Comfort In The Disarray
We can be relieved in our hearts and minds to know that we have a path of communication to our Father at all times. This relief is “comfort” to us. And we always have access to Him. Just call out and He will hold you up.
Psalms 55:22 Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.
23 But thou, O God, shalt bring them down into the pit of destruction: bloody and deceitful men shall not live out half their days; but I will trust in thee.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send us now Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Hear our cries O King. Send in Your angels in power and destroy the works of evil. Let them come to nothing. We ask all these things of You Father King, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMshiach. Amen.
Yom Rishon, Tevet 18, 6005 – January 3, 2021
What Does Comfort Mean
Some think of warm bread, chocolate cake, or hot coffee at the mention of the word comfort. Just considering that point we realize that comfort means different things to different people. For me, for you, and for others, there is something that reminds us of comfort. I like to think of the moments when I faced some challenge in life and I reached out to YAH. In the moments that followed He made His presence known in an even more powerful way to me. For me, those are moments of comfort. These other things matter as well, but that certain closeness is very beneficial to me. And, it is a gift.
James 1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.
Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. We ask all these things of You Father King, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Inherit The Earth
Just thinking about this scripture is a comfort to me. We all know it from the sermon on the mount.
Matthew 5:5 Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.
This is actually a quote from one of David’s psalms. In that instance, the root word for meek is “sing”. When we are feeling lowly, we are to sing to YAH, and He will deliver us.
Today, sing your heart to YAH.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send us now Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespasses or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides, the more besides. Send in now the $100,000, and the more besides, the more besides. Let there be 100,000 units sold, and the more besides, the more besides. We ask all these things of You Father King, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Freedom Reigns!
We can be comforted knowing that our Father ALWAYS has our back. He is always in control. He will always be the driving force. He will always rule.
Proverbs 4:20 My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings.
21 Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart.
22 For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.
23 Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.

Knowing Him
It is so comforting to me to know that I know the One that created everything. I know YAH. It is easy for me to just run right past that thought. But if I just stop and dwell on it for a moment, I realize that I know the Creator. Wow!
John 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

What’s It Take?
When we want comfort, one thing would be good to consider. What does it take for us to be comforted. WHile there can be many answers to this qestion, there is one that works from me always.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

First Things First
Knowing what day it is is fundamental to being in harmony with YAH. We need to follow His pattern. Here was YAH’s first day in regard to the earth.
Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.
5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.
Prayer

Comfort Please
Today as I consider the goings on in the world, there is a certain cry in my heart toward YAH for His people. Father, please comfort Your people Father. There is such great turmoil. We need Your comfort in our lives, real comfort, that helps us stand strong for You. It truly is our only hope these days. Please help us.
Psalms 34:15 The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry.
16 The face of the Lord is against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.
17 The righteous cry, and the Lord heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.
18 The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.
19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the Lord delivereth him out of them all.
Prayer
Father we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send us now Your provision. Developing Hope
Often I here people talking about hope. “There is no hope of…” “I certainly hope so.” In each of these cases there is a certain expectation of a negative. It is plainly obvious in the former and the latter is a wish against the real expectation. However, the word for hope implies expectation. It comes from the Greek word elpis that means anticipation. Let’s read that in the context of scriptures.
Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
So our faith can be tied to either positive things or to negative things in life. We need to make certain we understand this potential for us to bring about the good or the bad. It really comes down to believing that God is who He says He is, or not. It is the same question to Eve from the garden, and we live it every day.
We CAN choose to believe God is on our side and He is who He says He is.
Just When…
Thinking of the title for this writing reminded me of another way we speak. Often I have used the phrase “Just when I though…” or some version of that phrase. There is a certain comfort for me in my reflecting on these moments in my life. I can remember so many “Just when” moments that it makes me smile. I know that my Father is watching over me because I have had these moments. And I am reminded that He always watches.
Psalms 121 A Song of degrees.
1 I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.
2 My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.
3 He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.
4 Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.
5 The Lord is thy keeper: the Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand.
6 The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.
7 The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.
8 The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.
