WE Are The Lights

If YAH is the Father of lights, then who are the lights? I suggest that the lights are us. He is our Father, correct? If we assume all this to be true, it begins to shed some light on our mission here. We are here, in part, to increase the light in the planet.

James 1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.
18 Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.

Together We Are More

“The whole is greater than the sum of the parts” is a phrase often quoted in science about biological entities. And it is true. It is also true that this applies to us as believers. Collectively, we are the body of the Messiah here on this planet. We can do more together.

1 Corinthians 12:12 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body…

Feast of Tabernacles Day 4 – We Will

We are often in a position to determine whether or not we will be a part of a group of one or more people. It is true that we should likely consider this carefully. However, There will be some group somewhere that needs us. Let’s find that group!

Ephesians 5:17 Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is.
18 And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;
19 speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;
20 giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;
21 submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.

Harmony Together

It is important for me to remember that there is no harmony without others with me.

Psalm 133 A Song of degrees of David.
1 Behold, how good and how pleasant it is
For brethren to dwell together in unity!

Even Aaron’s beard: That went down to the skirts of his garments;

Here We Are

As believers, we are always trying to stay in the moment that we actually are in, but that can be a struggle. The past can taunt us for wrongs done to us or by us. The future can look like and insurmountable peak. But if we do not look and dwell there, we do not know. We expect equal or better results. If we will work on it together, then the greater expectation increases the probability of the greater thing happening.

Colossians 3:15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.
16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
17 And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.

Together We Can Make It

Today more than ever I have come to realize that in fact we can make it if we will try together. Let’s try.

Deuteronomy 31:12 Gather the people together, men, and women, and children, and thy stranger that is within thy gates, that they may hear, and that they may learn, and fear the LORD your God, and observe to do all the words of this law: 13and that their children, which have not known any thing, may hear, and learn to fear the LORD your God, as long as ye live in the land whither ye go over Jordan to possess it.

Without Works

It is good for us to say that we have each other’s back. But is at least as important to actually put it into practice. We must try to make things work out, or else what are we doing. And there’s no set answer for what that looks like. Except, it does look like trying…

James 2:17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.

Staying Together

We can make this all happen if we stay together. This is a good thing.

WE Will!

You and I are in this thing called life together. And our lives are important in the overall picture of what is happening in the earth. It is important that you and I understand that WE are together in this battle. It is for high stakes. It is for the earth. But we have a cheat card. Our Father is the King and He has already set it up for us to win. That does not mean it will be easy. It just means that we win. So we fight to the end, together!

Jeremiah 29:10 For thus saith the LORD, That after seventy years be accomplished at Babylon I will visit you, and perform my good word toward you, in causing you to return to this place.
11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
12 Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you.
13 And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.
14 And I will be found of you, saith the LORD: and I will turn away your captivity, and I will gather you from all the nations, and from all the places whither I have driven you, saith the LORD; and I will bring you again into the place whence I caused you to be carried away captive.
