Changing Directions

Imagine taking a long road trip. You are driving, perhaps with family. You begin to notice that the surroundings do not look familiar. Realizing that you are going the wrong direction, what would you do? Correct. Change directions. Our spiritual journey is no different. One of the challenges, however, can be that we often become unaware of our surroundings relative to what should be there. We learn to accept the tragic results of our direction as “just life”. It is important that we always “check in” with our Father to make certain we are still running down the road He wants us on. We need only to ask.

James 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.
8 A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here, and let Your will be done here as it is in heaven. Send us now Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions. Create in us a clean heart, and renew a right spirit within us. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore unto Your people all that has been taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. Send in the $423,483,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom of God in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people here. Send us blessings today to address the needs that have gone unmet or unresolved. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah. We ask all these things of You, Father, our King, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMashiach. Amen and Amen.
