Caught Up In Understanding

I am actually writing this a day late. The morning began with chills and a migraine, but that subsided through the course of the day, for the most part. It ended on a good note having watched the movie, “Finding Forrester” and enjoying it all over again. All in all I spent time in praise and worship, and in studying, in an attempt to better understand YAH. The Sabbath is good!

Genesis 2:1 Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.
2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.

Desire To Serve

This morning I woke up completely refreshed. And it was quite early. It is good to me when YAH gets me up and moving because I feel that He wants me to succeed. Let me restate that. My Father has only good for me in His plans. I may not always understand those plans, but they are good. It is my hope that I can make a significant difference in this world for Him and His ways. He is making that possible for me every day more and more. I praise His name. I praise the name YAHUAH! It is a good name a very good name, YAH, YAH, YAH, YAHUAH. I love You YAH. I just want to sing, praises to the KING! Praise the name YAHUAH!

Psalm 138:1 I will praise thee with my whole heart:
Before the gods will I sing praise unto thee.
2 I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth:
For thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.
3 In the day when I cried thou answeredst me,
And strengthenedst me with strength in my soul.
4 All the kings of the earth shall praise thee, O LORD,
When they hear the words of thy mouth.
5 Yea, they shall sing in the ways of the LORD:
For great is the glory of the LORD.
6 Though the LORD be high, yet hath he respect unto the lowly:
But the proud he knoweth afar off.
7 Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me:

When We Praise

When we praise our King, Yahuah, we are making a declaration. That declaration is saying that we place whatever energy and power we have behind Him agreeing that He is King. This morning I am writing this as someone that is aware of people facing many challenges in this earth. Even with this first hand knowledge, I know that the path for me must be to praise Him and thank Him for all He has done.

Psalm 147:1 Praise ye the LORD: For it is good to sing praises unto our God;
For it is pleasant; and praise is comely.
2 The LORD doth build up Jerusalem:
He gathereth together the outcasts of Israel.
3 He healeth the broken in heart,
And bindeth up their wounds.
4 He telleth the number of the stars;
He calleth them all by their names.
5 Great is our Lord, and of great power:
His understanding is infinite.
6 The LORD lifteth up the meek:
He casteth the wicked down to the ground.
7 Sing unto the LORD with thanksgiving;
Sing praise upon the harp unto our God:

In the end, what else is there really?

Remaining Faithful

It does not seem like it at times. It does not seem like just staying true to the ways of YAH should be considered the way a person fights the battles of spiritual warfare. And yet, to those of us that have experienced the battle, we can see that it is indeed at the heart, really, of spiritual warfare. The war is really about us having to stay true to the ways of YAH. When we do, we naturally as a course of events dislodge the darkness. When enough of us do that, we free an area – land, home, acreage, city, town, state, etc. We make a difference one person at a time.

Proverbs 12:1 Whoso loveth instruction loveth knowledge:
But he that hateth reproof is brutish.
2 A good man obtaineth favour of the LORD:
But a man of wicked devices will he condemn.
3 A man shall not be established by wickedness:
But the root of the righteous shall not be moved.
4 A virtuous woman is a crown to her husband:
But she that maketh ashamed is as rottenness in his bones.
5 The thoughts of the righteous are right:
But the counsels of the wicked are deceit.
6 The words of the wicked are to lie in wait for blood:
But the mouth of the upright shall deliver them.
7 The wicked are overthrown, and are not:
But the house of the righteous shall stand.

I need Your wisdom and Your strength to do Your will and be Your servant YAH. I love You. Help me do Your will YAH. I love You. Build Someone

Sometimes the easiest way out of a “rut” in life is to help someone else out first. That takes a certain amount of trust. We have to trust that once out, that person will reach back and help us get out. It seems that a trick of the enemy is to get us to focus only on ourselves. But if we can resist that temptation, and also consider others, then we have a chance to win. We all must succeed to win.

Matthew 7:12 Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send me now Your provision. Let it overflow to those I do and do not know my King. I love You. I forgive that have trespassed or transgressed against me YAH. Forgive me my trespasses and transgressions. I love You for this, and for showing me Your ways. You are my King. You are my King! You are my King! Send me now Your provision. Forgive me, O King. I need You. Help me with wisdom. Destroy the works of darkness against me YAH! I love You. Restore my King, sevenfold, to me today YAH. Let them go behind and defend me YAH! I love You. I ask all these things of You Father King in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Talking To Yourself

It is important to do all we can to keep ourselves on track with YAH. We need to be certain that we will cling to Him in the good and the bad times. It is easy to say that I will do that but when the time comes, will I actually do it? That remains the question for sure. One of the things I can do to help myself is to talk to myself.

Joshua 1:8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.

Psalm 1:1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners,
Nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD;
And in his law doth he meditate day and night.
3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water,
That bringeth forth his fruit in his season;
His leaf also shall not wither;
And whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

It is so easy for me to get caught up in “the world around me” and not really focus on the truth of scriptures. Another thing to do is to add singing to this process.

Ephesians 5:18 And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;
19 speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;
20 giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;
21 submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.

Father, I exalt You. I love You with all that I am. I am a broken man, but I love You. I love You. Praise the name YAHUAH! Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send me nos Your provision. I forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against me YAH. I love You. Forgive me my trespasses and transgressions, I love You. Keep me from temptations YAH. Deliver me from the evil here and the evil plans men have for me. I love You. Father, I need Your wisdom and understanding now. Only You can provide the things I need to keep Your will and Your ways. Let shalom flow my King. Restore unto me sevenfold all that has been taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. I ask all these things of You Father King in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Make Your Way With Him

You alone are King, YAH. That is comforting for me to say and to know. I appreciate all that You say to me. I appreciate all that You are to me. You have kept me alive in tough times and good times.

As you read these things above, be aware of how I speak to our Father. This is what much of my conversation with YAH is like. I am in regular communication with Him regarding His will, His ways, and my desire to walk in them. It is this relationship with YAH that is a comfort to me. He is my comfort, no doubt. I want to be with Him at all times. It is His great wisdom that gets me through everyday. Without Him I would be nothing.

Psalm 150:1 Praise ye the LORD. Praise God in his sanctuary:
Praise him in the firmament of his power.
2 Praise him for his mighty acts:
Praise him according to his excellent greatness.
3 Praise him with the sound of the trumpet:
Praise him with the psaltery and harp.
4 Praise him with the timbrel and dance:
Praise him with stringed instruments and organs.
5 Praise him upon the loud cymbals:
Praise him upon the high sounding cymbals.
6 Let every thing that hath breath
Praise the LORD.
Praise ye the LORD.

Thank You YAH for the whirlwind spirits that go behind and go to protect me YAH. I love You. Give me wisdom YAH and give me strength to overcome the many challenges YAH to win the day. I ask all these things of You Father King in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Close To YAH

We can be close to YAH if we choose to be. He wants to be close to us. He has a permanent plan in place to keep us close to Him. If we follow His plan, we will be where He is when He is there. It is my goal in life to try to be where YAH is and to do His will. I can do His will where ever He places me. I want to learn to be content with that in my mind. It is a difficult task, but I am on my way to getting that accomplished. It is the journey for the rest of my life, and I hope to be able to stay the course. Today, it means I need to be grading the Sabbath. I need to make certain that I do my best to serve YAH the way that He chooses to be served.

Staying With Trust

If we can stay the course of continuing to trust our Master and Creator, YAH, we do well. It does sound simple enough, but as any of us that have been at this for any length of time can attest, it is challenging to our nature to trust in the midst of such challenges. We need to be able to be in position to learn from these challenges. Today I am really speaking to myself as much as to anyone. The last many months have been a great challenge to me. But if I think about it, the challenge is really inside of me, the challenge to trust. When I consider this I think of the challenge that was before the children of Israel in the wilderness when fleeing Egypt and the words Moses spoke to them.

Exodus 14:13 And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever.
14 The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.
15 And the LORD said unto Moses, Wherefore criest thou unto me? speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward:
16 but lift thou up thy rod, and stretch out thine hand over the sea, and divide it: and the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea.
17 And I, behold, I will harden the hearts of the Egyptians, and they shall follow them: and I will get me honour upon Pharaoh, and upon all his host, upon his chariots, and upon his horsemen.
18 And the Egyptians shall know that I am the LORD, when I have gotten me honour upon Pharaoh, upon his chariots, and upon his horsemen.
19 And the angel of God, which went before the camp of Israel, removed and went behind them; and the pillar of the cloud went from before their face, and stood behind them:
20 and it came between the camp of the Egyptians and the camp of Israel; and it was a cloud and darkness to them, but it gave light by night to these: so that the one came not near the other all the night.
21 And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the LORD caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided.
22 And the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea upon the dry ground: and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left.
23 And the Egyptians pursued, and went in after them to the midst of the sea, even all Pharaoh’s horses, his chariots, and his horsemen.
24 And it came to pass, that in the morning watch the LORD looked unto the host of the Egyptians through the pillar of fire and of the cloud, and troubled the host of the Egyptians,
25 and took off their chariot wheels, that they drave them heavily: so that the Egyptians said, Let us flee from the face of Israel; for the LORD fighteth for them against the Egyptians.
26 And the LORD said unto Moses, Stretch out thine hand over the sea, that the waters may come again upon the Egyptians, upon their chariots, and upon their horsemen.
27 And Moses stretched forth his hand over the sea, and the sea returned to his strength when the morning appeared; and the Egyptians fled against it; and the LORD overthrew the Egyptians in the midst of the sea. 28 And the waters returned, and covered the chariots, and the horsemen, and all the host of Pharaoh that came into the sea after them; there remained not so much as one of them.
29 But the children of Israel walked upon dry land in the midst of the sea; and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left.
30 Thus the LORD saved Israel that day out of the hand of the Egyptians; and Israel saw the Egyptians dead upon the sea shore.
31 And Israel saw that great work which the LORD did upon the Egyptians: and the people feared the LORD, and believed the LORD, and his servant Moses.

Here we see YAH told Moses that he, Moses, already had the power in his hand to deliver the children of Israel. When Moses used that power, the Angel of God also responded to protect them. It was really a matter of trust , and YAH was walking them through this path so that they could learn to trust Him.

Alone With YAH

When we are alone with YAH we have potentially the greatest opportunity for learning who He is and whoo He wants us to be. This is where I am at today. I want to learn all I can about YAH. He has been so good to me it is difficult to fathom. It causes me to be filled with gratitude towards Him and happiness towards life. It gives me joy.

Psalm 98:1 O sing unto the LORD a new song;
For he hath done marvellous things:
His right hand, and his holy arm,
Hath gotten him the victory.
2 The LORD hath made known his salvation:
His righteousness hath he openly shewed in the sight of the heathen.
3 He hath remembered his mercy and his truth toward the house of Israel:
All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.
4 Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all the earth:
Make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise.
5 Sing unto the LORD with the harp;
With the harp, and the voice of a psalm.
6 With trumpets and sound of cornet
Make a joyful noise before the LORD, the King.

Prayer
Father, I want to say I miss You, but You are here. I guess I mean I long to be physically present with You where You are. I long to serve You the way in which You would have me serve You. My gratitude for who You are and who You have been to me is great. I exalt You Father. Praise the name YAH. Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send me now Your provision. I forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against me YAH. I love You. Forgive me my trespasses and transgressions. Keep me from temptations YAH. Deliver me from the evil here and from the evil plans men have for me. I love You. Thank you for the mercy You show to me. Please help[ me now. Please help me be powerful for You, my King.
