Standing Ground

Spiritual warfare can come in many forms in real life. It can be those times that we have all experienced when there is intense prayer. Sometimes spiritual warfare is just living life. And then there are times when it is standing our ground in the face of tremendous pressure for what is right. I heard of one such incident recently. A friend of mine had the legal teams of some very large companies attempting to get him and his friends to give them something without all the necessary legal paperwork in place. They refused. Turns out one of the companies had an employee that thought he and his friends would cave in. When they did not, it became obvious that this person had overstepped. Not sure what his organization did about him. But my friend actually went through some pretty tough physical health struggles and they stood their ground.

What was the struggle, really. Right versus wrong, good versus evil, YAH versus the insignificant one… I am not saying that the people were evil, wrong, etc. I am saying the action they were trying to take was wrong. We are called to always stand for the right thing. And in the end, who prevails? In the end, YAH will always prevail.

Ephesians 6:11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send us now Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way and the more besides. We ask all these things of You Father, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.
