Thanksgiving 2020
What a year this has been! It is one year that has impacted the entire globe. So what is there to be thankful for is a questions that some might ask. I suggest it is the fact that we have a relationship with YAH. For me, I am so thankful that He is there and that He is watching over us.
Psalms 113:1 Praise ye the Lord. Praise, O ye servants of the Lord, praise the name of the Lord.
2 Blessed be the name of the Lord from this time forth and for evermore.
3 From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the Lord’s name is to be praised.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let the kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send us now Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. We ask all these things of You Father King, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Loving Those Course Corrections
It feels very good to have YAH on our side. One of the great things for me about that is the course corrections that He provides. It helps to know that there is someone bigger than me and smarter than me and more powerful than anything standing by to help me move in the right direction. So good. Today, I am very thankful for those course corrections.
Psalms 147:1 Praise ye the Lord. Praise the Lord, O my soul.
2 While I live will I praise the Lord: I will sing praises unto my God while I have any being.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send us now Your provision. Thank God It’s Cold Outside
Those that know me well might wonder at me making such a statement. For me, I really like the beach. This morning on my walk I was able to talk to YAH and be truly thankful for the frost on the ground and the 27 degree weather. It occurred to me during my walk that our Father has a plan, and He is bringing His plan to pass. That is such great news! As I examined happiness, desire, etc. I realized that those are made up in my head. They are choices. I can choose something different. I chose to enjoy my walk in the cold and frost, and life got much easier.
Psalms 147:1 Praise ye the Lord: for it is good to sing praises unto our God; for it is pleasant; and praise is comely.
2 The Lord doth build up Jerusalem: he gathereth together the outcasts of Israel.
3 He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.
4 He telleth the number of the stars; he calleth them all by their names.
5 Great is our Lord, and of great power: his understanding is infinite.
6 The Lord lifteth up the meek: he casteth the wicked down to the ground.
7 Sing unto the Lord with thanksgiving; sing praise upon the harp unto our God:
So thankful that YAH is in charge!

Giving Thanks
It is repeated over and over in scripture the importance of giving thanks.
Colossians 4:2 Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving;
3 Withal praying also for us, that God would open unto us a door of utterance, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in bonds:
4 That I may make it manifest, as I ought to speak.
5 Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time.
6 Let your speech be always with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.

Power In Thankfulness
There is power in saying thank you. There is especially power in being thankful toward our Father in heaven. He loves us and wants us to experience life in a positive way. There is a sharing of ourselves with Him when we thank and praise Him. It is that humble place that we get to that makes all the difference.
Exodus 17:8 Then came Amalek, and fought with Israel in Rephidim.
9 And Moses said unto Joshua, Choose us out men, and go out, fight with Amalek: to morrow I will stand on the top of the hill with the rod of God in mine hand.
10 So Joshua did as Moses had said to him, and fought with Amalek: and Moses, Aaron, and Hur went up to the top of the hill.
11 And it came to pass, when Moses held up his hand, that Israel prevailed: and when he let down his hand, Amalek prevailed.
Prayer

Love You Father
Some days when I look around, I just cannot help but thank Him.
Psalms 27:1 The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?
2 When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell.
3 Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident.
4 One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to enquire in his temple.

Alive And Kicking
Some days it is just good to be alive and kicking. I so appreciate all that my Father does for me that I long to be with Him. Then I realize, I already am and I am so thankful. Here is a great scripture for thankfulness.
Psalms 136:1 O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.
2 O give thanks unto the God of gods: for his mercy endureth for ever.
3 O give thanks to the Lord of lords: for his mercy endureth for ever.
4 To him who alone doeth great wonders: for his mercy endureth for ever.
5 To him that by wisdom made the heavens: for his mercy endureth for ever.
6 To him that stretched out the earth above the waters: for his mercy endureth for ever.
7 To him that made great lights: for his mercy endureth for ever:
8 The sun to rule by day: for his mercy endureth for ever:
9 The moon and stars to rule by night: for his mercy endureth for ever.

In The Presence Of His Power
These days is seems easier and easier for me to be in the presence of his power. Literally, I think all we have to do is be willing to be mindful of Him. We just need to commit to Him to be His. I am thankful that He has not forsaken me in all of my craziness over the years. He always is there for us, to turn to Him and experience His love.
Deuteronomy 30:1 And it shall come to pass, when all these things are come upon thee, the blessing and the curse, which I have set before thee, and thou shalt call them to mind among all the nations, whither the Lord thy God hath driven thee,
2 And shalt return unto the Lord thy God, and shalt obey his voice according to all that I command thee this day, thou and thy children, with all thine heart, and with all thy soul;
3 That then the Lord thy God will turn thy captivity, and have compassion upon thee, and will return and gather thee from all the nations, whither the Lord thy God hath scattered thee.6 And the Lord thy God will circumcise thine heart, and the heart of thy seed, to love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, that thou mayest live.
7 And the Lord thy God will put all these curses upon thine enemies, and on them that hate thee, which persecuted thee.
8 And thou shalt return and obey the voice of the Lord, and do all his commandments which I command thee this day.
9 And the Lord thy God will make thee plenteous in every work of thine hand, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy land, for good: for the Lord will again rejoice over thee for good, as he rejoiced over thy fathers:
Wow! What a promise He has made to us! Thank You Father!

Better World
This morning I am thinking about all our Father has said to us to help us understand His ways. We are called to now. We are not called to our past. We are not called to our future. We are called to here and to now. In this moment we can be who He has called us to be in this moment. And I for one am very thankful that He has chosen to only focus on me at the moment. I need to be in this moment and in no others. In this moment, I am saved from who I was or who I could have been. He is with me.
Psalms 34:1 I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.
2 My soul shall make her boast in the Lord: the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad.
3 O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together.
4 I sought the Lord, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.
