A Song of degrees.
1 Out of the depths have I cried unto thee, O LORD.

Let thine ears be attentive
To the voice of my supplications.

Powerful God

Thinking about who YAH is just now. At least trying to think about who he is. Wow. Sometimes, like right now, I can just feel the rhythm of YAH. It is good! You can feel the presence of YAH if you want, just by taking that moment and trying. Clear your mind (more on that later). Focus on YAH. Talk to Him. Sing to Him. He is already with you.

Isaiah 55:6 Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:
7 let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.
8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.
9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

Free To Choose

As believers we are free to choose the path we will seek for our lives. That freedom to choose does actually have limited, at least potentially. At least some of those limits are created by what we think is “real” in this world. Can we escape these “ideas” about what is real? That is a great question. If we can consider them, then perhaps they can be escaped. This is important because we read scripture and apply meaning from what we think we know. The driving factor has to be our relationship with YAH. Without that we truly do not have anything solid.

Matthew 16:13 When Jesus came into the coasts of Cæsarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am?
14 And they said, Some say that thou art John the Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets.
15 He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?
16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.
17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Bar-jona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.

Made For A Purpose

Here in the United States often children are taught to seek to be rich. It is as if financial accumulation defines who we are. In part that may have some limited truth. However, we are more defined by who we are friends with, and one in particular.

John 15:11 These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.
12 This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.
13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
14 Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.
15 Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.
16 Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.

We were made to bring forth fruit. What kind of fruit? Things we ask of the Father. So today, think about what to ask of the Father that would last forever, and ask.

We Can Win

To win with YAH we must be willing to win. That likely sounds odd when first heard, but it is most certainly true. We want to be a people that sings unto YAH. We want to be a people that trusts in YAH. We want to be a people that brings heaven to earth. To win, and to be willing to win, we may have to look to see if we expect to lose. Life is a training ground. When we are “at the mercy” of life, we have a tendency to be subject to it. That can teach us that we are subjects, and not rulers. But our calling is to subdue the earth, to have dominion over it. That means we keep our mindset in that space.

Genesis 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

Tasks Can Be Completed

When facing many tasks we can overcome. Wow need to be the ones that never give up. You are not alone and I am not alone for our King is with us everyday. And we can reach out to one another and offer our assistance. YAH is King. YAH is King. Today I will keep singing my song of deliverance for my King, He sings back to me. I am most blessed, and so are you. Thank You my King.

Day Of Honor

On this day in America we honor those that have fought and/or served in the military for our freedom. My great thanks goes out to these people because without them, America would be a much darker place. But we all individually must find our way and our place. Today, I just want to say I reflect and appreciate what was done and hope I can do good with the gift purchased.
