Making The Move

Sometimes we have to make a move to win. The win does now always just fall in our lap. It can be essential for us to make it happen. We can do this by pushing forward with whatever mission our Father has given unto us individually. This is the path that I am on. I try to determine what it is that YAH has in store for me, and I choose to go down that path. That is the sure winner for me. It is not always as easy as that makes it sound. There can be opposition, especially through the mind and heart. But in the end, that inner person that is truly us, can make the right choice. We win.

Deuteronomy 30:9 And the LORD thy God will make thee plenteous in every work of thine hand, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy land, for good: for the LORD will again rejoice over thee for good, as he rejoiced over thy fathers:
10 if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to keep his commandments and his statutes which are written in this book of the law, and if thou turn unto the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul.
11 For this commandment which I command thee this day, it is not hidden from thee, neither is it far off.
12 It is not in heaven, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go up for us to heaven, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it?
13 Neither is it beyond the sea, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go over the sea for us, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it?
14 But the word is very nigh unto thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart, that thou mayest do it.
15 See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil; 16in that I command thee this day to love the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the LORD thy God shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it.

Together We Run

This morning as the sun came up I thought about how we as believers all run together. And yet, there are times when thoughts come into my head that are somehow judgmental of others. Now if I take control and discharge those thoughts, I do well. But when I give them place, even for a moment, that is really not so good for me. What this means for me is I need to remember that when we run, we run together. This is important if I am to serve the King. It is important because He is King to all of us, and He is looking for all of us. He will not stop looking for all of us. So it serves each of us well to make sure that we are all here. Praise YAHUAH!

2 Peter 3:8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

Deliver Me, Deliver Us

Today is a good day for deliverance. I am ever so thankful that YAH has brought to my attention the truth of life in Him. And today is a good day for me. Today is a good day for you. Today is a day of deliverance. We are set free!

Psalm 107:10 Such as sit in darkness and in the shadow of death,
Being bound in affliction and iron;
11 Because they rebelled against the words of God,
And contemned the counsel of the Most High:
12 Therefore he brought down their heart with labour;
They fell down, and there was none to help.
13 Then they cried unto the LORD in their trouble,
And he saved them out of their distresses.
14 He brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death,
And brake their bands in sunder.
15 Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness,
And for his wonderful works to the children of men!
16 For he hath broken the gates of brass,
And cut the bars of iron in sunder.
17 Fools because of their transgression,
And because of their iniquities, are afflicted.
18 Their soul abhorreth all manner of meat;
And they draw near unto the gates of death.
19 Then they cry unto the LORD in their trouble,
And he saveth them out of their distresses.
20 He sent his word, and healed them,
And delivered them from their destructions.
21 Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness,
And for his wonderful works to the children of men!
22 And let them sacrifice the sacrifices of thanksgiving,
And declare his works with rejoicing.

It Is Very Good

When I think of the goodness of YAH towards me and towards people, I just feel overwhelmed with warmth and happiness. I suspect that is joy in some way. We have such a good Father in YAH. We can hold on to that if need be in trying times. Take the time to be wrapped in His arms.

Psalm 54:1 Save me, O God, by thy name,
And judge me by thy strength.
2 Hear my prayer, O God;
Give ear to the words of my mouth.
3 For strangers are risen up against me,
And oppressors seek after my soul: They have not set God before them.
Selah.
4 Behold, God is mine helper:
The Lord is with them that uphold my soul.
5 He shall reward evil unto mine enemies:
Cut them off in thy truth.
6 I will freely sacrifice unto thee:
I will praise thy name, O LORD; for it is good.
7 For he hath delivered me out of all trouble:
And mine eye hath seen his desire upon mine enemies.

Blood Relatives

The 22nd day of the seventh month is a Sabbath. Perhaps incorrectly, I refer to it as a High Holy Day, but that reference means to me it is one of the days set apart by YAH. Yeshuah was born on the 15th day of the seventh month. Because that is true, when He stated He was circumcised on the eighth day according to the law of Moses, He was referring to the 22nd day of the seventh month. On that day the man Yeshuah became a blood relative to YAHUAH. This is what happened on the return to Egypt by Moses and his family.

Exodus 4:24 And it came to pass by the way in the inn, that the LORD met him, and sought to kill him.
25 Then Zipporah took a sharp stone, and cut off the foreskin of her son, and cast it at his feet, and said, Surely a bloody husband art thou to me.
26 So he let him go: then she said, A bloody husband thou art, because of the circumcision.

This is really a terrible translation. What it really says is she circumcised her son, and then took the foreskin and touched the child’s big toe, then declared the child to be a blood relative to YAHUAH. YAHUAH then let them pass because the child had become a blood relative to YAHUAH.

We are today the blood relatives of YAHUAH. The enemy is defeated and YAH is King!

Making It Happen

It is important as we consider our walk with YAH that we recall what we are doing. We are here to promote the kingdom of heaven and the kingdom of God. Our goal is to bring the order of heaven to the earth. We are the ones that YAH has chosen to give the power to for this transition. We have a goal and a mission. It is up to us to do these things. We are to “move the ball forward” in this regard.

Psalm 18:1 I will love thee, O LORD, my strength.
2 The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer;
My God, my strength, in whom I will trust;
My buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.
3 I will call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised:
So shall I be saved from mine enemies.

Rocking It And Happy

Sometimes I just seem to run out of ways to describe how YAH has been towards me, and how thankful it makes me feel. Perhaps the important part is to remember to always thank Him. What an amazing life we get to live!

Psalm 138:1 I will praise thee with my whole heart:
Before the gods will I sing praise unto thee.
2 I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth:
For thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.
3 In the day when I cried thou answeredst me,
And strengthenedst me with strength in my soul.

Kick ‘Em

Of course I am referring to the enemy. We need to be always ready to go on the offensive openly against the enemy. He is seems readily prepared to mess with people. We need to be equally prepared to fight back.

Ephesians 6:10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

We Make Each Other Stronger

By being together, we each get stronger. We are better able to tackle the goals in our lives. We are better able to win. YAH is King!

Colossians 3:12 Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;
13 forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.
14 And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness.
15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.
16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
17 And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.

Living Free In YAH

We are free to serve YAH. By serve I mean to praise and exalt Him among the people. We already know what we are meant to do. It is within us. We need only respond and try to clear our minds. Clear our hearts. YAH will do the rest.

Psalm 61:1 Hear my cry, O God;
Attend unto my prayer.
2 From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee,
When my heart is overwhelmed:
Lead me to the rock that is higher than I.
3 For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy.
4 I will abide in thy tabernacle for ever:
I will trust in the covert of thy wings.
