Family Matters
At the end of the day, it is family that matters. Like it or not, we all came from one, good or not so good. We have the ability to add to our family through marriage and birthing new children. We can also add to our family by bringing people closer to us in relationship. What might that mean? Caring for those that are not so easy to care about in a positive way. Extending ourselves to others when we would rather just sit down and be quiet. Being willing to take a chance to discuss issues about right and wrong with those we have decided to care about. This sounds very familiar.
John 15:12 This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.
13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
14 Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.
15 Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.
16 Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.
17 These things I command you, that ye love one another.
We can all be family. We must learn to forgive and to love.
Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are King. Praise the name YAH! Let Your kingdom be established here in the hearts of men, like me. Let Your will be done here as it is in heaven. Send us now Your provision. Forgive us our trespasses and transgressions, and help us all to forgive those that have trespassed or transgressed against us. Deliver us from the evil here. We need Your restoration, Father. Help us. We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). We ask all these things of You, Father, in Your name YAH. We ask all these things of You in the name YAH Yeshuah. Amen.
