Starting New
Death of any kind is always a strong signal to those that receive it. Even the death of a family pet is significant. to those that lose the pet. Such is the case at our house. We lost our dog just before Sabbath began. It has been sad, but we are doing our best to move forward. It does make me think about the process of starting over – starting new. So today we went to the zoo and the fair. It has been good.
Psalms 57:1 Be merciful unto me, O God, be merciful unto me: for my soul trusteth in thee: yea, in the shadow of thy wings will I make my refuge, until these calamities be overpast.
2 I will cry unto God most high; unto God that performeth all things for me.
3 He shall send from heaven, and save me from the reproach of him that would swallow me up. Selah. God shall send forth his mercy and his truth.
We can use challenging times to assist us in deliverance from troubles by turning readily to our Father.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send us now Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way from Your people, and the more besides. We ask all these things in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen.
