Fail Forward
When we move through life, we make mistakes from time to time. It is just the way humans are. It is important to know when we make a mistake, and then seek forgiveness as we try to move forward in life. Somehow we will move forward if we truly repent, because to repent means to turn away. We are not only turning away from the sin, we are turning to our Father Yahuah.
Zechariah 1:2 The Lord hath been sore displeased with your fathers.
3 Therefore say thou unto them, Thus saith the Lord of hosts; Turn ye unto me, saith the Lord of hosts, and I will turn unto you, saith the Lord of hosts.
Today, let us turn away from even the smallest of things that are not God’s way, and return to Him.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You are King. Praise the name Yahuah! Let us live in Your kingdom here. Send us Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our sins. Heal us and deliver us. Restore unto Your people one hundred times one hundredfold. We ask these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

Relentless Pursuit
There is but one answer to the question of how to win the battles we face daily from our enemy and our flesh. Relentless Pursuit. We must go after our Father and His ways regardless of all else. Even if the odds seem overwhelming.
1 Kings 18:21 And Elijah came unto all the people, and said, How long halt ye between two opinions? if the Lord be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him. And the people answered him not a word.
22 Then said Elijah unto the people, I, even I only, remain a prophet of the Lord; but Baal’s prophets are four hundred and fifty men.
23 Let them therefore give us two bullocks; and let them choose one bullock for themselves, and cut it in pieces, and lay it on wood, and put no fire under: and I will dress the other bullock, and lay it on wood, and put no fire under:
24 And call ye on the name of your gods, and I will call on the name of the Lord: and the God that answereth by fire, let him be God. And all the people answered and said, It is well spoken.
25 And Elijah said unto the prophets of Baal, Choose you one bullock for yourselves, and dress it first; for ye are many; and call on the name of your gods, but put no fire under.
26 And they took the bullock which was given them, and they dressed it, and called on the name of Baal from morning even until noon, saying, O Baal, hear us. But there was no voice, nor any that answered. And they leaped upon the altar which was made.
27 And it came to pass at noon, that Elijah mocked them, and said, Cry aloud: for he is a god; either he is talking, or he is pursuing, or he is in a journey, or peradventure he sleepeth, and must be awaked.
28 And they cried aloud, and cut themselves after their manner with knives and lancets, till the blood gushed out upon them.
29 And it came to pass, when midday was past, and they prophesied until the time of the offering of the evening sacrifice, that there was neither voice, nor any to answer, nor any that regarded.
30 And Elijah said unto all the people, Come near unto me. And all the people came near unto him. And he repaired the altar of the Lord that was broken down.
31 And Elijah took twelve stones, according to the number of the tribes of the sons of Jacob, unto whom the word of the Lord came, saying, Israel shall be thy name:
32 And with the stones he built an altar in the name of the Lord: and he made a trench about the altar, as great as would contain two measures of seed.
33 And he put the wood in order, and cut the bullock in pieces, and laid him on the wood, and said, Fill four barrels with water, and pour it on the burnt sacrifice, and on the wood.
34 And he said, Do it the second time. And they did it the second time. And he said, Do it the third time. And they did it the third time.
35 And the water ran round about the altar; and he filled the trench also with water.
36 And it came to pass at the time of the offering of the evening sacrifice, that Elijah the prophet came near, and said, Lord God of Abraham, Isaac, and of Israel, let it be known this day that thou art God in Israel, and that I am thy servant, and that I have done all these things at thy word.
37 Hear me, O Lord, hear me, that this people may know that thou art the Lord God, and that thou hast turned their heart back again.
38 Then the fire of the Lord fell, and consumed the burnt sacrifice, and the wood, and the stones, and the dust, and licked up the water that was in the trench.
39 And when all the people saw it, they fell on their faces: and they said, The Lord, he is the God; the Lord, he is the God.
If we will stand with our Father, watching how He works, He will come through and show that Yahuah alone is our Elohim.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You are our King. Praise the name Yahuah! Let Your kingdom be with us Father. Let us be Your servants. Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Deliver us from our sins, and forgive us for them. Heal up our hearts. Help us speak Your words that we might do them. Deliver us from the thief that steals and destroys. Restore unto Your people one hundred times one hundredfold. We ask these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

Making Memories
While it can seem at times that the days drag on, life is really like a flicker. This morning I was realizing how fast time goes by, or seems to these days. Recently I began to practice a new approach. I am actively trying to do things to create good memories. I used to just be focused on getting through the day. Now I find myself talking to strangers as I pass them in the store. It feels good to speak positive things into the lives of the people we pass by. There is some scripture that supports that, I believe.
Proverbs 12:18 There is that speaketh like the piercings of a sword: but the tongue of the wise is health.
Thankfully I learned to use my speaking to empower others. I used to be afraid to say anything to strangers because I thought they would feel put off by it. But imagine a world where we all spoke only positive things to each other. How great would that be?!
Today, let’s all commit to trying to say something positive to at least one person we know and one person we do not know. I believe it wall impact many, including and especially us.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name Yahuah! We love You! Send us Your abundant provision now. Forgive us our sins. Heal us and deliver us. Only You can do these things. restore unto Your people one hundred times one hundredfold. We ask these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

Anticipation And Celebration
This morning upon waking my mind was a little fuzzy from the great sleep I was having. With a busy day ahead and a great week behind me, my mind began to fill with many thoughts. Some good, some not so good, and I was quickly faced with choices. But I have recently been writing our cards and reading them aloud. These cards contain scriptures and other positive thoughts. This provided the ammunition for battle. All I had to do was fire. I began praising our Father and speaking scriptures.
Philippians 4:8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
The impact was immediate. The enemy fled from such resistance.
James 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Today, we can speak what our Father says, and through our resistance make the enemy flee!
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Blessed be the name Yahuah! Send us today Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our sins. Heal us up and deliver us from the thief that steals and destroys. Restore unto Your people one hundred times one hundredfold. We ask these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

Never Let The Enemy Win
We all face challenges in our walk with God. We can certainly feel overwhelmed and at times, give in to attacks of the enemy and fall into sin. From this we might think that the enemy has won, and be overwhelmed with sorrow. We should truly feel sadness for departing from our Father and His Law, for sin is transgression of the Law.
1 John 3:4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.
But the enemy only wins when we stop. As long as we get back up, we win. As long as we repent from the sin and turn back to our Father and His ways, we win. In this way, we never let the enemy win.
Today, if you stumble, cry out to our Father, turn to Him, and get back up.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. You are our Healer. Praise the name Yahuah! Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our sins. Heal us and deliver us from the thief. Restore unto Your people one hundred times one hundredfold. We ask these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

Make A Difference
As believers we are in a very unique position. We have been freed from the bondage of slavery to a dark task master, the enemy of our souls. Freedom is a powerful thing. It can work for us our against us. How I mean that is we are again free to choose, everyday, just as Adam and Eve were initially. We do not have to be bound to darkness and sin. We can choose the good or the bad, with a clear ability to choose.
Deuteronomy 30:19 I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:
We have the power to accept the truth because we have the power to say and then hear the truth.
Deuteronomy 30:9 And the Lord thy God will make thee plenteous in every work of thine hand, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy land, for good: for the Lord will again rejoice over thee for good, as he rejoiced over thy fathers:
10 If thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to keep his commandments and his statutes which are written in this book of the law, and if thou turn unto the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul.
11 For this commandment which I command thee this day, it is not hidden from thee, neither is it far off.
12 It is not in heaven, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go up for us to heaven, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it?
13 Neither is it beyond the sea, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go over the sea for us, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it?
14 But the word is very nigh unto thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart, that thou mayest do it.
15 See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil;
We know that we can have the New Covenant as a result, which is the Law written on our hearts and minds.
Jeremiah 31:33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the Lord, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
And Paul verifies these things.
Romans 10:6 But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above:)
7 Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.)
8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;
9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
And in these things we have freedom because we know the truth that our Messiah paid the price and we are free.
John 8:31 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;
32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
Free people, a truly free people, can make a difference. Let’s make a difference today!
Pray
Father, we exalt You. You are our King. Praise the name Yahuah! Send us today Your overwhelming blessing and provision. Forgive us our sins. Heal us and deliver us. Restore unto Your people one hundred times one hundredfold. We ask these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus).

Victory Dance
We are given opportunity to live in victory. Much of that is our attitude. And much of our attitude is controlling our thought processes. We are a product of what we think.
Proverbs 23:7 For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.
We can control much of what we think by controlling what we hear. We can control what we hear most not by covering our ears, but by controlling what we say. We are the only person on the planet that hears everything that we say. And that gives us the power to live out the truth of God’s ways.
If we can keep His words and ways in our ears, we can do them. We have the perfect sacrifice for when we stumble if we are quick to repent in our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). And this together gives us opportunity for blessing.
Deuteronomy 28:1 And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the Lord thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth:
2 And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God.
3 Blessed shalt thou be in the city, and blessed shalt thou be in the field.
4 Blessed shall be the fruit of thy body, and the fruit of thy ground, and the fruit of thy cattle, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep.
5 Blessed shall be thy basket and thy store.
6 Blessed shalt thou be when thou comest in, and blessed shalt thou be when thou goest out.
7 The Lord shall cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy face: they shall come out against thee one way, and flee before thee seven ways.
8 The Lord shall command the blessing upon thee in thy storehouses, and in all that thou settest thine hand unto; and he shall bless thee in the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee.
9 The Lord shall establish thee an holy people unto himself, as he hath sworn unto thee, if thou shalt keep the commandments of the Lord thy God, and walk in his ways.
10 And all people of the earth shall see that thou art called by the name of the Lord; and they shall be afraid of thee.
11 And the Lord shall make thee plenteous in goods, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy ground, in the land which the Lord sware unto thy fathers to give thee.
12 The Lord shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow.
13 And the Lord shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the Lord thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them:
14 And thou shalt not go aside from any of the words which I command thee this day, to the right hand, or to the left, to go after other gods to serve them.
In the movies the “victory dance” was the smoking of a cigar. For us, it is dancing before Yahuah as David did, in victory in Him and to His glory.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You are our King. We bless the name Yahuah! Send us today Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our sins. You alone are worthy of our praise and of glory and honor. Heal us and deliver us. Restore unto Your people one hundred times one hundredfold. We ask these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

Helping Those That Help
Growing up I heard a saying, ‘The Good Book says ‘God helps those that help themselves.’” By the Good Book I think they meant the bible. However, in all my years of study, I have never found this scripture, or anything close to it. There are scriptures about helping that are sometimes not appreciated for all they contain. One such scripture is second of the two that sum up the Law and the Prophets.
Matthew 22:35 Then one of them, which was a lawyer, asked him a question, tempting him, and saying,
36 Master, which is the great commandment in the law?
37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
38 This is the first and great commandment.
39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
The first of the commands is about loving God above all else. There is much to be said about that command, but we will leave it for the moment. Let’s focus on loving our neighbor. This is the second command.
It says to love our neighbor as our self. Most likely, we all adhere to that pretty well. The problem here is that many people do not love themselves. In fact, they don’t even like themselves. However, they are treating the people around them, their neighbors, the way they feel they should, tied to how they feel about themselves. The end result is a wide array of possibilities from exalting others far above themselves to just plain treating people badly. For us to truly fulfill this scripture, we must come to grips with self forgiveness and focusing on God instead of us and our past, or whatever is giving us a negative self image. Only then can we truly love others well.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name Yahuah! Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Heal up our hearts and minds. Deliver us from the thief. Set us free. Restore Your people one hundred times one hundredfold that which has been taken. We ask these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

Keeping The Faith
We face life everyday. Whether we are among those that choose to follow our Father or we are among those that choose not to follow Him, we all will still have life to deal with daily. How we view that beginning of the day plays a significant role in how life turns out, I suggest. Certainly we want to be among those that choose to follow Him. Life without God is far too cold and dark. If we turn to Him, He turns to us, and we can have hope.
Zechariah 1:3 Therefore say thou unto them, Thus saith the Lord of hosts; Turn ye unto me, saith the Lord of hosts, and I will turn unto you, saith the Lord of hosts.
We can look at life differently with Yahuah (Lord) our Father on our side. WE win. These days when I wake up I am excited. I watched numerous people graduate from a course they were taking. They were happy with their accomplishments. I was happy that I was able to play a small role in that. And I was happy because I was able to wake up and set adversity aside. If we can focus on the understanding that our Father has already determined that we are the winners in life, then we truly can stand and watch and see the miracles as they happen.
Today, let us commit ourselves to keeping the faith, and watch what our Father can do.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You are the most high King. We love You and Your ways. Praise the name Yahuah! Let there be a reign on this earth of Your kingdom just like in heaven. Send us now Your overwhelming abundant provision. Forgive us our sins. Heal up our hearts and minds. Deliver us from the thief that has stolen and is stealing from us. Restore unto Your people one hundred times one hundredfold that which has been taken in all these areas as the scriptures show us here. We ask these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.

We Search
For some, life is just a routine of one day after another. As long as it is pleasant, that is good enough. For others of us, we seem to always be on a search. We are always trying to get to that next place where we belong. Or maybe the first place where we actually feel like we belong. We are on a journey. Perhaps that sense of the need to search is God inspired. Perhaps He has given to us a great blessing, that of knowing that we need to organize our lives around Him. Often we can feel the most complete when we have spent time with Him. David spoke of this.
Psalms 42:1 As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God.
2 My soul thirsteth for God, for the living God: when shall I come and appear before God?
3 My tears have been my meat day and night, while they continually say unto me, Where is thy God?
4 When I remember these things, I pour out my soul in me: for I had gone with the multitude, I went with them to the house of God, with the voice of joy and praise, with a multitude that kept holyday.
5 Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted in me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him for the help of his countenance.
6 O my God, my soul is cast down within me: therefore will I remember thee from the land of Jordan, and of the Hermonites, from the hill Mizar.
7 Deep calleth unto deep at the noise of thy waterspouts: all thy waves and thy billows are gone over me.
8 Yet the Lord will command his lovingkindness in the daytime, and in the night his song shall be with me, and my prayer unto the God of my life.
9 I will say unto God my rock, Why hast thou forgotten me? why go I mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?
10 As with a sword in my bones, mine enemies reproach me; while they say daily unto me, Where is thy God?
11 Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.
God will respond when we call unto Him. David knew that his search was the search for the presence of our Father. When we long for Him and seek Him diligently, He will be found of us, and we shall be able to end our search. He is the lifter of our countenance, and we feel like we belong.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Bless the name Yahuah! Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our sins. Heal us and deliver us. Restore us, Father. Restore our hearts and minds. Restore our lands and financial well being that is stolen everyday from Your people. We ask these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.
