Keepin’ It Real

Sometimes I just have to go with what is at my door at the moment. There is that word again, “moment.” YAH is leading me to this word over and over. I know that there is something to this word for me and for the people that are around me. I can so easily do what needs done when I focus on YAH and His plan, and seen time to find out any specifics meant for me. He is just so amazingly faithful! And when I do this, I place myself in a winning path.

Psalm 123. A Song of degrees.
1 Unto thee lift I up mine eyes,
O thou that dwellest in the heavens.
2 Behold, as the eyes of servants
Look unto the hand of their masters, and as the eyes of a maiden unto the hand of her mistress;
So our eyes wait upon the LORD our God,
Until that he have mercy upon us.
3 Have mercy upon us, O LORD, have mercy upon us:
For we are exceedingly filled with contempt.
4 Our soul is exceedingly filled with the scorning of those that are at ease,
And with the contempt of the proud.

For Us All

The idea that we should assist one another is scripturally based. But in helping us be built up we remember that we, too, need to build ourselves up. Yeshuah spoke of this.

Matthew 22:37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
38 This is the first and great commandment.
39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

The idea of caring for oneself first is embedded in the second commandment here, and it is a portion of what the Law and the prophets were based upon.

New Life, New Living

If we are wise, or better yet, if I am wise, I will learn from not only the past but from this moment. YAH is with me always. He wants to bring to life my life. He wants to make my life a better life. He wants to assist me in making that happen. But YAH will not force a good life on me. I can continue to choose poorly. But if I choose wisely, I get a better life.

Deuteronomy 30:15 See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil;
16 in that I command thee this day to love the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the LORD thy God shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it.
17 But if thine heart turn away, so that thou wilt not hear, but shalt be drawn away, and worship other gods, and serve them;
18 I denounce unto you this day, that ye shall surely perish, and that ye shall not prolong your days upon the land, whither thou passest over Jordan to go to possess it.

Goodness And Kindness

There is a certain goodness and kindness in the heart and action of the Father in my life. It is not something I deserve. Actually, I thank God everyday that He does not give me what I deserve. Instead, as a loving Father, He guides me to a place where I get to experience joy in the moment. I have my needs met at all times, often in the most miraculous of ways. And I get to watch it all happen, in awe. Today I am very much encouraged by YAH’s care for me and the manner in which He expresses it.

Psalm 66:1 Make a joyful noise unto God, all ye lands:
2 Sing forth the honour of his name: Make his praise glorious.
3 Say unto God, How terrible art thou in thy works!
Through the greatness of thy power shall thine enemies submit themselves unto thee.
4 All the earth shall worship thee,
And shall sing unto thee; They shall sing to thy name.

Prayer
Father, I exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Praise the name YAHUAH! Let Your Kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send me now Your overflowing provision that I might lift up many to Your glory, O my King. I forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against me YAH. I ask all these things and for the precious stones and the many colors of coins and the pallets you have shown me YAH. I love You. Tasks At Hand

When I look at all that is to be done, I can become wrapped up in just thinking about it. Not that I am suggesting that I should not think about it. What I am suggesting is this is not the first step. The first step is with YAH. If I take some time to get into the moment with YAH, perhaps that is the best place to always begin.

Psalm 63:1 O God, thou art
My God; early will I seek thee:
My soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee
In a dry and thirsty land, where no water is;
2 To see thy power and thy glory,
So as I have seen thee in the sanctuary.
3 Because thy lovingkindness
Is better than life,
My lips shall praise thee.
4 Thus will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in thy name.
5 My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness;
And my mouth shall praise thee with joyful lips:

This post was started on the sixth day and finished on the Sabbath because I stopped to talk with YAH. The results were amazing. Now I shall consider the path for me to stop to speak with Him and still get complete on my writings.

Thankful For Understanding

The relationship between wisdom, knowledge, and understanding is important to my grasp of the scriptures. And what I can fathom from the scriptures makes it possible for me to live a good life or a better life. It is about a better relationship with YAH from my point of view, so I do what I can to make it better on purpose.

Proverbs 3:13 Happy is the man that findeth wisdom,
And the man that getteth understanding.
14 For the merchandise of it is better than the merchandise of silver,
And the gain thereof than fine gold.
15 She is more precious than rubies:
And all the things thou canst desire are not to be compared unto her.
16 Length of days is in her right hand;
And in her left hand riches and honour.
17 Her ways are ways of pleasantness,
And all her paths are peace.
18 She is a tree of life to them that lay hold upon her:
And happy is every one that retaineth her.

Overwhelming The Enemy

For me at least, as I thought about this concept, it caused me to pause. When I looked at that pause, I had to question why that was my reaction. It is possible that I only see myself in a big struggle with the enemy. But what if it is only that way because that is what I believe? What if the reality is that I can make the battle short and sweet? There is much to investigate and learn.

Joshua 4:15 And the LORD spake unto Joshua, saying,
16 Command the priests that bear the ark of the testimony, that they come up out of Jordan.
17 Joshua therefore commanded the priests, saying, Come ye up out of Jordan.
18 And it came to pass, when the priests that bare the ark of the covenant of the LORD were come up out of the midst of Jordan, and the soles of the priests’ feet were lifted up unto the dry land, that the waters of Jordan returned unto their place, and flowed over all his banks, as they did before.
19 And the people came up out of Jordan on the tenth day of the first month, and encamped in Gilgal, in the east border of Jericho.

Here Is A Brick

If we were on a construction Jobe together as co-workers, we would have the same goal, right? The same is true in our walk with YAH. We help each other to build the kingdom in and around us. Please help me YAH to help my family build. To my family I say, here is a brick. I love building.

Colossians 3:16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.

Talking Action

Thinking about taking action this morning I had the idea of that first action being talking. What seemed to naturally occur for me is the phrase “talking action” cam out of my mouth. I have spent a good deal of time recently thinking about the importance of the talking that we do, and now I want to put that into practice. I believe I can establish for myself a path to a successful life. Another thought is that I am not really creating the path, I am just clearing the junk or dust off the path that was created from the beginning. That could actually be a key idea, I think. What I know is YAH says He gives wisdom if we ask. Ask Him today for understanding and knowledge about the clear path for you. He will reveal it. I will do the same.

Proverbs 4:5 Get wisdom, get understanding:
Forget it not; neither decline from the words of my mouth.
6 Forsake her not, and she shall preserve thee:
Love her, and she shall keep thee.
7 Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom:
And with all thy getting get understanding.

9 She shall give to thine head an ornament of grace:
A crown of glory shall she deliver to thee.
