabbath to the people of God-The Father. -NMV

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King! You alone are King! Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send us now Your provision, such that it overflows. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Keep us from temptation. Send in quickly the substance and finances that we might promote Your Kingdom here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. Restore that which has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, Father, and the more besides. We ask all these things of You Father King, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen. Amen. Amen.

Yom Shabbat, Kislev 18, 6004 – November 16, 2019

Importance Of Loving And Caring

As I began to write this morning, the title stumped me a little. I wanted to use a word that means loving someone as in deeply caring but not romantic love. In the US, we seem to be pretty trained to thinking most often of romantic love. We get it in media – songs, movies, advertising – and it is rather relentless. I cannot help but think what this world would be like if we could just focus for a while on caring for people as a top priority. What if we were trained that that was the goal in life versus wealth, power grabs, sex, drugs, alcohol, etc? What would humanity be like? These are great thoughts to consider, and pray to our Father about, on this Sabbath day.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH. Praise the name Yahuah, for He is King, over everything. Praise His holy name. Praise the name YAHUAH! Praise the name YAHUAH! Let Your kingdom come here Father, in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. Let Your will be done here, as it is in heaven. Send us now Your provision, and let it overflow to those in need Father. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. We want to make this a better place, a place that glorifies Your name, YAH. Deliver us from evil, and from the acts of evil that men do. Keep us from temptations. The kingdom within us is Yours, and the power, and the glory forever and ever. Restore all the substance and precious stones, gold and silver that has been taken away, consumed or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides, the more besides. We ask You to rise up, Father King, and send Your angels right now to minister to these things. I release them in heaven and bind them to me and to Your people to loosen the enemies from off us that we might receive quickly these requests, with healing. We ask all these things of You, Yahuah our Father, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Yom Shabbat, Kislev 11, 6004 – November 9, 2019

Winning In Resting

Sometimes resting with our Father is all we have. But that is enough. When we rest with our Father on the Sabbath, we have the chance to live out his commandments one more time.

Exodus 20:8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
11 For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

When we keep YAH’s commandments, we get the blessings that come with them.

Deuteronomy 28:1 And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the Lord thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth:
2 And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God.
3 Blessed shalt thou be in the city, and blessed shalt thou be in the field.
4 Blessed shall be the fruit of thy body, and the fruit of thy ground, and the fruit of thy cattle, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep.
5 Blessed shall be thy basket and thy store.
6 Blessed shalt thou be when thou comest in, and blessed shalt thou be when thou goest out.
7 The Lord shall cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy face: they shall come out against thee one way, and flee before thee seven ways.
8 The Lord shall command the blessing upon thee in thy storehouses, and in all that thou settest thine hand unto; and he shall bless thee in the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee.
9 The Lord shall establish thee an holy people unto himself, as he hath sworn unto thee, if thou shalt keep the commandments of the Lord thy God, and walk in his ways.
10 And all people of the earth shall see that thou art called by the name of the Lord; and they shall be afraid of thee.
11 And the Lord shall make thee plenteous in goods, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy ground, in the land which the Lord sware unto thy fathers to give thee.
12 The Lord shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow.
13 And the Lord shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the Lord thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them:

Said another way, when we take the Sabbath to rest with our Father, we win.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Praise Your name YAH! We love You, and we love Your name, we love You. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good of provision and substance and wealth that has been taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. We ask all these things of You Father King, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen and Amen. Amen.

Yom Shabbat, Kislev 4, 6004 – November 2, 2019

Big Day With YAH

Today is a big day for me. It always is for all of us. For me, on this Sabbath, I am in the Ironman. It will be great to finish this race to know that I was able to hear from YAH and then do it. I love o ur Father. Here is a scripture that is for me today.

Psalms 139:9 If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea;
10 Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.

Today, my rest is in YAH for I know He is with me always.

Shabbat Shalom.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH. Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send us now Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Hold us up in the water and on the land. Deliver us today. We love You. We love You. We ask all these things of You Father King in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen and Amen and Amen.

Yom Shabbat, Cheshvan 27, 6004 – October 26, 2019

Still With Us

There is a well known scripture that speaks of God being with us.

Matthew 1:23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

If we think about that for a moment, that is very much like it was in the garden of Eden.

Genesis 3:8 And they heard the voice of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day…

The message that Yeshuah was sent to preach was about the kingdom.

Luke 4:43 And he said unto them, I must preach the kingdom of God to other cities also: for therefore am I sent.

And the kingdom is not a place that we see. It is in our hearts.

Luke 17:20 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:
21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

Our Father sent His Son to earth to give us a path to the kingdom og God within us. That is where God always sought to rule and reign.

He is still with us!

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Praise the name YAH! We love You. Let Your will be done here on earth as it is in heaven that Your kingdom might rule and raign in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people here. Send us now Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here that would come to beset us. We need You. We love You. Restore Your people. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides, the much more besides in wealth and health and substance and prosperity. We ask all these things of You Father King, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen and Amen and Amen. Amen.
