Day 3 – Yom Shli-shi

Yom Shlishi, Av 17, 6003 – July 31, 2018

Imagining The Future

We have a belief system in place, regardless of whether or not we believe in God, our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus), His death and resurrection, etc. Our belief system is really what we expect to happen to us and for us. Those who reject scripture have their own beliefs about life. Those that accept scripture have their own beliefs about life. A question for us as believers in God, what do we really believe? Do we believe based on experience solely? If so, then we will speak and “live into” that belief. The future we imagine is the past we have already lived, only with more time added to it, engrounding our beliefs even further. Or we can take scripture, and consider what it would mean for it to be true. We can imagine what those scriptures would look like to be true in our own lives. We can pray and ask our Father for wisdom regarding that manifestation in our lives. We can spend time dwelling on that manifestation. Then we can imagine that future. We will begin to expect that future to come to pass. When that gets into our heart, we will know, because it will begin to come out of our mouth. We will act like it is coming true and take those appropriate actions.

One of the actions we are told to be doing is to build one another up. We need to see what the scriptures have to say in this regard, and then do them.

Colossians 3:16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
17 And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.

We can give ourselves to something. In fact, wee will because that is a part of life. But we can choose what it is that we will give ourselves to today. We cannot be concerned about tomorrow. We must move forward with today. We can do this today.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH. Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds of mankind. Let Your will be done here perfectly as it is in heaven. Send us Your overwhelming provision that we might overflow to those around us. Deliver us from the evil here. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love and caring for us. Restore Your people Father, better than ever. Restore unto Your people all that has been eaten by the worms of life. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people of that which is good, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,923,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom of God in the hearts and minds of mankind here. Give us the wisdom to walk like our Messiah walked in love and forgiveness. We ask all these things of You, Father, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiak. Amen.

Yom Shlishi, Av 10, 6003 – July 24, 2018

Together

This morning in speaking with someone I was reminded how important it is for us all to remember each other. By that I mean, we are all in this life together, trying to make it. We are meant to care for one another. The person who called was struggling from the stresses of an intense work load. They needed a leg up, if you will. For them it showed up like mini panic attacks, and some times vertigo. It is different for each of us. But we are not meant to be the one person alone with all the answers. It just does not work like that for anyone.

Ephesians 4:1 I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called,
2 With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love;
3 Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;
5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

Love one another. Our Messiah said it best.

John 15:11 These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.
12 This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.
13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in this earth in the hearts of mankind. Let Your will be done here perfectly as it is in heaven. Send us now Your overwhelming provision that it might overflow to those around us. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and your love for us. Restore Your people unto You. Restore unto Your people all that the worm has eaten. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold of all the good that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,923,962.53 that we might use it to promote Your kingdom in the hearts of mankind here in this earth. We ask all these things of You in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiak. Amen.

Yom Shlishi, Av 3, 6003 – July 17, 2018

A Good Day For Unity

When we all work together, we get just a little closer. A little closer to what? We get a little closer to the original design that our Father had for this world. He said this through David in a psalm.

Psalms 133 A Song of degrees of David.
1 Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!
2 It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron’s beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments;
3 As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the Lord commanded the blessing, even life for evermore.

Our Messiah spoke of this as well. Love and joy are tied together, just as being together with our Father is tied to keeping His commandments.

John 15:9 As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love.
10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in his love.
11 These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.
12 This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.

If we think of the “commandments” as a declaration of blessing, it is much easier to understand why our Father has made them for us. He established a path to Him and to perfect peace in the form of blessing. If we walk in the blessings, life is good! We are to show His love to people that they might “see” the Father.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts of mankind, changing their minds and actions. Let Your will be done here perfectly, as it is in heaven. Send us now Your provision as only You can do. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe awway all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your loving arms holding us. Deliver us from the evil here that would cause us to turn from You, cause us to turn on one another. Send us Your love that it might show forth from us to those around us. Restore Your people to You today, Father. Restore that spark in their heart that knows You. Raise them up. Restore unto Your people all that the worm has eaten. Restore one thousandfold all that has been taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,923,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom of God in the hearts and the minds of mankind here. Only You can do these things, Father. There are so many hungry, so many in need of shelter. Please help us to help each other. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah YAH Yeshuah (Lord Jesus Christ), and we ask these things of You. We love You. Please help us. Amen.

Yom Shlishi, Tammuz 25, 6003 – July 10, 2018

Leaves Need A Branch

As I was preparing to write, in prayer, I saw a vision leaves in a lush surrounding. Lately God has been showing me visions of overwhelming provision. Today, I noticed these leaves were connected to branches. In the end, we all are connected to each other through our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We need to do all we can to support one another as we have opportunity to so do. If we can just remember this in the times that become difficult, we can excel at all that needs to be completed both individually and collectively in our lives. We help each other make it to the end.

Colossians 3:15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.
16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.

Today, let us sing!

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in this earth in the hearts of mankind. Let Your perfect will be done here as it is in heaven. Deliver us from the evil that would hold us back from You. Send us now Your overwhelming provision that we might overflow to those around us. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away the thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love toward us. Deliver us from this evil here. Restore Your people to You. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been eaten, or taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,923,962.53 that we might use it to promote Your kingdom here in the hearts of mankind. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You in Your name, YAH. We ask all these things in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.

Yom Shlishi, Tammuz 18, 6003 – July 3, 2018

Make Memories

Everyday we do things that make memories for us and others. It can be simple things like fixing a bicycle, making a meal, or taking a walk with someone. It can be spending time with someone that is shut in. Or it can be helping a neighbor with a flat tire. I am writing this a day late. Yesterday, while spending time with my wife and her mother, we had a flat tire. Three different people offered to assist us. By the time the last person offered, I was ready for help. Thinking back, we were all helping our fellow man. We all made simple memories. We all helped each other.

Galatians 6:2 Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.

Here Paul was talking about helping those that have fallen spiritually, but I think also it applies to those things that we do in the physical world. We need to be more like our Father and like our Messiah, whenever we can.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your will be done here as it is in heaven. Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds of mankind. Send us now Your overwhelming provision that we might all overflow to those around us, demonstrating Your love. Deliver us from the evil here. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil that would cause us to go a different way. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love toward us. Restore Your people Father, I pray. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all that has been taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,923,962.53 that we might use it to deliver the kingdom of God into the hearts and minds of mankind. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things in the name of YAH Yeshuah, Father, because we know that You hear us. Amen.

Yom Shlishi, Tammuz 11, 6003 – June 26, 2018

Desired Heart

Heart. When we hear that word, it can mean many things. For some they think of the organ in the body that pumps blood. Maybe some think of health. And some think of that part of our character that drives us. Scriptures tell us something about this latter point.

Luke 6:43 For a good tree bringeth not forth corrupt fruit; neither doth a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
44 For every tree is known by his own fruit. For of thorns men do not gather figs, nor of a bramble bush gather they grapes.
45 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.

What is in our heart is what comes out of our mouth. So many have so much in their past that troubles them. How do we know? Listen to what is spoken. The interesting thing here that our Messiah was showing us is that we have a tendency to look at others first. Yeshuah (Jesus) was encouraging us to look at ourselves. That is the heart He had. It is interesting what the Messiah said next.

Luke 6:46 And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?

We need to do what He said. That also indicates where we are at in relationship to our Father. David talked about this level of heart that is like our Father.

Psalms 51:16 For thou desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it: thou delightest not in burnt offering.
17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.

We can be and are builders. We build possibility by what we say. We build reality by what we do.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come in the hearts and minds of mankind. Let Your will be done here as it is in heaven, with the utmost of perfection. Send us now Your provision, that we might overflow to those around us. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love toward us. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore the heart in Your people Father. Restore our spirits that we might rise up and serve You. Deliver us from evil that would creep in. Send in quickly the $423,923,962.53 that we might use it to serve You and promote Your kingdom n the hearts and minds of mankind. We ask all these things in the name of Yah Yeshuah (Lord Jesus). Amen.

Yom Shlishi, Tammuz 4, 6003 – June 19, 2018

Walking Together

We are meant to be a collective group of people as believers in our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Paul makes comparisons to a human body in talking about the differences between us. And the point of the body is that it is all connected.

1 Corinthians 12:12 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.
13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.
14 For the body is not one member, but many.
15 If the foot shall say, Because I am not the hand, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body?
16And if the ear shall say, Because I am not the eye, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body?
17 If the whole body were an eye, where were the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where were the smelling?
18 But now hath God set the members every one of them in the body, as it hath pleased him.
19 And if they were all one member, where were the body?
20 But now are they many members, yet but one body.
21 And the eye cannot say unto the hand, I have no need of thee: nor again the head to the feet, I have no need of you.
22 Nay, much more those members of the body, which seem to be more feeble, are necessary:
23 And those members of the body, which we think to be less honourable, upon these we bestow more abundant honour; and our uncomely parts have more abundant comeliness.
24 For our comely parts have no need: but God hath tempered the body together, having given more abundant honour to that part which lacked:
25 That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another.

When we are involved in activities, we are involved in these activities together. It becomes important for us to take the position that we will work together one with another. When we have issues between us, we must do what we can to resolve these peacefully. When one is happy we should be happy with them. When one is sad we should try to lift them up and try to move things forward.

1 Corinthians 12:26 And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it.

Today, let’s all spend time with our Father, asking Him to help our fellow believers.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds of mankind. Let Your will be done here perfectly as it is in heaven. Send us today Your overwhelming provision that we might overflow to those around us. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love toward us. Deliver us from the evil here that tries to draw us in to it. We love You and want to be like You. Without You we can do nothing. Right now we pray for our fellow believers that we might support them in their hopes, dreams, and needs for today. Help us all be close to you. Send in quickly the $423,923,962.53 that we might use it to support and promote the kingdom of God in the hearts and minds of mankind here. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been eaten, taken, or held back in any way Father, and the more besides. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You Father, in Your name YAH. We ask all these things in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.

Yom Shlishi, Sivan 27, 6003 – June 12, 2018

Prayer For The Saints

We are clearly encouraged to pray for ourselves and others. This message is repeated throughout the scriptures. We see it in the description by Paul for the armor of God. Prayer in the Spirit, which is prayer in a language unknown to us, is the sword that helps us and others.

Ephesians 6:17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

We need to pray for our brothers and sisters in the body of the Messiah that need help from our Father. And we need to pray for ourselves. This is how we move forward with Him.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds of mankind. Let Your will be done here perfectly as it is in heaven. Deliver us from the evil here. Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Deliver us from the evil. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away the thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love toward us. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been eaten, taken away, or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,923,962.53 that we might use it to promote Your kingdom in the hearts and minds of the people here. Rise up, my King, and deliver yet today. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH. We assk all these things in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.

Yom Shlishi, Sivan 20, 6003 – June 5, 2018

Building Against Resistance

Sometimes when we build up the body of believers, we need to work with people. In fact, that is most of the time.

Ephesians 5:19 Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;

There are other times, like those that DAvid faced, where are prayers become different, because the people around us were different. There may come a time when a believer forgets their calling and turns to doing evil against us in our afflictions. If we call out to our Father, He will settle the situation.

Psalms 109:13 Let his posterity be cut off; and in the generation following let their name be blotted out.
14 Let the iniquity of his fathers be remembered with the Lord; and let not the sin of his mother be blotted out.
15 Let them be before the Lord continually, that he may cut off the memory of them from the earth.
16 Because that he remembered not to shew mercy, but persecuted the poor and needy man, that he might even slay the broken in heart.
17 As he loved cursing, so let it come unto him: as he delighted not in blessing, so let it be far from him.

This is our place in life with our Father at times. God works with each of us to turn our hearts to Him. He never fails to move to change our hearts to serving Him.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come to the hearts and minds of mankind. Let Your will be done here as it is in heaven, so perfectly. Send us now Your overwhelming provision that it might overflow to those around us. Deliver us from the evil here. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil that tries to pull us away. Wipe away the thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us, and replace them with only thoughts and memories of You. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been eaten, taken, or held back in any way, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,923,962.53 that we might use it to promote Your kingdom here. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH. WE ask all these things in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.

Yom Shlishi, Sivan 13, 6003 – May 29, 2018

Keep It Simple

Today, I want to do just that – keep it simple. Let’s just all help one another.

1 John 4:16 And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.
17 Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.
18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.
19 We love him, because he first loved us.
20 If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?
21 And this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his brother also.

Let us love God and one another, and build one another up.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds of mankind. Let Your will be done here in this earth just as it is in heaven, so perfectly. Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil in our hearts and minds, and in this earth. We are only human and need You desperately. Send in quickly the $423,923,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH. We ask all these things in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.
