Thankful For Forgiveness

This morning in prayer I was thanking Yahuah (Lord) for His mercy and His forgiveness. As I meditated on this, I realized that many times I wanted people to extend mercy toward me and they had not. It gave me opportunity to struggle with bitterness. I thought, “Wouldn’t it be great if everyone just forgave each other?” The it hit me. I was guilty of the very same thing. And, I was now aware of it. Actually, I could start this new trend. I could let it begin with me, as our Messiah told us.

Mark 11:22 And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.
23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
25 And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.
26 But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.

We are meant to forgive each other. We are meant to be at peace with one another. Today I suggest we all cry out to our Father and ask His help in forgiving others, for that is definitely forgiveness worth being thankful for today.

Prayer
Father, we exalt You. You alone are our King. Praise the name Yahuah! Let us be Your lights in this earth. Send us today Your overwhelming provision. Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those that trespass against us. Heal our hearts and minds. Deliver us from the evil. Restore all that has been taken, held back, or broken apart in any way from Your people. Thank you, my King! You alone are King! We ask all these things in the name of our Messiah Yeshuah (Jesus). Amen.
