Traveling On

It is always interesting for me when I travel far enough that the time zone changes. There is something about it that seems to affect my body in odd ways. Like my biological clock needs for me to physically “see” the time on a clock to be reset. And my metabolism gets a little strange. I think when we look at our spiritual lives, we have some similar tendencies. When we are on a spiritual trek, we need to remember to “stretch our legs” and practice what we know. If we do this, it helps us to stay on track. If we do not do this, then we risk becoming lost, and waking p one day far from our objective.

1 Samuel 12:20 And Samuel said unto the people, Fear not: ye have done all this wickedness: yet turn not aside from following the Lord, but serve the Lord with all your heart;
21 And turn ye not aside: for then should ye go after vain things, which cannot profit nor deliver; for they are vain.
22 For the Lord will not forsake his people for his great name’s sake: because it hath pleased the Lord to make you his people.
23 Moreover as for me, God forbid that I should sin against the Lord in ceasing to pray for you: but I will teach you the good and the right way:
24 Only fear the Lord, and serve him in truth with all your heart: for consider how great things he hath done for you.

Our Father is always there for us. If we stray, we need only return, and He will comfort us.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You Alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here, on earth as it is in heaven. Send us now Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have transgressed or trespassed against us. Thank you for all Your provision. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. We ask all these things of You Father, our King, and we ask them in the name YAH Yeshah HaMashiach. Amen and Amen.
