The Ox And The Ditch

So many times I have heard discussions about what is okay and not okay to do on the Sabbath. It reminds me of the time Yeshuah was challenged for His healing the cripple woman on the Sabbath.

Luke 13:10 And he was teaching in one of the synagogues on the sabbath.
11 And, behold, there was a woman which had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up herself.
12 And when Jesus saw her, he called her to him, and said unto her, Woman, thou art loosed from thine infirmity.
13 And he laid his hands on her: and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God.
14 And the ruler of the synagogue answered with indignation, because that Jesus had healed on the sabbath day, and said unto the people, There are six days in which men ought to work: in them therefore come and be healed, and not on the sabbath day.
15 The Lord then answered him, and said, Thou hypocrite, doth not each one of you on the sabbath loose his ox or his ass from the stall, and lead him away to watering?
16 And ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan hath bound, lo, these eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the sabbath day?
17 And when he had said these things, all his adversaries were ashamed: and all the people rejoiced for all the glorious things that were done by him.

Yeshuah made it very clear that we are to seek YAH plainly. YAH places life as an important part of the pattern we are to follow. It is important to remember that YAH is all about saving people, not days. The days, including the Sabbath, were mad for man, not man for the Sabbath.

Prayer
Father, I exalt You. You are my King. You alone are my King. And I praise the name YAHUAH! I praise the name YAHUAH! In the name YAHUAH I proclaim shalom on my land. Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send me now Your provision. Forgive me my trespasses and transgression, and help me to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against me. Deliver me from the evil here, and the evil plans men have for me. I ask a blessing on the work of my hands that those around me might be blessed. Help my friends in India to proclaim Your mighty name and the truth. Heal those they touch and show them Your ways. Show Yourself glorious by lifting me up and helping me to help those in need YAH. I ask all these things of You Father King in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Yom Shishi, Third Month 9, 6006 – May 28, 2021

Today Is The Day

We have certain “rights” as children of the King. Not in the sense of arrogance, but in the sense that God has declared something and it stands as the absolute rule and framework. We are most blessed to have access to such a way of being. We need only “live into it.” So here is our play. We aggressively pursue the kingdom in all of its ways. It takes faith to so do. But we need only believe in YAH.

Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Prayer
Father, I exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is one heaven. Send me now Your provision. Forgive me my trespasses and transgressions, and help me to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against me. Deliver me from the evil here. Keep me from temptations. Help me to be a light to those around me. This is Your place, kingdom and the power and the glory are Yours. We ask all these things of You Father King, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Yom Chamishi, Third Month 8, 6006 – May 27, 2021

Heart Full Of Thanks

As I sit here thinking, How wonderful is YAH! Just a thank you for all I have in my heart YAH. You are an amazing King and Father and I thank You. May Your name be praised forever.

Psalms 47:5 God is gone up with a shout,
The LORD with the sound of a trumpet.
6 Sing praises to God, sing praises:
Sing praises unto our King, sing praises.
7 For God is the King of all the earth:
Sing ye praises with understanding.

Prayer
Father, I exalt You. You alone are my King. Praise the name YAH! I Praise You YAH! I praise Your name YAH! You are glorious. Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on this earth as it is in heaven. Send me now Your provision. Forgive me my trespasses and transgressions, and help me to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against me. Deliver me from the evil here. Restore my soul. Restore my youth. Keep me from temptations. I love You. Yours is the kingdom and power and glory. Amen.

Yom R’vi’i, Third Month 7, 6006 – May 26, 2021

Not Quitting Is Winning

Sometimes all we have left is to just not quit. We can be the person that wins if we just will not quit. Someone once said that the winner is the last one to get back up off the ground. It can be just that straightforward. We are allowed to make choices. Choosing to get back up is one. If we know we are going to make that choice anyway, the sooner the better, right? And if we are going to get back up , then let’s do it with a sense of zeal and excited enthusiasm, not with regret or complaint. It takes a deep understanding of these things to overcome the moment when we want to give up. This is what character is made of ultimately – what we do in the tough times.

Hebrews 12:1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,
2 looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
3 For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.

Run. If you stumble and fall, cry out to YAH and He will pick you back up. But get up and run!

Prayer
Father, I exalt You. You alone are my King. I praise Your name YAH! I praise the name YAH. Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send me now Your provision. Forgive me my trespasses and transgressions, and help me to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver me now from the darkness that tries to prevail. I need You in my life. Show me the path to the way that is filled with shalom that I might share that way with others. That is true love for me. I long for compassion and a companion YAH. Please provide for my friends in India who need more than I do. I ask all these things of You Father King in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Yom Shlishi, Third Month 6, 6006 – May 25, 2021

Overwatered Garden

Last year was not a great year for me with my garden. The previous year I had mulched it with wood chips because I had heard that chip gardens were a good thing. Last year I overwatered my gardens to the point there was an soggy area around the raised beds. The end result was disease and poor crop production. Committed to not repeat last year, I had a new strategy.

I embarked (pun intended) on this new approach by removing the old wood mulch. Had to sift through a lot of dirt, and it took about two days. I carefully constructed climbers for the tomatoes and planted the plants. Intending to water them for two hours, last night at about 7PM I turned on the soaker hoses. This morning at 6:30, I awoke abruptly remembering that the soakers were still on. Interestingly enough, what previously would have been a flooded and potentially ruined garden was spared by the angels and YAH, and is only a well watered garden.

Isaiah 58:9 Then shalt thou call, and the LORD shall answer; thou shalt cry, and he shall say, Here I am. If thou take away from the midst of thee the yoke, the putting forth of the finger, and speaking vanity;
10 and if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul; then shall thy light rise in obscurity, and thy darkness be as the noon day:
11 and the LORD shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.

Isaiah speaks of taking on the burdens of others through fasting, and with the right heart. When we do that, He is watching over us. We will not be a flooded unproductive disease ridden vessel. We will be that well watered garden, and He watches over us.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send us now Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. And Father, I exalt You. You alone are my King. Praise the name YAH. I Praise Your name YAHUAH, and I love You. Forgive me my transgressions and trespasses YAH, and help me to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against me. Please send me overwhelming provision, YAH, that I might overflow to those around me. I want to overflow to those around me. Deliver me completely and in an overwhelming way from the evil men have planned for me. Keep me from temptations, YAH. Only You can do these things because the kingdom, the power, and the glory are all Yours. I love You. I ask all these things of You Father King in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Yom Sheni, Third Month 5, 6006 – May 24, 2021

YAH Is With You

Did you ever have a day that began with a bit of a shaking? In those moments it is good to just remain calm and try to work your way through that moment. Those are not empty words. I am speaking specifically of allowing yourself the time to speak to YAH and listen to His response. We are a people that are meant to have relationship with YAH. He is our King. He is our God. But He is also our friend. We need to spend time with Him and get to know Him.

Psalms 84:1 How amiable are thy tabernacles, O LORD of hosts!
2 My soul longeth, yea, even fainteth for the courts of the LORD:
My heart and my flesh crieth out for the living God.
3 Yea, the sparrow hath found an house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young,
Even thine altars, O LORD of hosts, my King, and my God.
4 Blessed are they that dwell in thy house:
They will be still praising thee.
Selah.

9 Behold, O God our shield,
And look upon the face of thine anointed.
10 For a day in thy courts
Is better than a thousand.
I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God,
Than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.
11 For the LORD God is a sun and shield:
The LORD will give grace and glory: No good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.
12 O LORD of hosts,
Blessed is the man that trusteth in thee.

Prayer
Father, I exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on this earth as it is in heaven. Send me now Your provision that it might overflow to those around me, and all our needs be filled, and more besides. Forgive me my trespasses and transgressions, and help me to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against me. Deliver me from the evil here that Your people and others speak over me. Keep me from temptations. This is Your place, kingdom, power and glory. Let it shine. Show Yourself strong on my behalf O YAH. I ask all these things of You Father King in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Yom Rishon, Third Month 4, 6006 – May 23, 2021

Shavuot

Today is the day celebrated by many as the Feast of Weeks referenced in scripture. YAH said to mark this day as it was an important one. It is traditionally believed to commemorate the giving of the Torah. There seems to be some confusion as to what day to celebrate this feast day. Does the counting of the Omer begin on the Sabbath after the Passover, or the first weekly Sabbath after the Passover? This remains unclear to me at the moment. However, I tend to believe that it is counted based on the Sabbath after Passover, which is the 15th day of the First Month. This makes the 16th day of the First Month the day 1 of the count. There is a scripture which also tends to say that it is the weekly Sabbath that is the focus. Maybe the point is, there will come a time when these days coincide, as they do this year.

Leviticus 23:15 And ye shall count unto you from the morrow after the sabbath, from the day that ye brought the sheaf of the wave offering; seven sabbaths shall be complete:
16 even unto the morrow after the seventh sabbath shall ye number fifty days; and ye shall offer a new meat offering unto the LORD.
17 Ye shall bring out of your habitations two wave loaves of two tenth deals: they shall be of fine flour; they shall be baken with leaven; they are the firstfruits unto the LORD.

Either way, it is today. Praise YAH!

Prayer
Father, I exalt You. You alone are my King. You alone are Master of everything. I praise the name YAHUAH! And I praise You Father, for Yashuah. I praise the name YAH. I long to gain understanding. I long to praise your name in Your presence. I exalt You. Let Your will be done here in this earth as it is in heaven. Send me now Your provision, that I might overflow to those around me. You are my King. You are my King. Forgive me my trespasses and transgressions, and help me to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against me. Deliver me still from the evil plans men have for me YAH. Keep me from temptations. Show Yourself strong on my behalf. I ask all these things of You Father King in the name YAH Yeshua HaMashiach. Amen.

Yom Shabbat, Third Month 3, 6006 – May 22, 2021

Simple Is Good For Me

Keeping it simple and real today is good for me. Today is the Sabbath and what I do today is in honor of YAH and the day set apart. I have come to know that YAH always has a plan, even when I may not be aware of it. Today I want to encourage all readers to bask in the presence of YAH and enjoy serving and worshiping Him. I am and I will.

Psalms 100:A Psalm of praise.
1 Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands.
2 Serve the LORD with gladness: Come before his presence with singing.
3 Know ye that the LORD he is God:
It is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; We are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, And into his courts with praise:
Be thankful unto him, and bless his name.
5 For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting;
And his truth endureth to all generations.

Prayer
Father, I exalt You. I exalt You. You alone are my King. I praise the name YAH at all times, for He is good and merciful. Let Your kingdom come here YAH on earth as it is in heaven, with Your will. Send me now Your provision, in power and might. Forgive me my transgressions, and help me to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against me. Deliver me in power, from the evil here waiting to devour. Keep me from temptations, YAH. Show Yourself strong on my behalf that all men might know that You alone are King. I love You and praise Your name. I ask all these things of You Father King, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Yom Shishi, Third Month 2, 6006 – May 21, 2021

Blockout The Distractions

Sometimes I can work on many things at once. Other times I just have to block out everything and focus on just one thing. I really do not know some formulaic way to determine which is which. One of the things I do with some success is I make a list and then attack what I can at the same time. I start with anything that is critical and work backwards in importance. Why am I putting that here? Because we are given a charge in several places in scripture.

Ephesians 5:15 See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,
16 redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
17 Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is.
18 And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;
19 speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;
20 giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;
21 submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.

When I keep from being distracted by my own current manifestation, I can become involved in the transformation already underway with YAH.

Prayer
Father, I exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send me now Your provision and let it overflow to those in need as well. Forgive me for my transgressions and trespasses, and help me to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against me. Deliver me still from the evil here, and let me be a part of deliverance for others YAH. Keep me from temptations YAH. This is Your place. This is Your kingdom. You alone are powerful. The glory is Yours. The glory is Yours. Restore now the overwhelming prosperity with shalom that all men might know that You alone are King YAH. Show Yourself strong on my behalf that all men might know that You alone are King YAH. I love You. I ask all these things of You Father King in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.

Yom Chamishi, Third Month 1, 6006 – May 20, 2021

Homeward, Friends

It is in pursuit of “home” that I have spent much of my adult life. By the time I was 21 I had moved 22 times. Not a complaint, just a fact. It left me with the feeling that there is no place that “feels” like home. There have been one or two experiences where I felt very happy and at peace. What that has led me to is the desire to “feel at home” somewhere. And I believe now that I have figured this out a bit.

Hebrews 11:13 These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.
14 For they that say such things declare plainly that they seek a country.
15 And truly, if they had been mindful of that country from whence they came out, they might have had opportunity to have returned.
16 But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city.

Paul understood that there had to come a time where there would be a people (us) with direct access to YAH through a blood sacrifice sealed covenant. And to what end? That the heavenly places could be reunited in this earth with YAH and man walking as one here, in this renewed earth.

I am very thankful to be living at this time when I am given the opportunity to watch YAH do His work.

Prayer
Father, I exalt You. You are my King. My King. Praise Your name, yes, praise the name YAHUAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, O YAH, as it is in heaven. Send me now Your overwhelming provision. Forgive me my trespasses and transgressions, and help me to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver me from the evil here. Thank You for delivering me from the evil plans men have for me. Let Your light shine through me, YAH. I need You now. I thank You YAH for Your mercy toward me. I ask You stand strong before me now and raise me up. I ask all these things of You Father King, in the name YAH Yesuah HaMashiach. It is Your kingdom, power and glory, YAH. Amen.
