Knowing He Cares

There is one thing for sure I take great comfort in – knowing YAH cares. We read about this in scriptures often. But we are for sure people that are looked after to make sure we are ok. I feel it everyday, somedays more than others. But thanks be to YAH that I am with Him. No matter what happens, at the end of the day I always know I have Him to turn to. Praise YAH.

Throwing Life Preservers

You see a man drowning on the Sabbath. There is a life preserver next to you on your comfortable boat. Do you throw it to him? Is that working on the Sabbath? Yeshuah thought not.

Luke 14:1 And it came to pass, as he went into the house of one of the chief Pharisees to eat bread on the sabbath day, that they watched him.
2 And, behold, there was a certain man before him which had the dropsy.
3 And Jesus answering spake unto the lawyers and Pharisees, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath day? 4 And they held their peace. And he took him, and healed him, and let him go;
5 and answered them, saying, Which of you shall have an ass or an ox fallen into a pit, and will not straightway pull him out on the sabbath day?
6 And they could not answer him again to these things.

Throw the life preserver today.

Believing Matters

When we believe, it begins a certain level of transformation in our physical being. That transformation takes us to where we are meant to be with YAH. We become what we believe, essentially. This is not some absolute rule, but in a way it has truth to it.

Micah 6:8 He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?

Thankful Spirit

It is imposrtant for me to remain in a position of thankfulness to YAH at all times. Because I know that YAH has done is doing and will continue to do good for me, I cannot help but be thankful to Him. It is good to me to be respectful and humble, always remembering He is King.

Psalm 103:1 Bless the LORD, O my soul:
And all that is within me, bless his holy name.
2 Bless the LORD, O my soul,
And forget not all his benefits:
3 Who forgiveth all thine iniquities;
Who healeth all thy diseases;
4 Who redeemeth thy life from destruction;
Who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;
5 Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things;
So that thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s.

Battle With Friends

Right after I wrote this down I realized it could be taken two ways. It could mean side by side or face to face. I meant for it to be side by side. It is important for us as believers to realize our enemy is not next to us button front of us. If we can remember that we can defeat our enemy. If not we will waste valuable resources until we do. Today let’s make a commitment to be side by side.

Nehemiah 2:17 Then said I unto them, Ye see the distress that we are in, how Jerusalem lieth waste, and the gates thereof are burned with fire: come, and let us build up the wall of Jerusalem, that we be no more a reproach.
18 Then I told them of the hand of my God which was good upon me; as also the king’s words that he had spoken unto me. And they said, Let us rise up and build. So they strengthened their hands for this good work.

Hold My Hand

The first thought that came to mind as I sat down to write was “Hold My Hand” and I thought of the song. But that song is a about a man helping a woman. However, this was YAH speaking to me. And I am excited to hear Him do so. It felt like He was right there for me, ready to take my hand into a transformational place where another society exists. The shift is here. In this process YAH will teach many and bless many, and others will be left behind, at their own choosing.

Isaiah 41:13 For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.

May YAH use me to reach the poor.

Look For The Good

The world would has us believe the negative and doubt the positive. Perhaps this is a curse? Why are we this way?

Isaiah 5:20 Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

Isaiah is singing a song from YAH to His people. In this song YAH tells of a story how He set up His vineyard but the “wild grapes” were in it. The woes then mentioned are the various results of the “wild grapes” in the vineyard. What He expected was sound decisions that would result in richness. Instead He found people slaughtering others with the declarations – their words. Then came the woes. Notice the word “call” in the passage here.

What are you speaking? Today, spend time meditating on setting the world around you right with your speaking.

Only One Comfort

One comfort. That comfort is YAH and knowing that He hears us and responds when we seek Him and ask Him for something. He alone is our King and Provider of our peace. He alone can make all things new for us. It is a good thing to have this comfort.

Psalms 23:4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil:
for thou art with me; Thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies:
Thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

The Ultimate Family And Friends Plan

Her on the Sabbath I am thinking about how good it is to spend time with family and friends. It is always good for me to spend time with YAH, and He is all about family. Today I enjoy my Father, my family, and my friends.

Psalms 48:12 Walk about Zion, and go round about her:
Tell the towers thereof.
13 Mark ye well her bulwarks, consider her palaces;
That ye may tell it to the generation following.
14 For this God is our God for ever and ever:
He will be our guide even unto death.

Dive In To Swim

Sometimes the only way to really move forward is to just dive in. This is one of those days. I actually forced myself to jump in and solve some problems for myself. It seems to have worked. But in all truth, I was not the one doing it for me. It was YAH who made it happen.

1 Thessalonians 2:13 For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe.

Time to dive!
