Day 6 – Yom Shi-shi

Yom Shishi, Tishri 27, 6004 – September 27, 2019

Up Side

This morning after receiving a text from a friend talking about having an opportunity come back around that they had missed earlier, something new occurred to me. Today is an answer to a prayer that was prayed in the past. That seems like an obvious thing, but I realized that I had never really thought of it like that. I would likely also add it is the result of blessings and curses that we have brought upon ourselves, mixed in with attacks of the enemy. I am bringing this all up as a result of that text, and something else. I am experiencing what I can only describe as the upside.

Daniel 10:5 Then I lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and behold a certain man clothed in linen, whose loins were girded with fine gold of Uphaz:
6 His body also was like the beryl, and his face as the appearance of lightning, and his eyes as lamps of fire, and his arms and his feet like in colour to polished brass, and the voice of his words like the voice of a multitude.
7 And I Daniel alone saw the vision: for the men that were with me saw not the vision; but a great quaking fell upon them, so that they fled to hide themselves.
8 Therefore I was left alone, and saw this great vision, and there remained no strength in me: for my comeliness was turned in me into corruption, and I retained no strength.
9 Yet heard I the voice of his words: and when I heard the voice of his words, then was I in a deep sleep on my face, and my face toward the ground.
10 And, behold, an hand touched me, which set me upon my knees and upon the palms of my hands.
11 And he said unto me, O Daniel, a man greatly beloved, understand the words that I speak unto thee, and stand upright: for unto thee am I now sent. And when he had spoken this word unto me, I stood trembling.
12 Then said he unto me, Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words.
13 But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia.

This is the upside, when YAH sends His messengers and we get to experience the positive responses.

Perhaps if we can come to understand this time between the ask and answer, we can be at peace, knowing we are living on the upside.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Praise the name YAH! Let Your praises be sung by all. Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. Let Your will be done here as it is perfectly in heaven. Send us now Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Help us resist temptation. Restore unto Your people all the substance and prosperity that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. We ask all these things of You Father King in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiak. Amen and Amen. Amen.

Yom Shishi, Tishri 20, 6004 – September 20, 2019

Own It, Change It

We have been given a certain authority in this planet, from the beginning.

Genesis 1:28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

When we do not take responsibility for our surroundings, we surrender our authority to someone or something else. But because YAH is in us, we have the power of YAH. We can change what we own and control.

If you could control something today, and make it change, what would it be? Well, you do, and you can! Exciting stuff, right?

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Praise the name YAH! For You are my King, and I love what You bring. Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds and bodies of Your people. Let Your will be done here perfectly as it is in heaven. Send us now Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Lead us away from temptation. Deliver us from the evil here. You have provided that we might have substance and prosperity. It has been taken and held back. Deliver us, O Yahuah, from the evil one. Deliver what You have provided, sending Michael to defeat him. Deliver us today. For the kingdom and the power are Yours forever and ever, AMEN.

Experiencing Change

Often, we as believers ask our Father for various things in our lives. These things can be material, spiritual, physical, mental, etc. These each represent change. From a scriptural perspective we know change is good because the lack of change is not good.

Psalms 55:16 As for me, I will call upon God; and the Lord shall save me.
17 Evening, and morning, and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud: and he shall hear my voice.
18 He hath delivered my soul in peace from the battle that was against me: for there were many with me.
19 God shall hear, and afflict them, even he that abideth of old. Selah. Because they have no changes, therefore they fear not God.

What we may fail to realize is that we will experience that change. By that I mean that it may be more than just one moment it is one way, the next moment it is another way, and we get to live like we used to live. There is a case for change to occur suddenly.

Isaiah 48:3 I have declared the former things from the beginning; and they went forth out of my mouth, and I shewed them; I did them suddenly, and they came to pass.

In this scripture God is referring to the thing He did, which did take time in our world to appear. What He told the people through the prophet Isaiah, is to sing about the thing that had been done before it was actually manifested in this world.

Isaiah 48:16 Come ye near unto me, hear ye this; I have not spoken in secret from the beginning; from the time that it was, there am I: and now the Lord God, and his Spirit, hath sent me.
17 Thus saith the Lord, thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; I am the Lord thy God which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go.
18 O that thou hadst hearkened to my commandments! then had thy peace been as a river, and thy righteousness as the waves of the sea:
19 Thy seed also had been as the sand, and the offspring of thy bowels like the gravel thereof; his name should not have been cut off nor destroyed from before me.
20 Go ye forth of Babylon, flee ye from the Chaldeans, with a voice of singing declare ye, tell this, utter it even to the end of the earth; say ye, The Lord hath redeemed his servant Jacob.
21 And they thirsted not when he led them through the deserts: he caused the waters to flow out of the rock for them: he clave the rock also, and the waters gushed out.

The change in this case was their physical captivity into freedom. They were to sing their way into it. They would experience the change as it occurred, even though YAH had made it happen suddenly in His realm.

The point is this. When we pray, YAH will get er’ done. From our perspective, we may be given instructions of an action to take. We are to hear and do (Shema). And we will experience the change, often within our very being. This is at it should be, for our Father has always wanted an inner change, a change of hearts and minds, from the very beginning.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send us now Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here, and from the evil that men do. Wash away, wash away our transgressions, and let prosperity and substance come in like a flood. Thank You for teaching us. Thank You for Your declarations that we are the head and not the tale. Thank You for Your declarations that we will lend and not borrow. Thank You for letting us publish Your truth in this earth. Restore quickly, and that in the blink of an eye, the substance and prosperity that was sent and taken away, or held back in any way, and that one thousandfold. Let us overflow to those around us. We love You Father. Let us show Your love to the world. Let us show Your truth and mercies and love to the world. We ask all these things of You Father King, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen. Amen. Amen and Amen.

Knowing Where To Start

In moments where there is either a great deal to do a some specific task seems very large, it can be a challenge to know where to start. In former days I would have said just start somewhere. And while this is not a bad idea, I want to at least take a moment and questions that approach. Perhaps that is not the best way to go about things. This strikes me as true in particular with “things of God”. I say it like that because if we truly belong to Him, then all things are “things of God” for us. But perhaps intensive study of Hebrew could be one of those. I guess in the end, it is just prayer that matters most. There is one scripture that does seem to address this point.

James 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.
8 A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.
9 Let the brother of low degree rejoice in that he is exalted:

Interestingly enough this very scripture follows one about letting patience work itself out in us. This does take faith in YAH that He will do a thing.

Praise YAH!

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send us now Your provision. Deliver us from evil here. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. We ask all these things of You fFather King, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Yom Shishi, Elul 28, 6004 – August 30, 2019

Learning To Hear

When I consider the efforts of Abraham, I am in awe. To think that one night he heard God’s voice, and uprooted his whole family to move to a strange land, is amazing!

Genesis 12:1 Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will shew thee:
2 And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:
3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.
4 So Abram departed, as the Lord had spoken unto him; and Lot went with him: and Abram was seventy and five years old when he departed out of Haran.
5 And Abram took Sarai his wife, and Lot his brother’s son, and all their substance that they had gathered, and the souls that they had gotten in Haran; and they went forth to go into the land of Canaan; and into the land of Canaan they came.

At this point Abram had lost a brother, the father of Lot. He had moved with his wife and nephew, at his own father’s direction, to the land of his brother. He moved to a place of family. Yet, when YAH spoke to Abram, he left. To me, it is not so much that he did what God directed, although that alone is something. What stands out for me is he clearly heard YAH speak to him. He must have heard clearly to take such an action.

Today, wouldn’t it be great to hear so clearly the voice of YAH when He speaks? What YAH said to Abram was truly contrary to what his family would have thought. And his family was his society. But scriptures say we will find our Father, and hear from Him, when we seek Him with our entire inner being.

Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
12 Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you.
13 And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.
14 And I will be found of you, saith the Lord: and I will turn away your captivity, and I will gather you from all the nations, and from all the places whither I have driven you, saith the Lord; and I will bring you again into the place whence I caused you to be carried away captive.

It’s not about our head, it’s about our heart.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. You are in covenant with us. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here. Let Your will be done here on earth as it is in heaven. Send us now Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore Your judgements in the earth, and place us on right paths. Help us keep our hearts and minds stayed on You, YAH. Restore substance to Your people while it is called today. Fill our treasuries that we might promote Your kingdom here in this earth. We ask all these things of You Father King, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen and Amen and Amen.

Yom Shishi, Elul 21, 6004 – August 23, 2019

Deliver Me

This seems to be a common theme among believers today. We are often asking God to deliver us from a circumstance. This deliverance becomes necessary because of some situation we find ourselves in. But there is a way to improve our circumstances. A friend of mine recently told me about his experiences with what he calls, “the overwhelming”. The overwhelming, for him, is that swarm of thoughts that can come to us one or more times during the day. For him, it would come to him several times during the evening, and first thing in the morning most often. There could also be other times during the day when these thoughts would “overwhelm”. He began to pray and to search scriptures, and concluded that he needed to cry out to YAH when these things occurred, even to the point of praying out loud, even in the middle of the night.

Psalms 55:16 As for me, I will call upon God; and the Lord shall save me.
17 Evening, and morning, and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud: and he shall hear my voice.
18 He hath delivered my soul in peace from the battle that was against me: for there were many with me.

My friend tells me he started this a few days ago, and it is working! Praise God!

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth ass it is in heaven. Send us now Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Keep us from temptation. Send in quickly the manifestations of the visions of provision that we might help all we know and those we do not know. Show us a sign for good, that all men might know that You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! We ask all these things in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen. Amen. Amen and Amen.

Yom Shishi, Elul 14, 6004 – August 16, 2019

Snapshot View

Many of us as believers, perhaps everyone, have had the experience where we read something in scripture and at that moment it opens a doorway to a new understanding. In that moment reality bends a bit, and that passage seems to… well, “come alive.” This morning in my reading of scriptures I had a very interesting experience. In reading Psalms 119, this happened to me.

Psalms 119 ALEPH.
1 Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the Lord.
2 Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart.
3 They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways.
4 Thou hast commanded us to keep thy precepts diligently.
5 O that my ways were directed to keep thy statutes!
6 Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect unto all thy commandments.
7 I will praise thee with uprightness of heart, when I shall have learned thy righteous judgments.
8 I will keep thy statutes: O forsake me not utterly.
BETH.
9 Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word.
10 With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments.
11 Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.
12 Blessed art thou, O Lord: teach me thy statutes.
13 With my lips have I declared all the judgments of thy mouth.
14 I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies, as much as in all riches.
15 I will meditate in thy precepts, and have respect unto thy ways.
16 I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word.
GIMEL.
17 Deal bountifully with thy servant, that I may live, and keep thy word.
18 Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law.
19 I am a stranger in the earth: hide not thy commandments from me.

It looks like there is a way of being that puts YAH’s path first. Like a yearning and a love for his Law of life.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come, let Your will be done here, on earth, as it is perfectly in heaven. Send us now Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Lead us away from temptation. The kingdom is Yours. Restore it now. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. We ask all these things of You Father King in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen and Amen.

Yom Shishi, Elul 7, 6004 – August 9, 2019

The Mouth

Yesterday a friend reminded me of the beauty of Psalms 34, and suggested I read it. The entire chapter was inspiring, but today the first verse speaks to me.

Psalms 34:1 I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.

This is inspiring to me because someone wrote it. It is like their heart speaking to mine. It makes me want to be that way as well.

Unfortunately there are times when I have other words in my mouth. This is especially true for me if I get angry. There is more detail further into this scripture.

Psalms 34:13 Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile.
14 Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.

Today it is inspiring me to consider my words. There have been times when I committed myself to singing praises to YAH when I am alone. It is interesting how this engages the brain, and helps control my thinking processes.

Today, let’s all try to use the empty moments as moments for praising YAH!

Deliver us from the evil here. Restore us. Restore Your blessings to us. Restore the prosperity. Restore the good that has been taken or held back in any way, and that one thousandfold. We ask all these things of You Father, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Yom Shishi, Av 29, 6004 – August 2, 2019

Working It Out

There is always something going on in life. We are always about doing something. And we can be about changing something from bad to good. So what do we do as an approach to life? Work it out. We just need to work things through in life. Here is a scripture that may help.

Philippians 2:12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
13 For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.

Let us therefore seek to get it done!

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH. Let Your kingdom come here and let Your will be done here on earth as it is in heaven. Send us now Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. We ask all these things of You Father in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Yom Shishi, Av 22, 6004 – July 26, 2019

So Many Blessings…

Sometimes I find myself just walking along trying to live life like it is of my own creating and design independently of everything else or anything else. But when I take time to pause, to think about where we are, on a planet created by our Father YAH, and that we have been given a mission, then it gets more interesting. What I have found helps is praying in the Spirit, as well as praying with understanding, and then waiting. YAH always seems to then show me a lesson, or provide some understanding. Today that was a beautiful scripture, a psalm meant for the Sabbath day. Guess He wanted me to prepare for it coming this evening.

Psalms 92:1 It is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High:
2 To shew forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night,

10 But my horn shalt thou exalt like the horn of an unicorn: I shall be anointed with fresh oil.
11 Mine eye also shall see my desire on mine enemies, and mine ears shall hear my desire of the wicked that rise up against me.
12 The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.
13 Those that be planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God.
14 They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing;
15 To shew that the Lord is upright: he is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in him.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send us Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good, all the prosperity, all the gold and silver that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. We ask all these things of You Father King, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.
