Working Together
Workers in the kingdom are much like in the days of Nehemiah. We are in a process of rebuilding.
Nehemiah 4:15 And it came to pass, when our enemies heard that it was known unto us, and God had brought their counsel to nought, that we returned all of us to the wall, every one unto his work.
16 And it came to pass from that time forth, that the half of my servants wrought in the work, and the other half of them held both the spears, the shields, and the bows, and the habergeons; and the rulers were behind all the house of Judah.
17 They which builded on the wall, and they that bare burdens, with those that laded, every one with one of his hands wrought in the work, and with the other hand held a weapon.
18 For the builders, every one had his sword girded by his side, and so builded. And he that sounded the trumpet was by me.
For us, the rebuilding is that of building the people into what God has intended us to be.
1 Peter 2:5 Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
6 Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded.
7 Unto you therefore which believe he is precious: but unto them which be disobedient, the stone which the builders disallowed, the same is made the head of the corner,
8 And a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence, even to them which stumble at the word, being disobedient: whereunto also they were appointed.
9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:
Let us begin to walk as God has planned and given us mercy.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds of the people. Let Your will be done here perfectly as it is in heaven. Send us Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love for us. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore Your people, Father. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way from your people, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,503,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom of God here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. We ask all these things of You, Father, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiak. Amen.

Assisting With Change
As believers we are given many assignments. Perhaps a better way to say it is we have opportunity to increase our level of involvement in God’s plan. There has always been the original assignment to mankind by our Father.
Genesis 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
Without the salvation that comes from believing that YAH came to earth in the form of a man, Yeshuah (Jesus), and bled and dies and rose again, then we go about our assignment in the dark. We may even be aware that we have this assignment, but we will be without the inner ability to perform it according to the plan. The plan includes the caring for others.
Ephesians 5:19 Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;
20 Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;
21 Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.
We are here to become more like our Father each day, and to help each other on that same journey. Only when we take this path can we execute our assignment in a way that brings back the garden.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH. Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. Let Your will be done here perfectly as it is in heaven. Send us Your provision, sufficient to overflow to those around us. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love for us. Deliver us from the evil here, both around us and in us. Restore Your people, Father. Restore your People unto You. Restore all that the worm has eaten. Restore one thousandfold all that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people of that which is good, and the more besides. Let those that have attempted to harm us, plot against us, and/or devised evil plans against us fail. Let them instead cry out to You for deliverance and forgiveness. Send in quickly the $423,503,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom of God in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people here, and care for our families’ needs. We ask all these things of You, YAH, in the name of YAH Yeshuah HaMashiak. Amen.

Change The Future For A Friend
It is easy to want to pray for something better for ourselves. We often do this in times of perceived need. The greater the need, the more intense the praying, usually. But often we are encouraged to consider others in our times of prayer.
Isaiah 58:1 Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and shew my people their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins.
2 Yet they seek me daily, and delight to know my ways, as a nation that did righteousness, and forsook not the ordinance of their God: they ask of me the ordinances of justice; they take delight in approaching to God.
3 Wherefore have we fasted, say they, and thou seest not? wherefore have we afflicted our soul, and thou takest no knowledge? Behold, in the day of your fast ye find pleasure, and exact all your labours.
4 Behold, ye fast for strife and debate, and to smite with the fist of wickedness: ye shall not fast as ye do this day, to make your voice to be heard on high.
5 Is it such a fast that I have chosen? a day for a man to afflict his soul? is it to bow down his head as a bulrush, and to spread sackcloth and ashes under him? wilt thou call this a fast, and an acceptable day to the Lord?
6 Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?
7 Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh?
8 Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the Lord shall be thy rearward.
9 Then shalt thou call, and the Lord shall answer; thou shalt cry, and he shall say, Here I am. If thou take away from the midst of thee the yoke, the putting forth of the finger, and speaking vanity;
10 And if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul; then shall thy light rise in obscurity, and thy darkness be as the noonday:
11 And the Lord shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.
And as it turns out, this prayer for others with intensity through fasting results in our being blessed as well, as the scriptures tell us. We need to be crying out to our Father for those that are oppressed, to break the bands of wickedness, and for the poor, the hungry, the widow, and the orphan. We are called to help others. This includes especially in our prayers, because our prayers matter.
Let’s help each other today by praying for one another.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your will be done here in this earth as it is in heaven, so perfectly, and let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. Restore Your people unto You as it was in the garden. Let there be a place for the widow and the orphan to rest their head in comfort and peace. Let them and the hungry be filled and clothed. Strike at the enemy that they not prevail and they flee from the battles against Your people today, even now. Help us to find a way, Father, to serve You. Restore all that the worm has eaten. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all that the enemy has taken or held back of that which is good, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,523,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom here in this earth. Rise up, my King, and strike. We ask all these things of You in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiak. Amen.

Better Lenses
In talking with many people in the last few weeks, a number of them have shared how people have been treating them poorly, sometimes even like outcasts. I can hear in their voices the hurt, the anguish, and often anger at being mistreated. As someone that can relate to their experience, I understand their feelings, in part. But as I look at the scripture, I see evidence that we are to love those around us and act as one.
Psalms 133 A Song of degrees of David.
1 Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!
2 It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron’s beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments;
3 As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the Lord commanded the blessing, even life for evermore.
It would seem that there is an underlying truth in many of these instances. Hurt people hurt people. It is helpful if we ask our Father to let us see these things through His eyes. If we can let go, we can reach that bigger picture we need to achieve. We can love those that may seem unlovely. We can care for those that need it the most, even when they are trying to harm us.
We just need to have our Father’s heart.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in this earth in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. Let Your will be done here perfectly as it is in heaven. Send us Your provision. Let it overflow to those around us. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love for us. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore Your people to a better place than even the Garden. Restore all that the worm has eaten. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,523,962.53 that we might use it to feed the poor, care for the widows and the homeless, and bring the kingdom into the hearts and minds and bodies of the people here. We ask all these things of You, Father, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiak. Amen.

Make Life Better
A big part of our “job” as believers is our opportunity to make the world a better place, to make life better. When we say that out loud, it can sound like a big task. However, it does not have to be, and no one person can do it all on their own. But what if we make the world a better place for just one human being today? We can encourage the next person we see, and that makes a huge difference.
Psalms 40:3 And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the Lord.
And again elsewhere…
Colossians 3:16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
Let’s make the world a better place for one other person today.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in this earth in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. Let Your will be done here perfectly as it is in heaven. Give us Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love for us. Restore unto Your peopl all that the worm has eaten. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold of all the good that has been taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,523,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the eople. Making Different
Often we want to make a difference for others and ourselves. This is a good goal. One of the ways we can do that is to make things different. What if we just change something – anything – to be more like our Messiah? We can be more friendly to those we know. More forgiving to those that have wronged us. More understanding to those that need help. More giving to those in need. Any of these things can make a difference for someone.
Deuteronomy 15:11 For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land.
We are called to a mission of love. Today, let us try to be like the Messiah to someone in need.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH. Let Your will be done here as it is in heaven, and let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. Send us now Your provision that we might eat and feed the hungry. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Wipe away all the thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love for us. Restore Your people to You. Restore all that the worm has eaten. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. Helping Others Helps
Sometimes when we need the most, in those times, we really just need to help someone else. There is something that happens when we give of ourselves, our time, our possessions. We call it healing. But maybe it is just being more like our Father. If we are more like our Father, maybe we experience Him flowing into the rest of our lives as well. Maybe life gets better because we are more connected to Him. This is just speculation. But giving is a good principle from the scriptures.
Luke 6:35 But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.
36 Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.
37 Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:
38 Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.
By helping others, we really help ourselves.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. Send us Your provision now, and let us overflow to those around us. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Making A Together Path
It occurred to me this morning that we have to go down the road of life with others. Whether we are married or not, there are other people around. Even if we live in seclusion in the mountains, we still have others around us, somewhere. We are all working to create this world we live in, whether we are doing it on purpose together or not. We create the world we live in together.
Genesis 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
We were created with a vision of a team that would dominate the planet. That is mankind’s calling. We are meant to win and make a difference.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. Let Your will be done here perfectly as it is in Heaven. Send us now Your provision that we might be filled and overflow to those around us. Deliver us from the evil here. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Wipe away all of the thoughts and memories of the evil done to us or by us. In their place let there be only thoughts and memories of You and Your love for us. Restore us, Father, unto You as You had meant it to be in the garden. Help us to find peace here, with joy in You. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that the worm has eaten, or that has been taken or held back in any way. At Least Two
To edify means to build up. There is of course a case for edifying one’s self. However, for the most part, edifying is about building someone else up. In that sense, at a minimum, it takes two people. One to give and one to receive. Obviously it can be more, but we need these two at a minimum. And if each of us would encourage at least two people each day, we would change the world.
Colossians 3:16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
17 And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.
We can all be a part of this. Encourage two people today. Sing where you are – in your car, your shower, your home…
Change the world!
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people. Let Your will be done here perfectly as it is in Heaven. Send us now Your provision that we might be filled, and overflow to those around us. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore us, Father, unto You as You had meant it to be in the garden. Please. Help us to find peace here, with joy in You. Better Is Good
If we are willing to try, we can make this world a better place. We do it by our efforts to improve what is around us. And, we may not always be right. We may miss the goal sometimes. But even a little better, is still better. If we can remind ourselves of this, we can be happier than we have been, and help others to be happier than they have been, and that is a good thing.
Galatians 6:9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
10 As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.
Try. Just try. After all, what do we have to lose?
Prayer
