Warm And Fuzzy

We use the concept of warm and fuzzy in speaking in the U.S. when we are referring to something being warm and wonderful. We do this also sometimes sarcastically to poke fun at the idea of warm and wonderful. But there is a part of this idea that fits my walk with YAH. It is very good as He is always looking out for me.

Psalm 84:9 Behold, O God our shield,
And look upon the face of thine anointed.
10 For a day in thy courts
Is better than a thousand.
I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God,
Than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.
11 For the LORD God is a sun and shield:
The LORD will give grace and glory: No good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.

Blessed is the man that trusteth in thee.

Good To Be Home

There is that feeling of apple pie freshly baked, warm bread out of the oven, and steak off the grill. The sounds of kids playing in the back yard. laughter around the table at a game of cards. These are the times that I think of when I think of the idea of home. And yet none of these compare to the feeling I get when I get close to YAH. There is a sense of things being right with the world that I just cannot explain. And it is in these times that I am the happiest. I am now trying to take this to the place where it makes the most sense for me, my place in YAH’s plan. And you have your place in His plan as well. Take your place and enjoy your time with YAH. He loves you.

Philippians 4:4 Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.
5 Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.
6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

Loving Feeling From YAH

We have a lover of our souls. His name is YAHUAH, our King. To know that He cares for me is a very great thing for me for sure. I now know that He can make these things real for me. He Loves and cares for me. He has given me the power to change the world. I want to use that power for good. Today is a good day for such undertakings.

Psalm 149:1 Praise ye the LORD. Sing unto the LORD a new song,
And his praise in the congregation of saints.
2 Let Israel rejoice in him that made him:
Let the children of Zion be joyful in their King.
3 Let them praise his name in the dance:

First In Time

The concept of first as a position is an interesting one. Especially when we say first in time. Time is such a relative event, as it is quite different from what we say it is. Anyway, we have one first in our lives that comes to mind quickly for me. That is that YAH is first in our hearts. When that is true, we can find our way to Him more easily than other “firsts” and the results are comfort and blessing, I suggest.

Deliverance Is Here

It is an interesting thing to observe YAH overseeing His people. He keeps me. He keeps others. And we are allowed to bless and be blessed. He uses his people to promote His kingdom in this earth. I am one of His people. Yeshuah and I are friends. He is my Friend. I love Him. He tells me all that YAH tells Him. Yet at times I seem to struggle with all of this. I believe I struggle because I do not schma what is being said to me. I need Him in a way that is different than how I have been told growing up. He is my friend.

John 15:11 These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.
12 This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.
13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
14 Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.
15 Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.

Begin A New View

One thing I love about being a believer is we are always granted the power to refresh life. Even when we think all is well, there is always plenty to do. There can be others that are still in a state of suffering and they need us. And of course it may be us that needs the help. No matter, help is always on the way and readily available from YAH.

Psalm 32:5 I acknowledged my sin unto thee,
And mine iniquity have I not hid.
I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the LORD;
And thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin.
Selah.
6 For this shall every one that is godly pray unto thee in a time when thou mayest be found:
Surely in the floods of great waters they shall not come nigh unto him.
7 Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble;
Thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance.

Focus On Truth

This morning in my prayer and searching time I was considering the need to focus. It is extremely important to me that I focus on the present and what has has for me to focus on for me to be in a good position to affect change for the good in my life. I also noticed how maintaining that focus helps me through very challenging moments in my life. It comes I think because YAH has set up a way that things work. That way includes the path of His righteousness, right standing with YAH. We can be a part of that right standing if we choose, through our covering by the sacrifice made by Yeshuah HaMashiach. Focus on truth.

Proverbs 23:19 Hear thou, my son, and be wise,
And guide thine heart in the way.
20 Be not among winebibbers;
Among riotous eaters of flesh:
21 For the drunkard and the glutton shall come to poverty:
And drowsiness shall clothe a man with rags.
22 Hearken unto thy father that begat thee,
And despise not thy mother when she is old.
23 Buy the truth, and sell it not;
Also wisdom, and instruction, and understanding.
