Simple Comfort
Today will be a simple comfort.
Psalms 91
1 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High
Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress:
My God; in him will I trust.
3 Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler,
And from the noisome pestilence.
4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust:
His truth shall be thy shield and buckler.
5 Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night;
Nor for the arrow that flieth by day;
6 Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness;
Nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.
7 A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand;
But it shall not come nigh thee.
8 Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold
And see the reward of the wicked.
9 Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge,
Even the most High, thy habitation;
10 There shall no evil befall thee,
Neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.
11 For he shall give his angels charge over thee,
To keep thee in all thy ways.
12 They shall bear thee up in their hands,
Lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.
13 Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder:
The young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.
14 Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him:
I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.
15 He shall call upon me, and I will answer him:
I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.
16 With long life will I satisfy him,
And shew him my salvation.
Prayer
Father, I exalt You. You alone are my King. Praise the name YAHUAH! You alone are King. Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send me now Your provision. Let it overflow to those I do and do not know in testimony of You in control YAH. I love you. Forgive me my trespasses and transgressions, and help me to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against me. Keep me from temptations YAH. Deliver me from thee evil here, and help to help others find Your deliverance O King. I love You. I love You. I love You. Restore unto me the prosperity that has been promised YAH. Make the visions true. I love You. I ask all these things of You Father King in the name YAH Yeshhuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Knowing Is A Comfort
Often when I wake up or have some undedicated time, I find my mind filled with a stream of thoughts. To take control of those thoughts requires me to be diligent to take verbal control of them. There seems to be a direct connection between what we say and what happens around us. The scriptures also often refer to singing as a means of transformation. Paul speaks of this.
Colossians 3:14 And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness.
15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.
16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
17 And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.
And it seems to be a reflection of what YAH has said.
Zephaniah 3:14 Sing, O daughter of Zion; shout, O Israel; be glad and rejoice with all the heart, O daughter of Jerusalem.
15 The LORD hath taken away thy judgments, he hath cast out thine enemy: the king of Israel, even the LORD, is in the midst of thee: thou shalt not see evil any more.
16 In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem, Fear thou not: and to Zion, Let not thine hands be slack.
17 The LORD thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.
In both speaking and singing there is deliverance. It is important for me to note that often we sing words to songs that are catchy tunes that “stick” to us and have a “closeness” to us. It is unclear to me why this is so, but it seems to be true.
Prayer
Father, I exalt You. You alone are my King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send me now Your provision. Let it overflow to those I do and do not know YAH. I love You. Forgive me my trespasses and transgressions, and help me to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against me YAH. I ask all these things of You Father King in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

People Comfort People
Comfort is something sought by us humans. We want the chance to do things and get them done right. We want the chance to be heard. For the most part, we want to know that it mattered that we showed up. And we all want to be loved. I think maybe the reason we want to be loved is that we want to feel like we are worth being loved by someone. That adds to our sense of self worth in so many ways. The thing is, we already are loved by our Father in heaven, Yahuah.
1 John 7 Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.
8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.
9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.
12 No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.
13 Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit.
14 And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world.
15 Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God.
16 And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.
17 Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.
18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.
19 We love him, because he first loved us.
We see from John’s writing that God loves us. One of the ways people know that God loves them is because they see His love in us. We must love others. Our comfort actually comes many times by comforting those around us.
Prayer
Father, I exalt You. You alone are my King. Praise the name YAH. Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send me now Your provision. Forgive me my trespasses and transgressions, and help me to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against me. Deliver me from the evil here, and the evil plans men have for me. You alone are my King, and I am your servant O YAH. I love You. I love You. I love You. Send in now the silver coins and gold bars that You have revealed to me. I ask all these things of You Father King in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Willing To Receive
This morning I had a very interesting thought come to me. In order to be comforted, we must be willing to receive the comfort. That may seem pretty simple to say, right? How many of you know someone, maybe yourself, that has a difficult time receiving anything from anyone? I know I am on that list to a certain degree. I make myself “unavailable” to receive from others. For many years, I have been the giving person, largely to my family. Sometimes they perceive this as me only being interested in money. What they fail to realize is that I was the only one between them and naked, homeless starvation. So during my lifetime I have worked so much to get my kids into a place to not be overwhelmed. And I am still working to that end. But, we all would do better to be willing to receive comfort from our Father, YAH. He loves us, from forever to forever, including today.
1 Samuel 2:1 …My heart rejoiceth in the LORD,
Mine horn is exalted in the LORD:
My mouth is enlarged over mine enemies;
Because I rejoice in thy salvation.
2 There is none holy as the LORD:
For there is none beside thee:
Neither is there any rock like our God.
3 Talk no more so exceeding proudly;
Let not arrogancy come out of your mouth:
For the LORD is a God of knowledge,
And by him actions are weighed.
4 The bows of the mighty men are broken,
And they that stumbled are girded with strength.
5 They that were full have hired out themselves for bread;
And they that were hungry ceased:
So that the barren hath born seven;
And she that hath many children is waxed feeble.
6 The LORD killeth, and maketh alive:
He bringeth down to the grave, and bringeth up.
7 The LORD maketh poor, and maketh rich:
He bringeth low, and lifteth up.
8 He raiseth up the poor out of the dust,
And lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill,
To set them among princes,
And to make them inherit the throne of glory:
For the pillars of the earth are the LORD’s,
And he hath set the world upon them.
9 He will keep the feet of his saints,
And the wicked shall be silent in darkness;
For by strength shall no man prevail.
10 The adversaries of the LORD shall be broken to pieces;
Out of heaven shall he thunder upon them:
The LORD shall judge the ends of the earth;
And he shall give strength unto his king,
And exalt the horn of his anointed.
Prayer
Father, I exalt You. You alone are my King! Praise the King! Praise the name YAHUAH! Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here on earth as it is in heaven. Send me now Your provision. Forgive me my trespasses and transgressions, and help me to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against me. Deliver me from the evil here. Restore unto me the joy of my salvation YAH. Keep me from temptations. You are my King. You are my King! Restore unto me sevenfold all that has been taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. I ask al these things of You Father King in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Peaceful Desire
Here in the US we are “trained” from our youth to want things. We get this message very. strongly from the television, from movies, and from radio. It is such a strong message that it has become a part of our society and how it works. Buy that I mean we here it from from friends, family, the pulpit, at work… pretty much everywhere. And this drive toward the “things” in life can become a really bad influence in our lives if we let it be that. My response to that for me is to work to not letting that happen. My only hope in that regard is to continually try to get closer to YAH. He is my only hope in all I do. In this way, He helps me with the desires of my heart, and provides them for me.
PSALM 37
A Psalm of David.
א Aleph
1 Fret not thyself because of evildoers,
Neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity.
2 For they shall soon be cut down like the grass,
And wither as the green herb.
ב Bet
3 Trust in the LORD, and do good;
So shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed.
4 Delight thyself also in the LORD;
And he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.
ג Gimel
5 Commit thy way unto the LORD; Trust also in him;
And he shall bring it to pass.
6 And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light,
And thy judgment as the noonday.
ד Dalet
7 Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him:
Fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.
ה He
8 Cease from anger, and forsake wrath:
Fret not thyself in any wise to do evil.
9 For evildoers shall be cut off:
But those that wait upon the LORD, they shall inherit the earth.
Prayer
Father, I exalt You. You alone are my King. O YAH! You alone are my King. I praise the name YAH! Let Your king come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send me now Your provision. Let it overflow to those in need. I love You. Forgive me my trespasses and transgressions, and help me to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against me. Deliver me from the evil here, and from the evil that men do toward me, and from the evil plans they have for me. Confound and destroy their plans, and make those plans as if they never were, without remembrance by them or any in power. Keep me in Your ways. Keep me from temptations. And let the bars of gold come to me, and show me what to do with them O YAH. This is Your place and power and glory. Only You, YAH, only YOU! I want to be Your servant son. I want to be an example that You can let others see. Help me O King. Show me a sign for good that all men might know that You alone have done these things, O YAH. O YAH, I love You. I ask all these things of You my Father, my King, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Only The Good
One of the most comforting things a parent can do for a child is to calm them when they are upset. That source of upsettedness can be anything from a scraped knee to a bad dream. The one thing that all those negatives have in common is something in the brain telling them something is wrong. That something is a thought, often mixed with emotion. And our Father helps us to get to the good thinking. In fact, He has conveyed a message about what to focus on in the area of good thoughts.
Philippians 4:4 Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.
5 Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.
6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
9 Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.
Even though it can seem like a challenge at times, we do know that we can do this. We know because our Father has sent people to share with us the path to follow, and we follow that path. He helps us.
Prayer
Father, I exalt You. You alone are my King. I praise the name YAH! I praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send me now Your provision. Forgive me my trespasses and transgressions, and help me to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against me. Deliver me from the evil here. Deliver me from the plans for evil that men have for me. Keep me from temptations, YAH, for they try to overwhelm me. Let me see only the good. Show me the path to walk and the way I am to go. Help me to help those in need YAH. I love You and need You O King. Please reach out to those in need YAH. Heal the sick and injured. Feed the poor and needy. And send in now the $19,900 Father, and that one hundredfold, and show Yourself strong on my behalf. I praise You. I praise You. I praise the name YAH, O my King. I ask all these things of You Father King in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Father’s Day
In the US this is a day. we dedicate to the fathers. My earthly father passed away many years ago, and now I am the oldest Patriarch in the family. On Father’s Day it is normal for me to think about my kids, who are now grown. And I do like to take time to think about my Father in heaven. He has been so much more to me than I could ever be to my kids, but I try to do my best to be like Him. He is good to me and to us.
Proverbs 4:1 Hear, ye children, the instruction of a father,
And attend to know understanding.
2 For I give you good doctrine,
Forsake ye not my law.
3 For I was my father’s son,
Tender and only beloved in the sight of my mother.
4 He taught me also, and said unto me,
Let thine heart retain my words:
Keep my commandments, and live.20 My son, attend to my words;
Incline thine ear unto my sayings.
21 Let them not depart from thine eyes;
Keep them in the midst of thine heart.
22 For they are life unto those that find them,
And health to all their flesh.
23 Keep thy heart with all diligence;
For out of it are the issues of life.
Great words to children from the Father.
Prayer
Father, I exalt You. Yes YAH, I exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAHUAH! Thank You Father for loving me. Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send me now Your provision. Let it be abundant to overflow. Keep me YAH. Forgive me my trespasses and transgressions, and help me to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against me. Deliver me from the evil here, and the evil plans men have for me. Keep me in Your ways. Help me to control my mind YAH. I love You Father. I love You Father. I ask all these things of You Father and King, because this is Your place and power and glory. Forever. I ask. all these things of You in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Peace Can Be Yours
When I think of comfort this morning, I guess the first thought is of shalom. There is a certain peace that YAH has intended for His people, and we can have that peace. If we will be present in the life we lead to the idea that YAH is ever present with us, then that shalom is much more readily attainable. That almost sounds incorrect. When I say attainable I am referring to the idea that it is always there for us. We have access to it. It is on each of us to grab hold of that comfort that is present. YAH is good.
Psalms 21:1 The king shall joy in thy strength, O LORD;
And in thy salvation how greatly shall he rejoice!
2 Thou hast given him his heart’s desire,
And hast not withholden the request of his lips.
Selah.
3 For thou preventest him with the blessings of goodness:
Thou settest a crown of pure gold on his head.
4 He asked life of thee, and thou gavest it him,
Even length of days for ever and ever.
5 His glory is great in thy salvation:
Honour and majesty hast thou laid upon him.
6 For thou hast made him most blessed for ever:
Thou hast made him exceeding glad with thy countenance.
7 For the king trusteth in the LORD,
And through the mercy of the Most High he shall not be moved.
8 Thine hand shall find out all thine enemies:
Thy right hand shall find out those that hate thee.
9 Thou shalt make them as a fiery oven in the time of thine anger:
The LORD shall swallow them up in his wrath, and the fire shall devour them.
10 Their fruit shalt thou destroy from the earth,
And their seed from among the children of men.
11 For they intended evil against thee:
They imagined a mischievous device, which they are not able to perform.
12 Therefore shalt thou make them turn their back,
When thou shalt make ready thine arrows upon thy strings against the face of them.
13 Be thou exalted, LORD, in thine own strength:
So will we sing and praise thy power.
Prayer
Father, I exalt You. Yes, my King, I exalt You and Your power. You made this place, now let You will be done here and Your kingdom come here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send me now Your provision. Forgive me my trespasses and transgressions, and help me to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against me. I need You. I need You. I need You, Daddy. Deliver me from the evil here. Keep me from temptations. It is Your place, power, and glory, forever. I ask all these things of You Father, King, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Comfort In The Wind
It is curious to me how certain things can be so comforting to me, or can bring such comfort to me. The first thing I thought about was the wind. Probably I was really thinking of a gentle breeze. With the warmer weather we are experiencing these days, those gentle summer breezes are sooooooo welcome, right? And if we can catch the smell of Lillies, or hyacinth, or some other wonderful flower in that breeze, all the better. And all of that comes to us from YAH. It is good to know that He cares so much for us that He even thinks to add the little things of comfort.
Isaiah 40:1 Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, saith your God.
2 Speak ye comfortably to Jerusalem, and cry unto her, that her warfare is accomplished, that her iniquity is pardoned: for she hath received of the LORD’s hand double for all her sins.
3 The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the LORD, make straight in the desert a highway for our God.
4 Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill shall be made low: and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough places plain:
5 and the glory of the LORD shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.
Be comforted today.
Prayer
Father, I exalt You. You are my King. Praise the name YAHUAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send me now Your provision. Forgive me my trespasses and transgressions, and help me to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver me from the evil here, and the evil plans men have for me. Keep me from temptations, YAH. You are my King. I need You now. This is Your place, and the power and glory are Yours. We ask all these things of You Father King in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Speak It
Today, rather, this morning I just knew I had to take some action. It can be scary to do these things because we want to know with certainty that everything is secure. At least, that tends to be the way that I work. What I have discovered is this is not always the case. But that is really just a perception. We think and operate from a given perception. That is what we believe to be true. But what if that is not exactly accurate?
What if that perception is true because we say it is and believe it is? What if the operational principle is that what we say is what is actually possible? Let’s check the scriptures.
Luke 1:37 For with God nothing shall be impossible.
38 And Mary said, Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it unto me according to thy word. And the angel departed from her.
This is a famous verse that many have heard and quote often. In this story Mary was told she would conceive the man that would be the Messiah. She wanted to know how since she was a virgin. She did not doubt, it just was not according to what she knew. When the angel explained, he told her with God nothing is impossible. We will come back to that shortly. Then Mary said let it be as he had said. But that is not exactly what was said.
The word both the angel and Mary used in the scripture is rhema which means utterance. A more literal translation would be “With God no utterance about anything is impossible” to which Mary replied “Let it be according to your utterance.” Let’s go back then with this context and look at our situation. Knowing that we need to speak and have the understanding that what we speak frames our reality, we can then move forward from there. We must hold the picture within the declared frame. This is true reality.
Prayer
Father, I exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on this earth as it is in heaven. Send me now Your provision. Forgive me my trespasses and transgressions, and help me to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against me. Deliver me from the evil here. Give me abundant favor YAH! Lay forth the path O King. Let if overflow with shalom and rapheka and yireh. I ask all these things of You Father King in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.
