Yom R’vi’i, Shevat 9, 6003 – January 16, 2019

Head On

To win a battle, we must face the battle head on. That can be a challenge for us for sure as many if not most of us have never been to war. We are trained through movies and TV that even the most deadly of battles is 2D and only audio/visual. Although I only have as a point of reference what I have been told by friends, there is far more to it than that. I have known situations in which people were badly injured in just routine life. In battle there are many sounds, like the clicking of bayonets by the enemy, the screams of friends and enemies wounded, and at times even tears. But there is also the smell of death…

2 Corinthians 2:14 Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place. 15 For we are to God the fragrance of Christ among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing. 16 To the one we are the aroma of death leading to death, and to the other the aroma of life leading to life.

We are called to speak out to the world the good news that God is on our side, and that He sent our Messiah to seal the deal!

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom come here in the hearts and minds and bodies of the people, let Your will be done just as it is in heaven. Send us Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions. Deliver us from the evil here. Restore unto Your people one thousandfold all the good that has been taken or held back in any way, and the more besides. Send in quickly the $423,483,962.53 that we might use it to promote the kingdom of God here. We ask all these things of You Father, in the name YAH Yeshuah HaMoshiach. Amen.
