Gotta Have Heart

In some ways, it is really a matter of the heart. As a human, each of us is in the process of trying to move our lives forward. We are trying to make life better. For me, it is really easy for me to become inwardly focused. This is not always helpful. Yes, I need to work on me. But if I get too focused on me and my immediate surroundings, I can forget that YAH has already set things up, He has already heard my prayers, and has already provided the solution needed to get to the answer I need. And the answer will always be about what YAH is doing in the earth.

1 Chronicles 28:8 Now therefore in the sight of all Israel the congregation of the LORD, and in the audience of our God, keep and seek for all the commandments of the LORD your God: that ye may possess this good land, and leave it for an inheritance for your children after you for ever.
9 And thou, Solomon my son, know thou the God of thy father, and serve him with a perfect heart and with a willing mind: for the LORD searcheth all hearts, and understandeth all the imaginations of the thoughts: if thou seek him, he will be found of thee; but if thou forsake him, he will cast thee off for ever.

We are on a journey to become the people our Father has planned for us to become.

We Can Build It!

You and I and the rest of the believers can build a world in which YAH is King. For me, I believe that is actually a part of my assigned task. We can make that happen. You can make that happen too! YAH has commissioned us from the beginning to make this a batter place.

Genesis 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

Winning Is Not Quitting

Just thinking about life this morning it occurred to me how I create my world around me. I can give power to the good or the bad. It is really my choice to let my mind go in one direction or another. This is true for you as well, and if you are reading this, it is not by chance. It is so easy for me to think negative thoughts and then spend time reacting to them. In so doing I create that as my world. So, why not just create a good world, right? We can do just that!

Mark 11:20 And in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots.
21 And Peter calling to remembrance saith unto him, Master, behold, the fig tree which thou cursedst is withered away.
22 And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.
23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
25 And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.

We Can Make This

Never think that you are the only one or that you are alone. YAH is always with you. And at some level, those that believe are with You as well. We all will try to do what we can to help one another when the time arises. Both YAH and our fellow believer will be encouraged by what others do. Together we can make a difference. Each of us is like a tree…

Psalm 1:1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners,
Nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD;
And in his law doth he meditate day and night.

Keep Me O King

This is a great thought for today. The word translated keep in the book of Genesis in reference to the garden is the word that means “to guard” and that is what I like to ask YAH to do for me. And there are numerous promises in the scripture that state He will do just that.

Numbers 6:22 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
23 Speak unto Aaron and unto his sons, saying, On this wise ye shall bless the children of Israel, saying unto them,
24 The LORD bless thee, and keep thee:
25 The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:
26 The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.
27 And they shall put my name upon the children of Israel; and I will bless them.

Let that be upon you today.

Be Of Good Cheer

When we think of this scripture we think of the Messiah speaking to the disciples about His going to be with the Father. But YAH has always spoken to His people in this manner.

Joshua 1:7 Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper whithersoever thou goest.
8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
9 Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.

Joshuah 23:6 Be ye therefore very courageous to keep and to do all that is written in the book of the law of Moses, that ye turn not aside therefrom to the right hand or to the left;

Today, Be of good courage.

Deliverance Is Nigh

Not completely sure why YAH is having me write about this topic today. It is important of course. When we consider what our Father has in store for us, it is good to consider this moment right now. I know for me it is very possible to be caught up is regress for the past or fear for the future. We cannot change the past. If we want the future to be different from the past, we need to focus on now. By making now different, the future will have to be different. The future is made up of many instances of “now” stacked on top of each other. Change now, change the future. And when I align with YAH, He makes the future better.

I want to be like Yeshuah, who sought forgiveness for those that did evil to Him. May I be like Him. I am frail. I am but dust. Yet I want to follow Your ways YAH. You have spoken many things to me. Make them so now YAH. I release the hosts of heaven. I speak to them, “PREVAIL!” Let the enemy be downtrodden and scattered my King. Let this be Your day YAH. May I walk in Your ways. May I walk in Your ways. Let shalom flow. Let prosperity flow unto me, O my King, just as You have said. Astonish those that mock and those that have spoken in a negative way. Show me a sign for good that all men might know that You alone have done this thing. I ask all these things of You Father King, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

YAH Always Comes Through

If you are like me, perhaps you have had times when you have been so overwhelmed that it affected you physically. These days can certainly lead to a person getting overwhelmed. But even in the greatest times of despair, there is a way out. That way out is YAH’s way, and He is willing to share those with us. We can be the people that not only push through, but take others by the hand and lead them through as well. YAH shows us His ways. Look for them and follow them out.

Psalm 103:1 Bless the LORD, O my soul:
And all that is within me, bless his holy name.
2 Bless the LORD, O my soul,
And forget not all his benefits:
3 Who forgiveth all thine iniquities;
Who healeth all thy diseases;
4 Who redeemeth thy life from destruction;
Who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;
5 Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things;
So that thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
6 The LORD executeth righteousness and judgment
For all that are oppressed.
7 He made known his ways unto Moses,
His acts unto the children of Israel.

When It Is Time

When it is time to move forward, we must. In every change, especially of significance, there will come that moment when we must love forward. As a boy in the Scouts, I remember being on a zip line tower. They would not push us off, we had to take that step. It was scary, but I had to move forward. There have been a number of moments like that in my life. I have them now. Some have been crippling, to a degree. But YAH always helps me move forward.

Psalms 67:1 God be merciful unto us, and bless us;
And cause his face to shine upon us;
Selah.
2 That thy way may be known upon earth,
Thy saving health among all nations.
3 Let the people praise thee, O God;
Let all the people praise thee.
4 O let the nations be glad and sing for joy:
For thou shalt judge the people righteously, and govern the nations upon earth.

Let all the people praise thee.
6 Then shall the earth yield her increase;
And God, even our own God, shall bless us.
7 God shall bless us;
And all the ends of the earth shall fear him.

Yes It Is Possible!

Today I am thinking about all that YAH has promised us as believers. It is a great many things. Mostly, for me, the most important is to be with us, to be with me. It is my job to focus on me and make certain that I get myself together. To that end, I am saying that all things are possible if we will only believe.

Matthew 19:23 Then said Jesus unto his disciples, Verily I say unto you, That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven.
24 And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.
25 When his disciples heard it, they were exceedingly amazed, saying, Who then can be saved? 26But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

When the task seems overwhelming, we only need to ask YAH and wait for Him to move.
