Start Out Tracking

When we begin our week, it is always best for us to begin by tracking with God, right? Let’s all start with the comfort of knowing He is there for us and we can all be happy, rejoicing in Him!

Psalms 107:1 O give thanks unto the Lord, for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.
2 Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy;
3 And gathered them out of the lands, from the east, and from the west, from the north, and from the south.
4 They wandered in the wilderness in a solitary way; they found no city to dwell in.
5 Hungry and thirsty, their soul fainted in them.
6 Then they cried unto the Lord in their trouble, and he delivered them out of their distresses.
7 And he led them forth by the right way, that they might go to a city of habitation.
8 Oh that men would praise the Lord for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!

May we experience that comfort now.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send us now Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Cover Me. We ask all these things of You Father King in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Rest For Another Day

It is interesting to think that a phrase my earthly father taught me could fit into how I observe the Sabbath. He used to say to me, “He who fights and runs away, lives to fight another day.” That is also the message of the Sabbath. We rest from the spiritual warfare, spending time with our Father. We rest for another day.

Psalms 92 A Psalm or Song for the sabbath day.
1 It is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High:
2 To shew forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night,
3 Upon an instrument of ten strings, and upon the psaltery; upon the harp with a solemn sound.
4 For thou, Lord, hast made me glad through thy work: I will triumph in the works of thy hands.
5 O Lord, how great are thy works! and thy thoughts are very deep.
6 A brutish man knoweth not; neither doth a fool understand this.
7 When the wicked spring as the grass, and when all the workers of iniquity do flourish; it is that they shall be destroyed for ever:
8 But thou, Lord, art most high for evermore.
9 For, lo, thine enemies, O Lord, for, lo, thine enemies shall perish; all the workers of iniquity shall be scattered.
10 But my horn shalt thou exalt like the horn of an unicorn: I shall be anointed with fresh oil.
11 Mine eye also shall see my desire on mine enemies, and mine ears shall hear my desire of the wicked that rise up against me.
12 The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.
13 Those that be planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God.
14 They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing;
15 To shew that the Lord is upright: he is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in him.

Rest for another day.

Keep us from temptations. We need You more than ever. We ask all these things of You Father King, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Dreams Can Help

While this statement in the title hear can refer to the goals we have in life, that is not what I am discussing here. Here we are talking about the dreams we have in the night season. I had one that drove home the need to be close to the Father of all, our God. He is the only true way out of any situation, and we are at a time when we need a way. He is the truth that can prevail in the times of doubt. I encourage all to pray for dreams, and then listen to what God is telling you in yours.

Joel 2:28 And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:
29 And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit.
30 And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.
31 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the Lord come.
32 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the Lord hath said, and in the remnant whom the Lord shall call.

Be a part of the remnant.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise Your name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send us now Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Keep us from temptations. This is Your kingdom and we call upon You to reign. We ask all these things of You Father King in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Yom Chamishi, Av 9, 6005 – July 30, 2020

Not Alone

This morning I am very thankful that in this life, I am never alone. The reason I am never alone is because my Father is always with me.

Deuteronomy 31:6 Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.

Today, more than ever, I need Him. Likely this is true for everyone. And I am very thankful that He is there for me.

Psalms 113:1 Praise ye the Lord. Praise, O ye servants of the Lord, praise the name of the Lord.
2 Blessed be the name of the Lord from this time forth and for evermore.
3 From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the Lord’s name is to be praised.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You.  You alone are King.  Praise the name YAH!  Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven.  Send us now Your provision.  Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help pus all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us.  Deliver us fro the evil here.  Restore our hearts and minds to You.  Keep us from temptations.  We ask all these things of You Father King in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach.  Amen.

Yom R’vi’i, Av 8, 6005 – July 29, 2020

Battling For Control

When we do spiritual warfare, one of the items we are trying to win is control. We want to win control of our mind. And we can get that through a process.

Romans 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

For me, there is a bit of work to get to this all. What is the process? Since I know it is successful, what is okay to use it on? And since I now am “in charge” how does that feel? These are all real emotions, and real experiences, for me. The process is what it has always been, believing and speaking.

Mark 11:21 And Peter calling to remembrance saith unto him, Master, behold, the fig tree which thou cursedst is withered away.
22 And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.
23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
25 And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.
26 But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.

So we believe and speak the things which we want to be different. And those are based upon the kingdom and its promotion.

Perhaps that is the key. For me, at least, I must remember the kingdom of YAH and its’ promotion is the key focal point in my life. If anything is other than that, it is not as important.

Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all that has been taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. We ask all these things of You Father King, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Yom Shlishi, Av 7, 6005 – July 28, 2020

Change Direction

As believers, we are first human. We were born as humans. We chose to become those that believe in our Messiah Yeshuah. It is because of this belief that we made our choice. It is because of this choice that the door was opened to us to the ways of our Father God. This is not unlike Moses.

Psalms 103:6 The Lord executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.
7 He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.
8 The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.

The choice is simple. We are willing to say that there is a God, it is not us, and that He came in the flesh as Yeshuah (Jesus) to save us. We can say that He is our God, Savior, and King, that we turn to Him, then we are home.

Romans 10:5 For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall live by them.
6 But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above:)
7 Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.)
8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;
9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

We see that Paul quoted Moses not just in verse 5, but in verses 5-8. We can make the choice to turn every day. We can turn to our Father who is in heaven and choose Him through the death and resurrection of His Son, Yeshuah (Jesus) as the way to everlasting life.

We can choose to change directions on anything at any moment. The choice happens in every moment.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH. Restore Your people, Father. Send in to this reality the financial provision which You have declared. Let it be so. Let it be so. We ask all these things of You Father King in the name YAH Yehsuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Yom Sheni, Av 6, 6005 – July 27, 2020

Taking A Step

Today we have the opportunity to reach out to people around us. It has not always been so. It may not always be so. But we have that chance today. What would you say? Well, that depends on the relationships that you have. If you are like me where those relationships are fewer than you might hope, then just pick something. If it is someone you do not know, observe what they are experiencing and comment in a positive way about that. The best way is to ask a question when possible, I believe.
There is a reason we take the time to do this.

Matthew 7:11 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?
12 Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.

We do it this for others because we would want them to do it for us.

In my case, others did, and that is why I am even here to write this now. Praise God!

Deliver me from the plans for evil that men have for me. We ask all these things of You Father King in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMAshiach. Amen.

No Perfection Required

“No Batteries Included” came to mind this morning as I was preparing this writing. When in the middle of events, like now, I can find myself thinking about what I could have done. But that is only valuable as a lesson for the future. It has no value for the past. All we can do is try to get to the future as a leader of our own life, and perhaps others. We are accepted just as we are by our Messiah. Yes, we do need to continue to grow into the people He wants us to be. But He helps with that.

Philippians 1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:

Today, I plan to be the best person I can today. And tomorrow I will do the same for tomorrow. One day at a time.

Send in quickly the financial blessings that You have declared. We ask all these things of You Father King, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashaich. Amen.

Yom Shabbat, Av 4, 6005 – July 25, 2020

Let Your Light Shine

This Sabbath morning I am reminded of the song with these words. And I am reminded of the scripture in which they are found.

Matthew 5:13 Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.
14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.
15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.
16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

Yeshuah said that the light men would see is our good works. What are these good works? He goes on to tell us…

Matthew 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.

To be great in the kingdom of the air, the kingdom of heaven, we must do the works of the Torah, according to Yeshuah.

Deliver me from the plans for evil that men have for me. Restore unto me and restore unto Your people all the good and prosperity and healing that You have declared that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. We ask all these things of You Father King in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Still Learning

This was a learning day for me. I learned that I still have a ways to go. Best words of wisdom I have for anyone is to just keep pressing in to what you are called to do. If you are like me there will be times you win and times you need to work on it again. Have patience and grace for yourself and others. You will get there.

Psalms 121   A Song of degrees.
1 I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.
2 My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.
3 He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.
4 Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.
5 The Lord is thy keeper: the Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand.
6 The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.
7 The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.
8 The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.

Learning to lean on YAH is a good thing.

Deliver me from the evil plans that men have for me. Thank You for the visions and dreams of prosperity. You are King. Let those visions come to pass now. We ask all these things of You Father King, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.
